can you share in details how much did this cost you? the lift and the tires? i got the same jeep but silver color.. and i'm looking to do the same modification u did in this video.. cheers bro ! BADASS JEEP INDEED !
I have the exact same Jeep but mine is the Limited version with the chrome wheels the fog lights and the 4.7L V8 gas guzzler. I also put a Thornton tuning chip in it and it helps a little on acceleration, def not the +60hp gain it says it will increase. I do get about 5 more miles/gal which is nice because that 4.7 is very thirsty. I'm going to get the same work done to my Jeep, but a 2.5" lift in front and 2" in the back with 32" tires. I haven't watched your entire vid yet so I don't know if any cutting is necessary. Next is a 4500lb winch and a 36"curved led light bar. After all that it's just basic off-road items(ropes, drings, shovel, MaxTrax, air compressor, etc) Oh yea I love the tinted light covers you got.
Now if you only had the 5.7 Hemi engine in it... I've got the same Jeep with the 5.7 custom suspension, JK front bumper and 12k winch from SmittyBuilt. The Defender roof rack and tires so big they fill the wheel well without the 2in lift... Ill be doing that next. Rear air suspension and soon to fabricate a front end air suspension to level the towing sag.
I keep looking at this video to check out your Jeep. Mine is the exact same make and model. I am looking forward to get these tires. Bought a rough country lift kit, gonna take it to the shop soon, don’t wanna try and install it my self lol
Badass Jeep! Just bought the 2" rough country lift for my 06' WK. Stil deciding on tires. I love the aggressive look of the Cooper STT Pros. My only concern is the road noise. How is the highway noise with the Pros on your Jeep?? Any vibration issues??
Did the shop mention anything about upper ball joint issues or upgrading the upper control arm with that spacer lift? I'm about to do a 2" lift on my 05 Laredo and everyone keeps telling me these horror stories about struts hitting the backside of the knuckle and UCA ball joints failing prematurely unless I buy a $400+ JBA upper control arm...
Record Upload Repeat how is she holding up now? Pros and cons before and after the upgrade? I have 2007 jgc laredo as well bone stock rolled her off dealership back in 09 w 19k miles I just hit 181K miles recently and planning to do what u did now I just gotta come up w $2K that’s all still waiting on my stimulus check 😴 btw how much was the lift kit n labor?
I just commented on one of ur other videos asking about these and yes they are the stt pros! This video is almost a year old how have they been treating you i just put a new set on my Jeep! what size are these ones? i got 255/75/17's on my Wj. Has a 2.5 inch BB lift kinda like yourself But now i have to get a 4 inch lift!
Did you need wheel spacers too? I have a 2in lift with the stock wheels and 255/70/17 but i want 33`s so curious how you fit 32`s in there. Thanks sick Jeep keep Jeepin!
The Jeep just needed the 2 inch lift, no spacers needed. My mechanic cut some of the plastic away on both sides of the wheels in the front so that the 32 inch tires would fit properly. Thanks for the compliment!
I’m thinking of doing the same lift kit for my 08 GC with 32” tires as well but what did you do so there is no rubbing when turning. did you get spacers ?
Chris Moorhead the lift on amazon is gonna come out to 180 with tax , it’s called a rough country sky 664 most I live here in El Paso and I got charged 225 to put the lift with the mounting of the tires I found some bfgoodrich mud terrains for 250 almost new on Facebook , just be on the look out for bargains and get estimates from different places , I’m having the shop install them as we soeak
Here's what I had done: -Airaid cold air intake -Rough Country 2" inch lift (2 inch) -Cooper STT Discoverer Tires -Brakes and Rotors -Oil Change -Wheel Alignment
my 2.5 inch leveling kit gave me about 4.5 inches of lift...took me 16 hours to replace all suspension componants and the lift...they wanted 1200 to do all the work...I did it myself and glad I did...hard work
Lift kits and bigger tires will fawk with your transmission shift points and speedometer will be off .... go get a tune when you upgrade your tires !!!!!!!!!
Hi Pete, Nice looking Jeep, I have the 3.0 Diesel, when I changed my tyres to 245/75/17 (31.5 inches) Without a lift. Running Silent Armour Good Year AT's. Maybe I should do a walk around of mine - there are a couple of video's ive done. Maybe comment and sub swap ;-) Look forward to hearing from you. Peter Oo|||||||oO ps just gave you the all inportant thumbs up too. AND - BAD ASS LOOKIN' Jeep!
John Terrizzi Eh yes and no. When driving normally no, when I'm in a parking lot trying to cut the wheel all the way I feel like it's rubbing at bit some where.
After looking at the video, you will rub rear in 2 points. When you turn your front will rub, not as bad as I thought, but it will rub unless you do the Mod.
It’s 2020 and I still want a Jeep from this year with the same lift and tires. ‼️‼️ ur video is still alive
Right! I got a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.7 Hemi and I love it.
I waited a few years, saved my pennies and got a 2008 CRD Limited.
I used 255-70-18s on wrangler rim's. Bad ass!
Bad ass Jeep! I’m thinking about getting the same lift but with 33’s
Nice! That's a bad ass jeep dude. Looks completely different. Great video as usual.
Thanks again as always man!
The Jeep looks really cool.

Great looking WK man! What size are the wheels? What is the offset of them? Thanks!
Nice rig! Wheels would definitely change the entire look of a vehicle just like a haircut lol.
Thanks man and yeah it does!
What size are the tires in metric?
Now if you only had the 5.7 Hemi engine in it... I've got the same Jeep with the 5.7 custom suspension, JK front bumper and 12k winch from SmittyBuilt. I keep looking at this video to check out your Jeep. Mine is the exact same make and model. I am looking forward to get these tires. Bought a rough country lift kit, gonna take it to the shop soon, don’t wanna try and install it my self lol
v8? Couldn't tell when you had the hood open. Just curious why it sucks the gas.
Badass Jeep! Just bought the 2" rough country lift for my 06' WK. Stil deciding on tires. I love the aggressive look of the Cooper STT Pros. My only concern is the road noise. How is the highway noise with the Pros on your Jeep?? Any vibration issues??
Bien hermosa tu camioneta bro ❤️
How is the ride quality
sick Jeep!
Looks awesome bro!
Thanks man! I finally got the video up!
Very Nice chero 👍
Need more videos on the jeep
What's the size and diameter on the wheels and tires they just sit perfectly!
I have the info in the description!
How much did all that cost?
looks great hope you still have it
I went with a 3-inch lift
265/70r17?
super clean I'm thinking on doing the same thing to my jeep
Thanks man, it was well worth it!
bad ass jeep I'm thinking about getting a 3 inch on mine
Yeah man a 3 inch would be sick!
Remember when you going past a 2 inch lift, there is more involved
Did you have any rubbing? Did you do the pinch weld mod?
hey man I noticed your tail lights are tinted yet they still look pretty bright if you don't mind me asking what you used to tint them?
looks like the aftermarket smoked lights
that's a really nice Jeep. how much did you spend on the tires, wheels, and the installation
The wheels were $400 roughly, the tires were $250 each and with labor it was like $1800 or so
Record Upload Repeat how is she holding up now? Pros and cons before and after the upgrade? I just commented on one of ur other videos asking about these and yes they are the stt pros! They've been treating me pretty damn well actually!
What wheels are those ?
What kind of price is it for a 2" lift job liks yours? Thanks!
D.P.T 150 for his lift I have the same one
Did your front tires rub on the fenders on sharp turns?
how many coats did you use for your head lights n tail lights
I'm honestly not sure because I had a tint shop do it for me.
Oh I got you it's a dope I have the same one but it's army green getting ready to lift it as well
Marcus Clark Post some videos when it's done!
Are your spacer hub centric??? Thinking about putting spacers on mine
I don't think I ended up having spacers installed. When we did the lift kit it worked.
is there a big difference with the power of ur jeep using these tires sizes? is it a v6 or v8?
Good video ! what is the size of your wheels or rims ?
Why kind of grill is that, and also are the easy to put on could I just swap my silver one for that or did you just dip the silver?
Did you have any problems later on like any noises differential braking or anything different ever since you got the lift ?
Did you need wheel spacers too? I have a 2in lift with the stock wheels and 255/70/17 but i want 33`s so curious how you fit 32`s in there. Thanks sick Jeep keep Jeepin!
The Jeep just needed the 2 inch lift, no spacers needed. My mechanic cut some of the plastic away on both sides of the wheels in the front so that the 32 inch tires would fit properly. Thanks for the compliment!
so all you did was put the rough country lift on and you were able to clear 32's??
Yep!
What headlights does it have on??!
Hey how much did they charge u for the lift and spacers
What is the actual size of the tires
Nice jeep i want to fix mine just like that what is the size of your wheels?

how much did that lift cost? i have the same type of jeep and am interested in lifting it.
Jad Farah I have the same exact lift it's a suspension lift kit and I bought it from RC for $150
I recommend it but you're gonna want to get a bigger lift in another 5 months. I already want an 8" but I can't afford it. I have an 06 wk.
@@jackiegallen8182 where'd yo get the lift kit from? I have a 06 grand cherokee laredo and I cant find a budget lift kit

Did u added 2 inch spacers in the front and another 2 inch on the back or how did u did it ??
CHRISTIAN ARCE 2.00" in front and 1.75" in the rear
I wanna do the same thing to my jeep how much the lift and tires cost you
Chris Moorhead the lift on amazon is gonna come out to 180 with tax , it’s called a rough country sky 664 most I live here in El Paso and I got charged 225 to put the lift with the mounting of the tires I found some bfgoodrich mud terrains for 250 almost new on Facebook , just be on the look out for bargains and get estimates from different places , I’m having the shop install them as we soeak
did the lift effect the axles?
kristofer radesich I thing the one he has is just a suspension lift. It lifts the body. Shouldn't have any issues with the axles
Do you get the death wobble with the RC 2" lift?
Explain the "death wobble".
Andrew Weber These Jeeps are IFS, can't get death wobble with this system.
Do your tires rub?
Nope!
Looks nice dude, would 35's fit?
No. On the superlift which is a full suspension 4 inch lift, the biggest recommended tire is 33 inches.
i have the same jeep and im going to order the same lift do you think i would be able to fit some 33s or should i just stick with the 32s?
eyePdaily 50 32 is all the bigger you can go with that lift
ok thank you
Mine isn't 4x4 and people keep telling me not to get the spacers....bad ass jeep ;)
All Grand Cherokees are either 4x4 or technically "AWD" like mine.
I would check with whoever is going to install it for you!
Some are 4x2in America, everywhere else there generally 4x4 not "AWD" until very recently. Proper 4x4 systems are much better than Awd's ;-)
what kind of wheels are those man?? And what a badass jeep!
Here's what I had done:
-Airaid cold air intake
-Rough Country 2" inch lift (2 inch)
-Cooper STT Discoverer Tires
-Brakes and Rotors
-Oil Change
-Wheel Alignment
Thanks man!
is it the 5.7 v8
No it sounds like a 4.7
Still bad ass
are those 265 70 17?
I forget lol, my friend at the shop did it for me.
They would be 265 70 17 or 275 70 17
Cool!
That’s the way I want my Jeep 🙌🏼🔥
bad ass jeep
Bad Ass Jeep

Hi Pete, Nice looking Jeep,
I have the 3.0 Diesel, when I changed my tyres to 245/75/17 (31.5 inches) Without a lift.
Running Silent Armour Good Year AT's.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Peter Oo|||||||oO
ps just gave you the all inportant thumbs up too.
AND - BAD ASS LOOKIN' Jeep!
Haha right man thanks for the compliments and you should definitely show of your Jeep!
do your tires rub at all?
John Terrizzi Eh yes and no. When driving normally no, when I'm in a parking lot trying to cut the wheel all the way I feel like it's rubbing at bit some where.
Inner front fender. You need to do a plastic cut, then a pinch weld mod. Also the rear might rub under high flex.
After looking at the video, you will rub rear in 2 points. When you turn your front will rub, not as bad as I thought, but it will rub unless you do the Mod.
How much does this cost you? I bet a lot haha
Oakleys Car Wash? Lol
it's easy not to believe when you don't do the work yourself...#throwmoneyatit #poser
