My last horrible product would have to be the cover girl lash blast mascara in the orange tube. Specifically the waterproof version. The problem was it worked TOO WELL! Eye makeup remove couldn't get it off. I literally had to wear it off over the course of a week or lose multiple lashes taking it off. I recommend it highly if you need potent waterproofing e.g. you're getting married, a family funeral. It. Won't. Budge.

It is so disappointing when an expensive product turns out to be terrible, you sort of hope for the best with many cheap products, and unlike America, in most countries you can't return makeup.
Duraline actually has waterproofing qualities so it's possible that eyeliner stayed on only because of duraline :) love this product, it has so many great uses! Apart from bringing gel liners back to life it can be used as a base for pigments or mixed with them directly for added intensity and staying power, u can create custom coloured waterproof liner by mixing duraline with eyeshadow (u have to scrape a small amount of it, don't add duraline straight into the pan), u can clean up your eyeshadow and eyeliner with it and it can even be used as an eyeshadow primer :) But I wouldn't recommend adding duraline directly into the eyeliner jar as it can dry it out even more after, it's better to scoop a small amount of product with a spatula and mix it with duraline on a palette:)
Duraline is a magical elixer. I got a bottle in Vegas and I love it. My sister now comes to ask for a drop when her eyeliner is starting to go, and I might have to get her a bottle next time I'm there, since we don't have an INGLOT here. So worth the money!! (I used it to refresh my mascara!)
I have to say I like the physicians formula blush mainly because it's not bam in your face blush, I like the subtlety. I love these videos, it helps me not buy things that won't work well. However I did get the flower concealer that you reviewed a few weeks ago and that did not work at all for me, and it smelled like sharpie marker. Did yours smell bad or did I just get a bad batch?
Sorry to hear that! My concealer didn't have a smell at all. It's possible it could've been sitting too long on the shelf, that's happened to me before. I'd return that sucker!
leebees I'm the same way about blush. I'm Nosferatu pale though lol....so when I hear someone complain that a blush "isn't very pigmented"...i run and grab it 😂
I also bought the flower concealer after Zabrena’s recommendation and it really does not work for me either. I think it’s just a personal preference. 😊

That foundation skipped yellow and went straight to green! When you said the foundation might be too yellow I was excited because I have yellow undertones but when you held up the bottle it looked like a glow in the dark product!

I had a felt tip liquid eyeliner that NEVER worked. I ripped off the shrink wrap and it was already dry as a bone! I tried storing it upside-down to re-hydrate the tip and it didn't work hardly at all still... I blocked out which brand it was lol

Alicos Smallwood They were a local company and then got bought out by Clorox. The little lipsticks were the very first thing that I ever saw in terms of cosmetics and they still carry those. Again, these cosmetics are made using natural ingredients so it's not going to be like your typical drugstore cosmetics. it's fine if people don't like this eyeshadow but what people should realize that not all of their products are poor. I've tried a fair number of them. My mother swears by their royal jelly eye cream
Their avocado conditioner is great and all of the cuticle/nail oils are pretty great too, they've got really great stuff , and not do great , but don't they all? 😊❤
Worst makeup I’ve tried lately by far is CoverGirl’s TruNaked Goldens palette. I love the colors but the pigment is terrible and they do not blend at all. If you try to blend it disappears!! Lol I would love to find a good color dupe for this palette though!

Estella Mitchell the nudes and roses covergirl palettes are better than the goldens. I loved the other two (never tried the jewel-toned one) but I when I tried the goldens the color just wouldn't apply like the others. The formula is similar but somehow the other two just apply better, in my opinion. It's too bad, the colors are really pretty in the gold palette.
Mine was the Profusion foundation I got at Five Below for $5. Being a red head and a pale girl I got the lightest shade and it was sooo orange! Not only that but it was like spreading cake batter on my face, it would not blend at all!
Loved this video! One of the worst drugstore products I’ve used is the Burt’s Bees lipstick. It was really hard to apply, not very pigmented, and super drying. Fail!

I have the Covergirl Tru Blend contour and highlight trio and I have light/medium skin. I bought the darkest one and get decent results initially with the color, however; the color doesn’t last and blending could be better. It’s not terrible, but definitely not something I’d buy again. Have you tried Burt’s Bees foundation? It has great coverage and a little bit goes a long way! I recommend you try it! I was a little underwhelmed when I saw the eyeshadow colors so I’m glad I never bought them after seeing this!
Bronx colors has my fav pore minimizing primer. J cat has the best prism single eyeshadows that you need to try like ASAP you will love if they're even in stock

Hands down the worst product I’ve tried was by Biore( who I love). Their self heating charcoal clay mask. It not only gave me a rash but gave me acne. I thought maybe it’s just me because I have sensitive skin. Nope! Gave it to a friend who doesn’t have sensitive skin, it did the same exact thing. Even asked some of the customers at my old job and they said the same thing. I don’t know what is in that mask. Can you or have you done too 10 worst face masks or skin care products?
Bought a concealer, can’t remember the brand, I put it on and it went straight to the trash! I hate that! I’m glad you put these videos out so I can save my money!
Pleasseeeeeee do a review on the Maybelline Super stay full coverage foundation! They aren’t in regular stores just yet but they are in ulta and online! Others seem to be loving it but I would love to hear your review on it❤️
I had horrible luck with the Wet n Wild Photo Focus foundation. No matter what I do it looks awful. I had the same problem with the Too Faced peach foundation so I returned it. Other than those 2 things everything I've bought in the last 6 months ir so has been pretty darn good.

I actually loved the blush on you... :) And I've also tried the Essence concealer stick and it wasn't bad, although I used my finger to blend it in and used VERY little of it, just to lighten up the area under my eyes. It wasn't drying and looked very natural. I think it might be good for those who are looking for an inexpensive product of this type and don't do a full coverage foundation or use a lot of makeup on a daily basis. Just something to make you look a bit more human if you get up at 5 and need to be out by 5:30... I'm loving your "dugstore" theme, Zabrena! My worst drugstore purchase by far was the "L'Oreal Lumi" foundation (no shade to L'Oreal because I LOVE most of their products). I just couldn't understand why everyone loved it so much. Found it to be thin, pore clogging, and not worth the final result. And I'm all for natural looks, so it's not that I was looking for complete transformation. "Lumi" concealer is great though... Weird... I guess it's just my skin type or something...

I tried a New York Color Color HD Trio eyeshadow, which included a highlighter and a primer alongside the trio of eyeshadows. The highlight and eye primer worked pretty well, but the eyeshadows themselves were very sheer, and there was hardly any pigmentation. It just felt hard and not very powdery at all. I do not recommend getting the eyeshadows themselves, but I will say that the cream highlight and primer were the only things that made the palette decent.
It would be good too see you do controversial products ones with both a lot of high and low ratings

Avoid the Simple eye makeup remover. It burnt my eyes so bad and they watered for an hour after using it.

i would love to see and hear about your total favorites right now from drugstore and highend, to have a matte look last and look natural, is it possible? i tried the EL Doublewear and couldnt make it look natural. that would make my day. i tried the lighter formula's and they just looked shiny, so disappointing.

Hands down the worst product I’ve tried was by Biore( who I love).
Their self heating charcoal clay mask. It not only gave me a rash but gave me acne. I thought maybe it’s just me because I have sensitive skin. Nope! Gave it to a friend who doesn’t have sensitive skin, it did the same exact thing. Even asked some of the customers at my old job and they said the same thing. I don’t know what is in that mask.

I had horrible luck with the Wet n Wild Photo Focus foundation. No matter what I do it looks awful. I had the same problem with the Too Faced peach foundation so I returned it. Other than those 2 things everything I've bought in the last 6 months ir so has been pretty darn good.

I tried that Physician's Formula blush too and couldn't get any color either. I'm so glad you did this video cause I thought it was me not applying it correctly or that I got a bad batch.
Melanie Snyder definitely try the butter blush by PF. They are very creamy with greasy color payoff.

I actually loved the blush on you... :) And I've also tried the Essence concealer stick and it wasn't bad, although I used my finger to blend it in and used VERY little of it, just to lighten up the area under my eyes. It wasn't drying and looked very natural. I think it might be good for those who are looking for an inexpensive product of this type and don't do a full coverage foundation or use a lot of makeup on a daily basis. Just something to make you look a bit more human if you get up at 5 and need to be out by 5:30...

My worst drugstore purchase by far was the "L'Oreal Lumi" foundation (no shade to L'Oreal because I LOVE most of their products). I just couldn't understand why everyone loved it so much. Found it to be thin, pore clogging, and not worth the final result. And I'm all for natural looks, so it's not that I was looking for complete transformation. "Lumi" concealer is great though... Weird... I guess it's just my skin type or something...

I tried a New York Color Color HD Trio eyeshadow, which included a highlighter and a primer alongside the trio of eyeshadows. The highlight and eye primer worked pretty well, but the eyeshadows themselves were very sheer, and there was hardly any pigmentation. It just felt hard and not very powdery at all. I do not recommend getting the eyeshadows themselves, but I will say that the cream highlight and primer were the only things that made the palette decent.
