Happy New Year, Greg!
This is a sweet home. I would be making some changes as a matter of personal choice, but it's good as is, too. The layout of the home is nice and I really like the kitchen. I love the setup in the main bedroom, and I'd probably keep it like that after making a few changes. It's ideal as a den or family room for hosting movie nights or game nights and whatnot. I really like the Bay Windows throughout, and I'm sure my two cats would really like them as well. 😸 This is a great home at a great price. Thanks for the tour, Greg!
