Take at least a 2-hour warm-up lesson before your driving test if you are determined to get your driver's licence. Explore the Joondalup test route and you will double your chances of passing the PDA (providing that you can drive relatively well)
Hi Steve, I follow your IG. Thanks for this video. Even I passed my PDA at Joondalup last year (2 minors) . I am still watching all your videos almost everyday. Then when I find important things from them or I make mistake when driving, I write it down on my special driving journal.
Thanks a lot for supporting the channel. Fey. 🙏 Yeah, it's great to improve skills as there is always a bit of room for improvement. Feel free to give us any suggestions for future videos.
Thank you, Steve! Much needed tutorial. We see some instructors letting learners drive without anyone in the passenger seat in that carpark on Boas Avenue. Someone should warn them about the risks
been requesting this video for a while now, thanks so much for taking the time to do it! Very informative and helpful for sitting my test in couple months, love your videos 🔥
@@DrivingSchoolWA Thanks! I’ll be sure to do so. Just a quick question, do you think the 3:40pm booking is a good time to sit your test? I’ve got my test booked as that time.
Some centres don't allow it. If you go to Mirrabooka they will accept it, not sure about Joondalup. We have reports that some people got declined for turning up with cars with electric parking brake. Ring 131 156 (8 to 5 and ask them Good luck
Great video guys! Failed my 4th attempt today in Joondalup on my way back to the test centre in Grand Boulevard in the 50km/h zone where I was going 58km/h! I smashed everything else so very frustrated😭 Should have taken more serious note of the Grand Boulevard!
Hi Steve, I’ve got my pad tomorrow at midland. I’m curious when we stop at the side of the road for lsb or in the parking bay of sfs do we need to put the car into gear, engage the handbrake and switch off the engine? Or can we put the car in neutral (manual) and engage the handbrake without turning the engine off.
Hi! In a manual you would either put in in first gear, pull the hand brake up and you don't have to switch the engine off (of course keep the clutch pressed if in gear). Even if you select neutral (providing you are just stopped and not leaving the car in every day life). In an automatic car, Park possition and hand brake on. Unfortunately, some assessors can be unfeasonable according to reports we have. Good luck tomorrow and let us know how you go!
Morning Steve failed yesterday within 3 minutes 😂 due to a fail item. Of not giving way at a roundabout apparently, there was reasonable distance between me and an oncoming vehicle which has not entered the roundabout but the assessor decided to brake.
@Driving School WA I failed my second practical drivers assessment for doing 60 kilometres per hour speed limit in a 50 kilometres per hour speed limit i felt mad that i had speeded but it is all fine as on my third go coming in a few weeks or whenever i will make sure it all works out i know that speeding is not a good thing but i am forgiving my mistake of speeding on 60kms in 50kms area i felt sorry for my self but it is all good but if you could make a video on car speed that would be great
@@DrivingSchoolWA do you know if there is any updates about the joondalup practical drivers test you might need to make a updated video on or something ?

hi everyone, i have booked my Pda at joondalup next week, what is the pass rate there, should i go ahead..i have come to know they just dont pass you there.
@betterlife6099 hello, yes I did pass my test.. It isn't that difficult, it's just that u dont make any silly mistake like overspeeding Or not giving way or not stopping at the stop sign. And most importantly hope and pray the accessor is in the right mood.. 😊
@@muftimanan5229 what types of parking did they make you do I have booked my test there in 2 weeks time I can forward and revers park but not to confident in parrale parking. any tips and advice would be appreciated thx
@@muftimanan5229hey iv got my test in Joondalup on Wednesday but I don’t know the area well because it’s really far from my house, iv driven around to have a look but I’m not 100% confident. Could you please give me some tips, thanks
Beneficial information. Thank you. Could you please answer the questions below as I couldn't find the answer to: 1- There are situations where signs indicate U-Turn is permitted or not (No U-Turn). So is clear what to do. However, I am getting confused when there is no sign to indicate that a U-Turn is legal or not. Can you please dedicate a video and show us different situations without any (U-Turn/ No U-Turn) Signs? 2-Can you speed up to match speed limits before you pass the sign? Thanks
RE U-turns, if there are no signs specifying anything, you can't make a U-turn if there's no added lane on main roads nor at traffic lights unless it states otherwise Your second question: No, you have to reach the sign before you get to new speed limit Thanks for your suggestion, I will put that on the list. Cheers!
Do you mean what time of the day to go for a test or when to find bookings online? Here are both answers for you! It's less congested traffic between 9:45 and 1:50 (test times), so if you don't like a traffic jam, book between those times. If you are struggling to find a test here is the short video explaining that👉 ruclips.net/video/ekfkNqdtLro/видео.html Thank you for visiting Driving School WA RUclips channel

Hi Steve,
These videos are very helpful. But I noticed that you don't have a complete video on Butler test route. It may help many people.

It doesn’t really matter, he keeps the indicator on
