Sidakdeep Singh Chahal: Meet the Sikh teen and Guinness World Record Holder for longest hair

A 15-year-old Sidakdeep Singh Chahal from Greater Noida set a Guinness World Record for longest hair on a living male teenager on September 20. Sidakdeep said that in Sikhism it is forbidden to cut hair and he has to take a lot of care of his hair to get to this length. “I follow Sikhism and we are forbidden from cutting our hair...I had to take a lot of care of the hair to get it to this length...It couldn’t have been possible without the support of my family. My mother took care of my hair from childhood...”
