Yaaasss
How accurate
Hi
kappa
As a kid i used to get scared from this music
Yezzir
He only appears in like 5 episodes, yet he's the most memorable villain in the entire show.
That's more than any other villain on the show. (Unless you want to count Eustace.)
He was dope and pure evil, such an awesome villain
And they still got fooled by him🤣🤣
I like freaky Fred more lol
Real villain is Houston
"How about a sport before dying dear boy?" *Bouncing a small ball with such finesse.*
Dude had elegance, class and style. Smooth yet dicey. Intelligent yet mad. Katz was dope. Also. NO DOGS ALLOWED!!!
classs
Lol I concur.
@@mysticalacer94 dogs are supposed to chase cats, not the other way round? Well, maybe times have changed?
I always laughed at the fact Katz called Eustace mad, it is so ironic where it is coming from
because Katz was british.
Welcome, to the Katz motel. I'm Katz.

Pity
The most sadistic and evil of Courage's enemies. Cold, Cunning, Heartless, he'll kill and torture for his own entertainment and nothing else.
Yep, that's cats for you.
Gotta love 'em
Yet at the same time, he's very stoic and subtle. He almost never displays any emotion, and carries out his malice in a very laid back manner, unlike other villains who clearly show that they enjoy it. Almost like Katz has done so much evil that he's used to it. Creepy.
@@ben-chan420 Except Kitty’s motivations for doing so are a bit more complex.
@@beakedmonk3981 the Katz Motel is a pretty good argument for that.
That's how cats are in real life, most kill to play, not really eat. It's why domesticated cats are one of the top mammal predators in the world and responsible (with our help) for bringing extinction to multiple species of insects, birds, rodents etc etc.
It's amazing how they were able to create a pretentious/mysterious/villanious vibe with just the music alone.
Pretentious?
@@nathanmerritt1581 katz acts like he thinks very high of himself and this track portrays him pretty well. It makes sense to me
Sound design takes talent and there's none left anymore good reason to miss it or to be shocked when you see something real
@@redlight3932 you're the same as the idiots that listen to the radio and say all music made today is bad
A very accurate depiction of cat as a villain in any dog's life
I like the fact that Katz has his own sinister music in background while he is around.
Oh man I feel so badass riding through my neighborhood while bumping to this lmao
Watch where you going ya foo
I tried too. Apparently Indians have no taste for anything other than that vile bollywood stuff
Way to announce your the neighborhood villain

This theme song goes as hard as the Imperfect cell theme.
Classic central!
😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣LOL
Finally, someone else who hears the similarity.
@@wowalamoiz9489 I can hear it😂

this theme perfectly fits katz. it sounds calm but out of control at the same time
I really wish you hadn't done that....
This brings me back to one of the many shows that make up my childhood. Never really got a chance to fully hear Katz' leitmotif in its clear entirety until now and it fits him so well. Seriously gives off the vibe of his character: sleazy, sly, cool, collected, calm, cunning.
There's nothing more evil than some good ol' atmospheric drum and bass
Honestly, this villain had no business being this damn cool😪
*"A little sport before dying, dear boy?"*
The perfect theme to slowly stride down a dark hallway that's barely lit by flickering lamps,
I’m honestly surprised at how sinister this feels. It reminds me of something you’d find in a point-and-click horror game.
How was I not afraid of this show growing up
Logic son. Logic.
I was very afraid .you are just weird
It never left a mark in my life because by the end of each episode everything is normal again. And it’s just too funny to be scared of.
I'm a 22 year old who hasn't watched Courage the cowardly dog in over decades. Yet this theme is always somehow in my mind and keeps making me come back to this show.
You know it's going to be a great episode when this song starts playing.
yup this is it, was too perfect for a Cat character, my cat sits next to me all the time giving me some sort of side-eye look, flipping that tail around.
I’m really glad you had done this
[Massive Attack intensifies]
Ear buds in.. turnt all the way up.. That bass booming.. Love Katz and his song
This song has no business being such an absolute banger
you know your a good villain when you only appear for a few episodes but everyone loves you.
Katz has a great design and he’s one of the best villains in cartoons
words cannot describe how perfect cartoons were characters, bgm, plot, suspense, horror, comedy, quality. fkin PERFECT. All hail KATZ
“Now you are going to learn why no one ever checks out of the Katz Motel”
Iconic af
Of all villains, Katz is probably the most terrifying sociopath Courage ever faced
Whoever produced this deserves an award or something
This & The Imperfect Cell Theme Goes Hand in Hand
I thought i was the only one who thought both thenes sounded very similar
Damn Katz was bumpin’ back then 🔊
I remember practicing playing this on my drumset when I was a little kid.
when you heard this theme you knew shits bout' to go down
When he was first introduced,I couldnt help but admire the fact that him and courage are such polar opposites,I find it fascinating how katz is written well because I like cats,And the way hes just so calm and also insane at the same time is pretty cool. This theme is literally like lol.
This makes you feel sinister...It's like walking into a nightclub, to see that heavy mist hangs in the air, the behaviors of the inhabitants seem like they are higher than a Georgia Pine, and amidst them is that one guy, who looks like he's got it all figured out, that one guy who's smoking a cigarette while everyone else is huffing the vapors of his madness, and he's the calmest guy in the dang room, he stares daggers at you, and smiles nefariously, all the while you start to feel reality slip from you, before you know it, you're lying in a pool of blood and he's the last thing you see and you know not how you've been struck but his eyes pierce your very soul, even as you die, his eyes look like they are sucking the life right out of you.
Sounds like the kind of music that would play if I were to smoke cat nip.
I read it as "smoke it up"
Quickly looked back and realized it didn't that 😕
Subconscious-level fuckery
Mig 28
*illusion 100*
Pity.
It's absurdly easy to doze off to this. Sort of makes me wonder what kind of dreams it'll lead to.
Dirty, sweaty, gay dreams with 2 other hairy bbc men.
I'm straight, though. So don't ask
@@m_i_g_5108 **still asks**
I know I'm late, but I saw your comment yesterday and decided to sleep to this. I just dreamt about playing volleyball with my friends at the beach. I don't think the dream is related with the music though
_[Imperfect Cell intensifies]_
Hotline middle of nowhere
I bet this guy is the main antagonist to the series
The theme always unnerved me as akid and i still love it
There is somethin with a slinky untrustworthy cat standing on two legs and acting all devilish- this song embodies that perfectly
This represents Katz so we'll. Such a smooth and calculated villain with an undertone of crazy
There’s no place to run and no place to hide.
This is oddly relaxing...
I’m a personal mercenary for Katz, the 12 who disliked this post better keep an eye out.
Reminds me of a mafia scene where they're walking through an apartment hallway to off someone.
Nice reference
You are referring to the scene in 'Leon:The Professional', when Agent Stansfield and his men enter the apartment floor in a bid to butcher the dope cutter and his family. And no that is not Mafia.
The music kinda resembles that one too, the bass line at least. Nice spot there. ;)
@@s.s9827 reminds me of pulp fiction, before the burger /apartment massacre scene
Katz eyes looks like they’re slightly moving left and right
probably longest version.. :) thnx

This music is so badass
Why am I drawn to this and uncomfortable by it at the same time?
ocarina of time ganon in dead man's volley: how about a little sport before dying, dear boy?
I'm glad we're all old here.
Its both cool and scary-ish
Its a nice atmosphere for this villain
The drum track is everything
Looking for this for years. Thanks.
This beat makes me feel like a badass villain
Flawless execution.
Gives me a real Vampire The Masquerade feel.
Man this would just fit right in for a ravnos drug den or brujah chop shop.
For a cat with a British accent hes sure is a complete psycho with a totally cool soundtrack
Dislikers were been eaten by Katz's spiders.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I again this gos hard as fack
I heard Katz's theme music in most of the episodes of Mysteries at the Museum on the Travel Channel, I don't know the name of the episodes but I do know that Katz's theme music somehow made a surprise appearance in them as background themes.
There are few evil geniouses who repeatly coming back and make we recognise them in this show and he is one of them like le quack or maybe snowman can be counted too. Dr zalost was epic I higly recommend this episode in general
Was that the depression episode?
I like to think this is blasting in his head at all times.
Yoooooo !! Ski Mask sampled this on “My Mind”
Definitely using this for my VtM game. Perfect vibe.

Russi Taylor as Martin Prince
Jo Ann Harris as Lewis Clark (first appearance as one of 50 Cent's Gang)
Special Guest Stars:
Hank Azaria as Alcatraaz
50 Cent as Himself
Eddie Murphy as Poundin' Pete/Rex the Exterminator
Whoopi Goldberg as Ding-Dang Daria
Will Smith as Triple C
(One day at the park, the 50 Cents gang are here, as well as some kids, teenagers, and even the police.)
50 Cent: Alright, so who's next to take on the mighty 50 Cents?
Rappers: Go 50 Cents!
(Rex the Exterminator pushes through the crowd and runs toward the rappers.)
Rappers: AWWW MAN!!!
50 Cent: Looks like Rex the Exterminator is back again to beat us!
Bart (who's looking out of the snack shack): Milhouse! Nelson! Another rap battle's about to begin!
(Milhouse and Nelson run to the open window to look.)
Nelson: Aw YES!
50 Cent: Ha! This dude is always back once a week!
Rex: Oh, don't worry! I'll prove to you that I'll win this! (turns to Lewis Clark) Hit it!
(Lewis turns on the boombox)

Rex the Exterminator's Rap:
Oh, Hey Now! Look It's Me!
Rex The Exterminator's Back, You See!
I'm Gonna Win This! Ain't That Fine?
That Is Why I'm On Cloud Nine!
(As Rex mimics the sound of dynamite, everyone, including the 3 boys, all seem confused.)
50 Cent: Wait! That's all you have?! (turns to Alcatraaz) Hey Alcatraaz! Show this man how we do around here!
Alcatraaz' Rap:
Oh Hi! It's Alcatraaz!
I'm So Fly and Full of Pizzazz!
But You, Hey! What Can I Say?
You Don't EVER Make My Day!
How About If You Make Like a Tree, Cuz' You Need to Simply Leave!
That's Right! You Heard What I Said!
You Would Just Be Better Off Dead!
(After that, everyone starts saying "OHHHH!" and booing Rex, as he angrily scoffs and goes back in defeat.)
Bart, Milhouse, and Nelson: YEAH!
(The gang then starts laughing and high fiving at their success, until they hear someone clear their throat. They then turn around to see it's Martin Prince.)
Martin: Hello?
Bart (looking shocked along with Milhouse and Nelson): OMG! Why is Martin here?!
Martin: You know what? It would be best for you to be nice instead of mean. As Shakespeare says, "The evil that men do to them, the good is oft interred with bones". So, don't some people deserve to be treated fairly too? (bows) Thank you!
(All of the rappers look confused.)
50 Cent: Ok, what the hell did you say right there? (walks to Martin along with Poundin' Pete) Ok, hold on right there!
Pete: Yeah! You tryna beat us in our game?!
Martin: Well, I'm sorry, but I'm just so excited to see you like this! I thought I would join in to celebrate your lovely literature and perfectly pretty poems!
50 Cent: Oh, hell naw, man! You ain't celebratin' nothin' here! (turns to Lewis) Yo, Lewis, turn up the beat.
(Lewis turns on the boombox)

The 50 Cents Rap:
Oh Hey! I'm 50 Cent!
And, I Make Plenty of Sense!
That's Alcatraaz with Plenty Pizzazz
And Lewis Clark, Our Music Master
That's Triple C, Our Right-Hand Man
And Ding-Dang Daria, The Coolest Girl in the Land
And Ain't That Sweet, It's Poundin' Pete, Ready to Pound You, and Anyway
We Do Our Thang, We Ain't Afraid
We're Shining Like Diamonds, and We Don't Need No Maid
But Hey! You Don't Belong Here! You're Full of Fear!
So, I'm Gonna Say This with Ease:
Make Like a Tree and Leave, WIMP!
(As 50 Cent goes back to the group, everyone starts booing and laughing at Martin while he starts to cry.)
Bart (now completely shocked): No, no, NO! This has never happened before!
(He and his friends jump out of the window of the shack to their friend.)
Milhouse (grabbing Martin by the arm while walking away from the group): Come on, Martin. Let's go home and play some video games (he then turns angrily to 50 Cent) but YOU! How dare you make fun of our friend and call him a wimp!
50 Cent: Ha! He sure looks like a wimp to me!
Pete: Yeah! Why don't you take this "Prince" home before he starts cryin' some more? (laughs) Wimp!
(He and the other rappers laugh.)
Bart (takes Martin away from the laughs along with Nelson and Milhouse) Come on, Martin. If we stay here, they're still gonna make fun of you!
Martin (still pulls away from them and runs to 50 Cent): No! I'll have you know that my poems are 100% perfect!
(Still, the rappers keep laughing.)
Martin: Alright then, I challenge you to a contest of literature tonight!
Pete: Do you mean a rap battle?
Martin: I don't care what you call it, but still!
50 Cent: Alright, wimp! The 50 Cents never lose! So, the battle's on!
(The group walks away from the boys.)
Triple C: You goin' down!
Ding-Dang Daria: You're gettin' what's coming for you, wimpy!
Bart: Alright, Martin, we have to make sure you win the battle!
Nelson: Yeah! Those guys are gonna make you drown in your own tears if you lose! And we know how it feels when you lose.
Martin (wiping the dirt from his pants): Don't worry. I've got the hang of it. And bonus, you'll be able to teach me!
(Milhouse, Bart, and Nelson's faces form a smile.)
Milhouse: Ok! We'll teach you the ropes!
Martin: Ok! Let's do this!
Boys (all high five): YEAH!
