We cannot stop admiring those beautiful curls of yours! 😍It's a huge honor for our S.O.S oil to be the finishing touch! We luv this curly hair routine, Jenny. 💖
You're so right about the conditioning process. Rinse out conditioners should help seal the cuticle, in effect making it harder for a deep conditioner to penetrate as easily. You don't need both! Just pick the one you want that wash day
I just tried this today! I just used a different leave in honestly my hair has so much definition and volume. I really think that using less and more simple products works better my hair has never looked so good and this is coming from someone who has used expensive products like innersence and deva curl I’m going to try this routine for a few weeks and see if my hair grows. I remember growing up my mom used to use this gel on me and conditioner and my hair would grow so much. As of late I haven’t had growth and my hairs been dry even with the most expensive products. I’m definitely going to order the same leave in and mask and hopefully I get some hair growth. Thank you! I really just hate the drying process it takes so long but it’s worth it.
OMG. ur hair is gorgeous, as a curly person I know it’s not the products, that makes your hair that good, it’s just your hair is THAT good. Products just helps to tame the fizz, but will not make curls that beautiful if it is not to start with. Thanks for making this video ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I have your hair type and thickness it’s just like 2 inches shorter and gets dry super fast. Def going to try your routine because your hair looks gorgeous. So hard to find good products. So Ty!”💗
I use conditioner, shampoo and then deep conditioner. Sounds a little strange but I use the conditioner to detangle my hair before I wash with the shampoo. I notice I get waaaayy less tangles and fall out.
I like the gel technique and the way you use the water kind of like a layering technique with water in the gel. I have to keep my hair soaking wet when I use gel the curls turn out so much better for me and I have much tighter curls. I do normally use a very light gel. I'm going to have to try to wet it, gel it & wet it again and maybe even try the hairspray. Thanks for the tip! 😊
You hair looks great! And I note that you do not use a denman brush or tangle teezer to help form these beautiful curls. Interestingly, these items when used, create beautiful ringlets in the front of my hair, but seem to destroy the natural curl pattern in the back of my head (which is also where my hair is the dryest).
The TGIN Honey Miracle Hair Mask is BY FAR the best deep conditioner and detangler I have ever used. A little goes a long way, detangling is heavenly and it conditions really well (careful if you're heavy handed like me, I did have a little moisture overload 😅).
I stumbled across your videos. You’re so beautiful and your hair is gorgeous. My is long too, I’m going to try your curl technique. I was glad to see you use gel to hold your curls. I have the same brand and I have T.G.I.N. Buttercream Daily Moisturizer it does wonders for my natural hair. I love their products. Thanks for sharing.😊❤
Your process is similar to mine! And that Gel is my all time fav! It gives the perfect amount of hold without unnecessary crunch no matter how much I use & it smells good too! I also don’t scrunch, but sometimes I use a denman brush just at the ends for a little razzle dazzle 😂 I diffuse the same way too!! TFS!
You don’t refresh because your length weighs it down. Shorter hair must refresh with water, leave-in, and/or gel. It’s a different process, depending on your hair type. Thank you for the video. Your hair is beautiful.
Question do you follow the curly girl method. Do you include silicones, sulfates in your technique etc? I have a lot of issues with dryness especially in the crown area even sticking to curly girl method alone. You have beautiful curls and we can all hope to have that length and beauty in those curls one day Thanks
Hi, Jenny! I will apply your routine to my hair to see if it will last more days without washing. I see myself with the scalp clean but the middle and ends with the curls "destroyed". 😮💨 Thank you for sharing such good ideas and processes with us! Sending love from Brazil 💕
Your hair is so beautiful, I love the tips and tricks for longer lasting hair I'm going to try this out but does it work for slightly tighter curl pattern 3c.
I showed at the end of the video how I sleep with my hair at night 🤗 As far as refreshing, I don't add any products the next day. Just remove my satin scarf! 🤗🤗
I use conditioner after the deep conditioner, after shampooing your cuticles are open, by going with conditioner right after, you are just closing them, just to open them again with heat..
Two questions from your previous video and this one 1. If u keep your hair in a bun it is not detangled or styled at all for the whole week? 2. In this current video when is the hair being de-tangled and what about applying anything to the scalp?
Hi! Thank you for sharing your routine. It’s very informative. Just a couple of things I was wondering. You used a deep conditioning product that you can find at your local shopping store or beauty store, but can any deep conditioning product be used? Such as Verb, or Monat. Same question also for the leave in conditioner, can any leave in be used, another question, I normally use a curl cream, or curl moose for my hair and didn’t hear you mention anything about using those. Will those work the same or do you find those not helpful? I’m trying to see what I can do to better my hair and routine. My hair is very curly like yours (not ans long anymore as I did cut it) and it use to be very thick like yours and I’ve noticed my hair has been thinning a lot and not as full as it use to be. What do you recommend on how to grow and thicken hair? Thank you 😊
I totally agree.. using a rinse out conditioner before deep conditioning is such a waste of time & product. The DC definitely doesn’t get to do what it’s intended to bc the rinse out has already coated the hair..
yess! I find going straight into deep conditioning works best for me. Don't get me wrong, on my wash days that I dont have the time to D.C. I will just use conditioner too🤗
okay so when i put a hair tie scrunchie or anything to my curls the next day i wake up with dents in my curls😔 , what do i dooo ?? and then when i put my satin scarf on it causes my curls to frizz and ruins them in the front
i just feel like it takes forever for me to wet my hair with a spray bottle as much as I would like it to be wet. & I usually do my hair in the bathroom so its usually easier!🤗
OMG thank you for explaining why you don't use a conditioner. I have a channel, and I said in my 1st 3 videos that I don't use a conditioner. It makes no sense you are doing a deep conditioner hello. Someone that understands my logic.
So I have some questions: 1. Are you still using the challure leave in? 2. Does the wet line gel flake? Those curls are poppin 😍 Thanks for the tutorial 😀
Wow! I've been able to get to maybe 4 days cause my scalp gets itchy and the back of my head starts looking crazy. You have given sooo many great suggestions. I'm excited to try this. I haven't used gel and hairspray in so long. One question. Have you noticed when you mix gel with a leave-in, it gets white? Any suggestions for that? Thank you for the video 😊
2:38 same; and if u are using shampoo and then your styling products there is not need of a conditioner (it is how i look at it and u will use less products)
If your hair looks "dry & tangled" after a wash, idk what you would say to my hair when it's actually dry & tangled 😂. My hair is literally dry day 1 hair. Curls be poppin, sometimes, but refresh seems to always bring the frizz & my hair stays dry. I did do a recent wash n' go with Aussie using regular conditioner, Blue Magin Hemp hair grease, & Aussie hair mouse. My hair was moisterized for the week but I couldn't wear it down because I don't think it was fully dry when I went to sleep, so the curls in the front weren't hanging right, so I wore a curly ponytail the rest of the week
For God so loved the world that he gave us his only begotten son and who so ever believes in him shall not persish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
it usually takes me an hour if I sit down and do it in one sitting. But I usually take my time and so a little of air drying and diffusing so I would say about 3 hours!
@@jennyydelarosa it makes sense. Your hair is gorgeous. I have used the bonet hair dryer too. People use it more for deep condition but I have used it to style. I can sit and be in my computer doing something, instead of my hand on the blow dryer. It does sort of set the hair though. So the roots would be completely dry but the ends won’t but they air dry pretty fast once I take the Bonet off. Maybe you can try it :) love LOVE your hair.
I am not trying to be disrespectful, but have to tried a misting spray bottle? They have them for as low as $5 US and they won't make a mess like a cup of water. I am just trying to offer a helpful hint. Even a regular spray bottle from the $1 store might help. Just a little suggestion. I do love the advice and educational display. Thank you.
How is your day 9 better then my day 1 😭
Lol haha 😂 thank you!!

I use both but I deep condition before I shampoo. It makes detangling a breeze!
But then when ur styling isn’t it too tangled?
I can’t wait for my hair to be this long ❤
Wauuuww your hair is gorgeous 😍😍 exactly what I'd like my hair to look like 😍😍😍
Thank you so much love!!🤗☺️
This whole video is a beauty overdose! Also, thank you!! Coz I didn’t want to buy conditioners anymore and I know this will work great for my hair!

I use conditioner, shampoo and then deep conditioner. Sounds a little strange but I use the conditioner to detangle my hair before I wash with the shampoo. I notice I get waaaayy less tangles and fall out.
thats good to know! will give that a try!
In 15 years watching, I have never seen a natural use hairspray after gel. I will definitely try this thank you!
