Thank you for getting the sizing out of the way you’re the only person that mentioned that in a review. Helped a bunch with my purchase, transferring over from a regular leather with holes.
Glad I can help! Enjoy the belt
Ah man! I already have the old Groove, but it's always coming loose. Was thinking of getting the Ultra, but why the hell did they make the buckle out of polymer!? The weight excuse is ridiculous. It surely is a cost advantage for THEM. 🙄
Honestly I have both and find myself reaching for the OG more often for the rigidity. Now they came out with a leather one too!
@@mikeydailycarry they are sending me a replacement for my OG that's always loosening. But I'll bet anything all OG's slip.
Got the OG.. best belt I’ve ever owned and I’ve tried them all. Especially good for us big dudes
The OG is phenomenal
Interesting upgrade! I do plan on getting one. Although, I may wait for some additional color options.
Bro, do you still use this belt for edc? Im currently using it with my 19X appendix and its concealed amazingly
I certainly still use it. I swap this one out with my C.O.B especially during this summer. I love it. Rock it with my 19 in a holster with a side car and I have no issues 🤙🏾
@@mikeydailycarry Bro, if you don't mind me asking, how does your gun sit when you're sitting down? Like standing, it's the most amazing belt ever hands down. Nothing conceals better that I've tried, but sitting and I'm a Carhauler, so I'm sitting for hours everyday. But my gun lays down in my lap almost.
@luckylandy2945 honestly my holster doesn’t run so low into my waist band so when I sit it’s not uncomfortable at all. I just push up a little higher when seated so it’s not pressing into my bladder
how much weight can you carry on it before it starts to sag etc
I honestly haven’t experienced any sag yet. I typically use this without my g19 mos in an llod holster with has a side car and I have no issues of wear. All together that setup is about 2.5-3 pounds. Hope that helps.
I bought one of these belts in black but to be honest next to my black Kore belt for everyday use the kore is more stable, better support for sure and way more adjustable. The groove is fine but not for ccw IMO and it has proven to be good for carrying firewood.
Definitely a lot less rugged compared to the kore. Thanks for watching
Got one April to carry a P365 and what a disappointment. When you say "rocking it as an edc belt" yeah it "rocks" back and forth when you walk. Returned it and that was easy though.
It works well for me because I like the flex capability. I wear shorts 90% of the time and having more flex and rock vs. rigidity works best for me. Everyone is different though. If you’re looking for a more reinforced option. I’d recommend KORE.
It continually slips throughout the day and you have to keep cinching it. If you walk a lot on your job .
Bummer! How heavy is your carry? Might have to go with the OG
@@mikeydailycarry mine is the og . It may be like 2 pounds . Diad board for ups delivery…
@donjaun1423 ahh gotcha. If it’s doing that with an OG, I don’t think it’ll be any better with the ultra. I’d recommend going with a kore belt
Is it more rigid than the OG groove belt?
The OG groove belt in my opinion feels a little more sturdy. They claimed that the only thing different is the buckle, but I feel that both the buckle and the material they use on the OG belt still feels more rugged.
disclaimer it SUCKS for cc when I clip my holster and spare mag on no support
Oh bummer. Works just fine for me. I rock an LLOD appendix v2 with a g19 and spare mag no problems
that 100 years warranty is gimmick bro they know you aint going to call them in 10 years dude and if they did that means they charging you for 10 belts since they know it wont last 100 years. no way no how. they could charge less for a belt if they had 5 year warranty.
I have my RUclips proof 😛 but 39.95 isn’t that bad 🤔
really doubt your kid would want to wear your old used belt. Would you?
I’d pass this one down since the elastic doesn’t form to my body like some of my other gun belts.
