Those are so easy to make, great choices! Regarding the chicken and rice, there is a peruvian dish were you add corn kernels, sliced pimento and instead of using plain water, you would blend water and cilantro. The dish is called "arroz con pollo", very yummy. We serve it with boiled potatos. To avoid overcooking the chiken, you can remove it before the rice is done. You can also reserve just a bit of the liquid the rice is being cooked on, and add that when serving, since the rice may also get a bit dry.
@@gegeschannel8836 yes, cilantro is soooo flavorful... But it can be a bit difficult to digest. Nowadays many recipes substitute some of the original amount of cilantro with spinach, just to make some dishes more gut friendly, with a cost in flavor. This also applies to basil heavy meals like pesto. I usually use one third spinach to make basil pesto....
Made the first soup for dinner tonight, and it's delicious! The only changes I made was a can of coconut milk instead of cream, peas in place of kale, and some smoked paprika. So hearty and satisfying!✨✨
I love your videos. You inspire to cook. I live in a Retirement Community. I’m going to start sharing all these recipes I’m trying. Congratulations on your new baby💕

is that a new stove made to look old like 50's?? Or is it old? I used to work on one similar.. and loved it - it was my Grandmas and when she died it disappeared - had that thick white enamel and never died.
You make your "olive garden" (as we call it), different than I. It all comes together the same I guess though. You are missing the crushed red pepper though. 😉
I just want to say I LOVE THESE ONE POT MEALS please do more if possible!!!❤
noted!

Love these! Ive been in such a rut with food lately. Its nice to see some new things. Have you ever done a "fam faves" video for meals? Thanks Lisa!!
❤🌲Lisa my mouth is watering! I just love the way you cook❤
My kids are age 49 and 42 . So I have only cooking for 2 around 25 years! But these recipes will be good for just hubby and I. With leftovers.
A tea towel or a few damp paper towels will help prevent your cutting board from moving around. Great vlog.
Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦 🍁

Old stove from 1949? They had it redone…painted, etc. She talks about it in her kitchen redo video.
lisa do they ship to Australia?
Where can I find this recipe typed out? I couldn’t find it on your blog.
🙏
Wish I could order from Thrive, but they don't deliver to Canada... :(
I'm in Canada and natura market has similar products as thrive without a membership.
Thanks! 😊
Wouldn’t the eggs next to the heat of the candle cook them.?
Are you all safe?
Lovely....however, when you have a teenage boy to feed ...lol, tripple the recipe 🤣😁
