- Today we're taking an updated look at my PlayStation 1 collection. It's been Five years since the last time that I did a collection video for my PlayStation One.
The PlayStation is one of my favorite consoles to collect and play for, and is my favorite 6th gen console. It has such an amazing and diverse library of games. So many great series were released on the PlayStation 1, Crash Bandicoot, Twisted Metal, Grand Turismo, Tomb Raider, Silent Hill, Command and Conquer, and so many more.

I wanted to start buying ps1 games but didn't know where to start until i found you. There are some racing games on ps1 that look interesting to me

The PlayStation 1 is loaded with some great racing titles, I recommend checking out Gran Turismo 1 & 2, Tokyo Highway Battle, Test Drive 4, Test Drive 5, Test Drive 6, Wipeout, Need For Speed 3 Hot Pursuit. It is unbelievable that we had these games brand new back in the days.
We thought it was the most beautiful and amazing thing out there. I have a very modest PSone collection. Mostly I rented those games cause I was a student back in the nineties. After I graduated I started collecting but that was already for the PS2
Couldn't agree more Mario! We had so many amazing games to buy and play back in the 90's. We did think that the PlayStation 1 games had the best graphics and gameplay back in the day. I definitely thought the sports games looked amazing back then. I rented a lot of PlayStation 1 games myself over the years, and I played a lot of those PlayStation 1 demo discs. Thank you Nick, I love the PlayStation 1. I've built up a pretty amazing library over the years and It's pretty much complete at this point. I downsized about 300 games from my PS1 collection since August of 2022. I'm glad that you enjoyed checking out this updated look at my PlayStation 1 collection. The PS1 had an amazing library of games to play. So many classic titles that got their start on PS1. Silent Hill, Crash Bandicoot, Resident Evil, Dino Crisis, Grand Turismo and so many more. Keep an eye out my friend, as I have a few more collection videos to release this year.
"Agile Warrior F-111" is one of my favorite Tall Box games which I got when my next door neighbor died in Sacramento & I bought most of his PS1 & PS2 collection & more from his wife the day before she opened up all his movie & game collections, I gave her more than she asked for it all I was so happy to be reunited with so many old favorites. You had "16" ads running throughout your video, the nerve of them to hijack your video for that crap. I found a few games I added to my PS1 list. Most I didn't have I never even heard of, as our various game stores had very different PS1 games than much of what you showed here. If I never saw them on the shelves over the years, they simply didn't exist, it's incredible so many decades later to see so many I never knew of.
That Agile Warrior F-111X is an amazing game on the PlayStation 1. I remember when you told me that story about your neighbor. It was sad to hear of his passing, but I'm glad that his copy of Agile Warrior F-111X went to a good home in your collection. You did that lady a great service by buying her late husbands games, and saved them from some scumbag seller looking to profit off of her. Yeah, those idiots having to ruin my videos with stupid ADs is very annoying. I just want people to be able to watch and enjoy my videos without being interrupted every few minutes.
I'm glad to hear that you were able to find a few new PlayStation 1 games to add to your list. I still discover new PlayStation 1 titles to this day, the library was just that vast. Bro I wish we lived close by to each other, it would love to have you over for gaming nights. You've definitely become of my best friends that I've met thanks to RUclips. @AsianSleepy It's a vast & well rounded array of numerous genres for your Playstation collection, I own many of the heavy hitters naturally. That Tall Box of "Agile Warrior" had some of the worse most aggressive stickers on the outside printed glossy box Art & with "Bestine" I made it like new again.
My PlayStation 1 collection has really grown over the years. I was glad to weed out so many doubles and filler titles from my set. I'm glad to hear that you were able to save that copy of Agile Warrior F-111X thanks to your "Bestine"
@AsianSleepy The Bomber is among my favorite military aircraft, I'm not sure what the "X" at the end means but it's known as a F-111 Aardvark, a high speed low altitude strategic bomber that was used to take out hard to approach targets like the home & palace of terrorist Maummar Gaddafi in 1986, which was a covert operation ordered by the first President I voted for, Ronald Regan. After that bomber dropped it's payload that long time problem was taken care of American style.
I'm not sure myself why the game is called Agile Warrior F-111X, maybe it was a typo that they just left in, or maybe it means something to the game. I appreciate the info about that F-111 Aardvark aircraft. I need to pop this game in and play through it.

My PlayStation 1 collection is one of my largest sets in my overall collection. This after I downsized over 200 games from my collection last year. Like with my Xbox 360 collection, I got rid of filler titles that I no longer wanted to own, lots of sports games, several doubles, and a bunch of boring games that I knew I would never play or enjoy. I actually found a bunch of doubles that I discovered while filming this video, It was two decent sized stacks to add to the rest of the games I have to sell or trade off. I've got 13 boxes of games to sell from various collections. I hope you enjoy this updated look at my PlayStation 1 collection.
Awesome collection, Sleepy! I can't think of many good ones you don't have. RE Survivor gets a lot of hate but i like it for being short with little back tracking. Dead Aim on Ps2 is similar light gun type game but it has saves.
Thank you my friend, I've built up quite an amazing collection of PlayStation 1 titles over the years. I've downsized about 300 titles from my PS1 collection since August of 2022. I had so many Sports Games that I got rid of. I even got rid of two stacks of doubles after filming this video, and I got rid of a few other games that I just didn't see myself ever playing. I'm not surprised people would have a problem with a few recommendations for my PlayStation 1 collection as I already own so many. I enjoyed Resident Evil Survivor as well, I love light-gun games, and what's not to like about a light-gun game set in the Resident Evil universe. I completely forgot about that Resident Evil Dead Aim game on the PlayStation 2. I knew someone would be able to tell me the names of the other Resident Evil Light-Gun games. I appreciate you taking the time to check out this updated look at my PS1 collection.

Hello Matt. It would be pretty sweet if they did a remastered version of Overblood for PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5. I've always enjoyed that game even it is a little janky. Thanks for checking out my updated PlayStation 1 collection video.
Did you monetize with ads, a ton of ads interrupting your video.
I did not monetize my channel with Ads. Sadly RUclips has now begun to apply ads to all videos that are on RUclips now, regardless if you monetize your videos. The only difference with being monetized, is that they share the ad revenue with you. If you're not monetized like my channel, RUclips takes all of the Ad revenue. It's definitely a very annoying aspect to have on my channel and many others. I've had a few ads run on a few of your videos as well. I don't like that there are ads on my videos, but it's a price we all have to pay for them allowing us to upload are videos to their service for free. I'm sorry you had the video interrupted by those annoying ads. I wouldn't have them on my videos if I had choice. I appreciate you checking out my updated PlayStation 1 collection. You will have to let me know if you see any PS1 games that interest you. You might find a few titles that you do not own, and might want to ad to your PS1 list of games to buy.
witch is the most expensive ps1 game?

Resident evil dead aim PS2 light gun game. Resident evil survivor 2 is also light gun but never released in the US
I knew someone would remember the names of the other Resident Evil Light gun titles. I appreciate you sharing those with me. I never knew that they released a Resident Evil Survivor 2.
