A couple of extra points, if I may - 1. The key blade in the fob is the correct tool to use to prise off the door keyhole cover, as well as to open up the fob housing itself - rather than using a random screwdriver, 2. A further 'trick' with the fob is that if you press the headlight button twice, it also turns on the reversing lights - which is great if you need extra light at the back of the car in a dark area. Hope this helps.
For sure. It is a real benefit. My XKR can rest for much longer when double locked. Warning not to do it with anyone inside as they will be locked in with no way to get out.
Also something to note about keyless if my key is up against my phone the car won’t open nor will it lock it does that little “beep beep”. The minute I put it in my other pocket or in front of my phone in my pocket so the backside isn’t against the phone it will unlock.
Ha. @ 4:13, BC Ferries. We must be close to each other.... or you used stock footage. I beginning to think it's the latter... given your plates and the RHD. Aside from this, much of this is not applicable to me and my X 100 XKR.
The BC ferries is stock footage. The X100 has a completely different remote. Try these videos: ruclips.net/user/shortsMrcQsAEt16c?si=StfHVwaGITqoQajy. Also: ruclips.net/video/YvFVbVRdkvY/видео.htmlsi=bM_4fSBW35A5BD9y.
One thing to tell anyone just in case they've been hiding under a rock is that if you have keyless entry get yourself a Faraday cage/box/wallet for both of your keys or you may wake up one day and find your pride and joy gone. Imho one of the worst car ideas ever, let thieves easily steal you car just to save the massive effort of pressing a button. Dreadful idea.
Good Thinking. How to protect your keyless entry car When at home keep your car key (and the spare) away from the car, doors and windows. Put your keys in a signal-blocking pouch, such as a Faraday Bag. Turn off wireless signals on your fob when it's not being used. Use a steering wheel lock or car alarm.
Great point about double locking and battery drain. Thanks
Pleased it was helpful

How can I remote start my Jaguar using the key fob? Is it possible?
The simple answer - no, it's not a feature that they offered
Didn't know about the double locking and saving some of the battery drain.

Hello friend, before I had two short zooms when closing with the remote control, how can I resume this function?
Can you please tell me what you mean by "Zoom"

That is very interesting - I guess the phone is shielding the key from seeing the car
