I tried actually (before clip obv) I learned from a group of ppl I speedrun the game with that because of how the EML works, it's actually a VERY precise shot. Something to do with hitboxes

Further in depth:some aircraft need to be at a certain speed (ie su30sm vanilla) needs to be at 480kpm and some fan cobra but but that's it (ie f35 su33 etc)
X-02S Strike Wyvern. You unlock being able to buy it after beating the story, but you gotta get through one of the aircraft tree branches that reaches one of the stealth fighters (YF-23, F-22, or Su-47)
