So it starts with Sanemi coming back to his home after a long day from work and when he enters his home he calls out kanae's name. Kanae doesnt respond and Sanemi gets confused. He later finds a note on his table. He sees that kanae has gone on a vacation and Sanemi gets happy because he will have some days off without kanae, but in reality kanae is kidnapped and the note is fake. Sanemi calls Giyu and the boys (yk who) and starts partying with the boys drinking sake. When the party ends and sanemi goes to his house and sleeps. Next day sanemi gets a call from a random number and sanemi picks up the phone. The kidnapper says that sanemi's wife (Kanae) is his with him Sanemi either has to send him 100k Yen or Kanae will die infront of him. Sanemi gets mad and tracks the location of the kidnapper by the help of Giyu. Giyu gets flashbacks because the same incident happened with Shinobu. Giyu promised Shinobu that he will protect both her and Kanae. Giyu gets enraged with anger and tracks the location of the kidnapper. Giyu and Sanemi (yes sanemi and giyu are police officers) go to the location and Enter a warehouse. They explore the warehouse and They see Kanae hung upside down unconscious. After that, 10 people show up with the gang leader (Kokoshibou). The gang leader immediately recognises Giyu and says "well, well ,well who we got here? Giyu the traitor who promised to protect his wife and her sister. You were always pathetic and will remain pathetic. The leader orders his henchman to start shooting so Giyu pushes Sanemi and takes him to the nearest area with cover. Giyu on the radio calls backup and the police officer arrive in 2.5 min. Its a cease fire. Bullets are flying all over the place.The officers and the henchman are shooting continuously for 5 mins. After that, the henchman realise that they have ran out of bullets. Sanemi grabs the opportunity and shoots all of the henchmans killing all of the henchmans. The leader tries to run but gets caught by Giyu. Giyu starts punching kokoshibou to death to get revenge for his loss. Serveral officers were injured and some of them died. Sanemi unties the rope and catches Kanae. He takes Kanae to the hospital and waits. After 3 weeks being in a coma Kanae wakes up. Kanae sees Sanemi's face. Kanae asks Sanemi Who is he? Sanemi hugs Kanae and starts to cry. Kanae is confused and Sanemi is crying and crying. Sanemi tells he will bring back the memories of Kanae. Sanemi picks up Kanae and drops her at his house. After that Sanemi goes to the funeral with Giyu comforting him and Respecting the comrades who helped him to get Kanae back and salutes to the people who died to help Sanemi get reunited with Kanae.
