  • Glutensiz baklava tarifi (kolay yufka ile). For English please follow the explanation below:
    Ingredients for phyllo dough:
    2 cups of water
    2 eggs
    4 tablespoon oil
    1 caddyspoon baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    250 gr gluten free flour (approximately)
    Mix all the ingredients to make batter as shown in video.
    Boil the water in a large pot. Put a non stick pan on the pot. Rub the batter heated pan surface with a brush in a thin layer. After a while (approx. 15 seconds) remove the phyllo dough from the pan (as shown in video. Also you can watch our "kolay yufka" recipe for more information)
    Internal Ingredients for baklava:
    1 cap of walnut
    80 gr unsalted butter
    1/2 cup of oil
    Mix the oil with melted butter.
    Oil the bottom and sides of the backing pan. Place the fhyllo dough in to a backing pan as shown in video. Use the oil mixture and walnut as shown in video.
    Bake the baklava in preheated oven (200 °C) for about 40 minutes until get golden brown .(Bake the baklava under control.Reduce the temperature if necessary for not to burn)
    Ingredients for the syrup:
    3 cups of sugar
    2 cups of water
    5 drops lemon juice
    While baking the baklava, prepare the syrup. Mix the water with sugar. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add lemon juice. Cook more 10 min.
    Finaly:
    Spoon half of the hot syrup over the hot baklava and let cool for 10 minutes. (as shown in video use ice and cold water to rapid cooling.) Than spoon the warm syrup over the baklava.
    (Alternate method: Cool the syrup and spoon over the hot baklava.)
    Let the baklava rest for about 4 -6 hours to absorb syrup.
    Service the baklava with powder pistachio.
