Sometimes staying out of the red is all you need to clear the stage to be honest. Speaking from personal experience here and that little of power is about 16k or so, not bad really and it costs around 5 wishes which is not the end of the world but I do understand where you’re coming from. I just hope they make marks of time easier to farm 😅
@@AriseQuest for only a couple thousand combat power, I don't believe the essence stones are worth it for most free to play players, if you're spending money then it may very well be worth it.. Now if it were to give you a few hundred thousand combat power overall the essence stones would be worth it..¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@@nightmareftw01 You cant really remove a weapon but you can replace it by making a different weapon stronger. The armory automatically chooses your top 6 strongest weapons or however many slots you've got unlocked. Hope this helps :)
Ive been having an issue lately, I go to upgrade the armoury level of my plum sword but when i click on it and level it up the level doesn’t change and it switches me to the thetis grimoire and levels it up instead even tho i was clearly on the plum sword, is this intentional since this has happened twice now and ive been grinding to get the marks of time only for it to be used on the wrong weapon
I mean its okay, I still think essence stones is better in this case so you can use your marks of time to enhance your tiers for that last weapon. Hope that helps c:

Save the marks of time for the advancements since those aren’t easy to come by and you need a lot of them, you can use the essence stones to unlock the slots.

@AriseQuest he's right it's only essence stones on mobile. I have all slots unlocked but that's because I put a little $$$ into the game. Generally every games mobile version pushes you towards spending more, so they'll remove certain ways of upgrading in game that may be on pc, but not on mobile. It's a way to push mobile players to spending more, since on average mobile gamers spend the most money on games
The power it gives is not that much.. its not worth to waste essence stones on it.. im level 70 with my armory giving me power about 16,420. I have 5 weapons on it with two weapons slots upgraded with marks of time.
16k power isn’t bad, plus the Armory isn’t meant to be the main source of power to your party when you have hunter level ups, artifacts, skills, even upgrades and hunter weapons. You’re also forgetting that you got 16k with not every slot unlocked and not every weapon enhanced fully with marks of time/ essence stones. So it’s definitely a nice boost to your power. If he doesn't kill me I just time out on him with 45-30 health bars left.... He's a freaking beast man... I don't understand why he's so tanky even without the shield bar cause I go break beast mode on him.

For example: Blessing stone- pulverise Hunter-baek yoonho, jee woo, Emma, nam etc. Weapon- Huntsman Skills- Armourbreak, death dance With this you can break him quickly and deal high as much damage with the secondary weapon skill you have.. i personally use the scythe or the grimoire as it is very easy to use. Also dodge his attacks well and use shadow steps carefully..

Harsh opinion but we all play the game differently. I see your point though and you might prefer to use your marks and save them, yet again though it all depends on what people value more. At the time of making this video a lot of the places where you could get marks of times like battlefield of chaos were not around and the amount of marks you could buy from the shop were either not enough or very expensive. For example u need 2500essence for 1 rotation. Average chances to get smth good is at ~68 pulls. And not 100% chance to get hunter/weap u need. And u can spend a F of rotations to get what u need (or 2 rotations to guaranteed get new hunter from Preciese summons). So no--armory in all terms was a bad thing to spend on.
If you think about it you can still use the armory to gain power and enhance your weapons. So it's not like a complete waste plus you don't only have to use essence stones like I said you can also use marks of time if you have enough of them. All I said was that they are harder to come by than essence stones which is true. There are plenty of ways to get essence stones compared to Marks of time, and even when you get marks they are usually very scarce and rare. You can also always pull later for teh character since they all go to the custom banner after 2 weeks but it all depends on what you need and what you prefer.

I know thst my example is just my example but still--i got a5 seo from precise banner and ZERO dupes was from custom. I dont remember well, but i pulled twice (x2-x4 dont remember accurate) more times in comparsion to white ticket draw. And yes you will definitely get needed hunter (someday......year later mb) and maybe he's dupes. But fact is--from very start and as for other gatcha games, such essence/gems and etc, MUST be saved for pulls. Even if we hadnt any additional activities for farm marks, still donate currency (essence) are way effective use for draws. U will get dupes of hunters/weaps. So u wull get more efficiency to ur hunters or Son (dupes of weapons). And it wildly more effective in comparsion of armory.
You'd be surprised how many people don't really know what it's for and what it does. I don't blame them though it's not even in the tutorial tips and if you're new to it all it can be confusing especially with how it works. You know what I mean? 😅

Well could be a bug or could be that your grimoire is higher level than your plum sword it prioritises your strongest weapons

Would you recommend spending the marks of time to unlock all the slots first or advancement of each weapon first?
Save the marks of time for the advancements since those aren’t easy to come by and you need a lot of them, you can use the essence stones to unlock the slots.
dont save marks to unlock slots you would be better off using them to upgrade slots instead. you get essence stones faster than the marks anyways.
