    Great video, a few things to add to help others. Apple silicon is a bit different and apparently Buffer size and CPU are now linked it’s worth setting it low (start at 64) to avoid too much CPU use.
    Also when buying a Mac for audio with Apple silicon go for more performance cores over efficiency (M2 pro is a bit more faster than m3 pro).
    One thing that can be odd is you get one core maxing out at 100% whilst the others are quite low. Would be good if this was resolved or good solutions other than reloading plugins. Any ideas on this one? Setting to maximum usable cores is not enables in some other DAWs and this could be a stability reason.
