I saw Mammoth at the Alter Bridge concert in Seattle last night and he introduced himself as Wolfgang Led Zeppelin. Thought it was random and hilarious but even funnier now that I read about where it came from this morning.
Wolfgang is going to save Rock and Roll. Now, that might sound ridiculous, and I can even argue to the fact that R&R does not need saving at ALL - but THIS yound man is making is fun again. HE can play everything, and sing, and he comes with the jokes, too. He's a blessing when we needed one the most. Long Live Your Dreams.

Just like Castor Hetfield with Bastardane and Tye Trujillo with Ottto and Suicidal tendencies, having a legend/member of a legendary band as a father is a privilege. I’m not hating on Nepo-babies, I just wished they admitted their dad’s fame and connections helped them get a gig, spot at a big festival lineup or as opener for a huge band. Other bands have to sweat and bleed for years for a fraction of what they get within a year.

Love Wolfgang and his music and the way he keeps going, I met him in 2013 when he was playing bass for Tremonti and I can honestly say he's one of the nicest and most down to earth people you could ever meet.
One of the funnier things about this is that Eddie and Al did have that "advantage", their father was a big star in the big band scene in the Netherlands.
He’s an incredible musician I’ll give him that, being the son of a great legendary man is never easy and rarely does anyone ever live up to expectations placed upon them, IMO WVH is doing a fine job. That being said, isn’t WVH a cry baby lefty? I mean being a child of superstar musician can’t be the root of all the hate? If that’s it quit reading Twitter, but if your expressing political world views on Twitter that half the people disagree with and then reading and replying to the hate you’re just eggin it on.

He is the one claiming he wants to make it on his own. There are many musicians who are just as great but will never receive any recognition because they don't have a famous last name. If WVH doesn't want to hear that, then he is being too sensitive. If it really bothers him that much then he should have changed his last name so no one knows who he is. Or just accept it. No one is forcing him to read the comments. The person he called a grape was not being demeaning or disrespectful in anyway. He was just stating facts. WVH is the one disrespecting people.
Man I really wanna see Wolf succeed. Eddie & Val met here, backstage at a concert. Her dad had been transferred to the GMC S15/Chevy S10 factory here some time before that. Pretty sure they lived here when Wolf was born. People here have all sorts of stories about seeing Eddie & Val out around town enjoying the night life back then. Lots were shared when Ed passed. It was really cool to read. Even back then, he was humble and down to earth and extremely nice to people. I always think back to the vid of Ed & Jason Becker when I think about how Ed probabiy acted in real life towards fans 🙏👍
