Thank you so much, I saw a couple other methods or slight variations with the veggies and a like 2 other sauces, one was simaler it didnt have mint tho he used a 2nd green herb and added garlic, and he also made a red sauce from roasted peppers, they both looked yummie too i just was specifically looking for this recipe tho for something a bit more mild for my friend i cook for hes not like me, i LOVE spicey food with a bit(sometimes alot) of heat, he does to but he has to be carefull because of his stomach. I also wanted to try it like this too. The only thing is that i dont have a spice grinder or one of those crocks that u mash spices in, is there a premixed version of the spice that u add to the sandwich? Or is there a samiler mixture of spices i could use that is simaler? Its really hard to get some kinds of spices where i live, i basically only have acess to pretty basic spices because i live in the boonies kinda far from a "real town" lol. An6ways if not i can just make somethin up that would go with it good, i just wanted to try to make it as authentic as possible! I cant wait to try it, this vid is my vavorite veggie combonation for sure!! Anyways thanks again and any ideas u may have to help me with some alt spices would be great. I have all the spices except for the Amchur powder and black salt. I have pink sea salt and regular salt but have never seen black salt in the store. Much love, G🤗💜
