Correction -- none of those animals were found by 'cryptozoologists'. They were found by explorers and scientists. No cryptozoologist of any kind predicted any of the relevant information concerning these discovered animals.
I mean, they didn't find them, but I think it's still good evidence that simply because something was once thought to be mythological, doesn't mean it really is.
