    I've lived in Wenatchee my entire life. 43 years. I've been obsessed with Saddlerock hat long. I've never been able to make it all the way up, due to herniated discs. I can personally attest, that last area when you rounded the front, is high octane mountain climbing, by Wenatchee standards. If you're not from here, that was a really gutsy move. The filming in this is the most crystal clear, perfect recording I've ever seen of our gorgeous mountain. Thank you for this. I'm subscribing now. I'll be sharing this video, and looking for more!

      @@IdRatherBeHiking This is Freeland's limo.
      Justin also gave China the Ebola virus. I copied that Chinese lady name and found it in other docs where the scientific community was absolutely dumbfounded that China not only got the Ebola virus, but got it from a 5 Eyes country. Why did it take so long for Jusitn to say no to China's 5G via Huawei? This when the US is banning DJI drones?
      China has openly stated that they will use chemical weapons as they have lost every "simulation" of war with the west. Not just that, but a lot of those PCR test were sent back to China 😲.
      China made the covid knowing that they have a demographic nightmare in the next few years due to China's one child policy. (Demographic Collapse - China's Reckoning (Part 1). This is one in a series of vids that clearly points out if China does not take over the globe in about 10 years, they never will. .
      So do the math. China is working with gain of function Ebola virus with round eye (whitie's) DNA while admitting they will use Chemical weapons on the verge of a WWlll because Stoltenberg just stated that Ukraine will be NATO that will 100% see Russia using tactical nukes to strike at the Rada in Kiev etc.
      Heres the kicker however (and a good story as it needs to be told).
      The UN is building their "Big Data Center" in China. This is when Klause brags the future will be data driven. Take all of the Ukrainian farmland that even the n@tzis would take train loads back to Germany, control the money with CBDC's and get rid of the eaters with race specific Ebola and Epicyte.

    That spot that has fear to your life when you were going through down the front… It has fear to my life every time to that spot hasn’t changed for over 40 years… I actually enjoyed your video very much great job… It’s an amazing rock in our valley and has a very rich Indian history if you research it at all I used to be called Squaw rock

    I’ve lived in Wenatchee all my life and this saddle is a very very big part of our backyard we have an amazing backyard up here in Wenatcheewashington. but hiking the saddle is just amazing views up and down the river and as a kid we actually four-wheel-drive Up on the Saddle … There is also a cemetery from 1892 right below the saddle I called Myers cemetery

    Cheers David, really excellent video. The cinematography and music just keep getting better every time! My family is following along from Comox with every new one.
    Idea - have you considered also making shorts of the best moments from each of your hiking videos? The drone shots of the peak with the town and river in the background were especially mind-boggling in this one! A 30-90 second kind of thing. Might help you reach more people, I know a few RUclipsrs who have had their shorts become more popular than their videos and boosted their channel. All the best!

    Random Q - do you carry bear spray, air horn or such in case you come across a critter that's not too friendly?

    • @IdRatherBeHiking
      @IdRatherBeHiking  2 года назад

      I do it is attached in a water bottle holder on the left side of my bag, I took it off for this hike as there aren't any bears and tons of locals running up there.
