Whatever way it was angled pre tournament or build up we met or exceeded expectations. The 'favourites' going in were England France and Portugal. The way we were playing surprised we even got there so fair play. Bottling that final is like Newcastle bottling the fa cup against man united

We fell asleep for both Spain goals. They played at their worst in the final. Not like Istanbul but still a low-key bottle job for England. But yeah Spain deserved to win.

I did the same for the 2022 world cup and the euros. I just stopped believing in Spain after they lost to morrocoo and had changed manager and had issues within their FA.

Tbf you got pretty unlucky with Germany, they would've definitely made it to the final had they let Switzerland top their group and they were the only team I'd say who made Spain sweat for all 90 minutes.
