Hey Joe, I'm almost 70 and I'm missing doing it off the rocks for any kind of fish. Catching big uns is so exciting and to watch your fishing skills is great to see. Your making me salivate and stir with a hunger to get me weary old man bod out there again. I remember while trying to get to a good spot, I had to swim across a couple of small gutts. I got out of the last one ,turned back to see a 12ft at least white pointer go past as I climbed out. When your young your more fearless or stupid, I'm just glad I still got all my limbs. Great fishing and catches Joe. As always, hunting or fishing, your the man. Cheers bro for making me hunger again. Most I did in one day was 7 king's off lures.

Mate. that is extreme solo fishing - hard to get a true impression of how hard that trek in was. No wonder you and Cavy get on so well, kindred spirits - just different main quarry. Kingies are our GTs. Good work on getting some release footage this time, after a few hiccups on the previous vid. You nailed the whole thing bro.

FFS - surely there is some sort of small inflatable you could pack in for the crossings.
Maybe install a couple of ring bolts to secure a line for the return - when you are loaded up with fish which increases the risk of shark attention.
Not to mention you have to cross both ways.

    Hey buddy.
I got to tell you as well as who reads this.
I’ve dumped many of five gallon cans of fuel in the tinmberjack and lots of other little holes. Turn the container so the pour spout is on top so the air returns easily. This will give you a little stream for pouring an not spill or slosh all over everything. Go slow and you’ll see.
Maybe I should do a video of that.

I've watched a few videos lately of fishing trips like yours. They're so exciting! Thanks. But why do you catch fish, throw all of them back, then go back to camp and eat steak? It might just be that I love fresh fish and don't get it very often. But when I go fishing, it's fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
