E. Hero needs more love from konami. The previous pack barely even had supports for E. Heroes. Heck, Ancient Gears have tons of supports compare to E. Heroes. Lol.
Im pretty sure the best e-hero deck would be creator neos with champs vig im still working on the rest of deck though its not as good as creator bls so e-heros just will not be viable till we get good e-fusions and support cards because the only useful cards currently available being neos, the H E R O spell cards and a hero emerges
If you haven't tried Marmiting Captain in some hero variants, i have had a lot of success with him. Its great for swapping fusion materials or ditching Neos/necroshade if you need to for Blazeman. of course, he isnt a hero, but if u get a monster out of it he is super expendable to things like eCon.

Even if you had used Blazemans effect to send Necroshade to the graveyard then summon a Neos from your hand using Necroshades effect, you should've still been able to use Oversoul to Special Summon another Neos from the grave because Summoning Neos from your hand is a Normal Summon, not a special summon. Right?
Those cards arent the issue its blazeman. Necroshade is a normal summon from your hand if you use its effect. But you cant use Oversoul as i explained if you try to use it after Blazeman. Blazeman otherwise would be a one turn kill combo
There is a trap: Beginning OF Heaven And Earth. It helps to put Neos to the grave from your deck, but you need to run Gaia or Black Luster Soldier monsters.

The only thing I hate about this deck is Blazeman being left on the field w/1200 after dumping necro/neos on turn 1
RikuTheBest agreed but its needed to get neos out on the field. Also if you have enough defenses then blazeman wont be destroyed.

You can buff this deck further with Mokuba's level up rewards " Ancient Rules". Also try marmiting as well.

Yeah E-Call would be great. You do want to run restart though to avoid that issue though.

Farm Alexis until you get one or buy one from the trader or get one from a pack.
you can also level alexis, i think you get a ritual at level 16 from her if you really cant get any ritual ^^
one of the GX tickets give a ritual monster if you chose it.
You can buy ritual monsters sold by the Card Trader, farm Alexis, buy packs from the shop and hope to get a ritual monster or use your reward tickets
Theres a black magician of chaos ritual monster tgats a rare so there you go

$$ for more than one copy of blazeman
but you'd only get 1 blazeman, 3 blazeman is pretty much mandatory for this deck. So there is not alternative, unfortunately.
