Would you pick up the S24 FE?
All of samsung flagships except Ultra in my region are exynos.... So, nope and never . .

@@sina5575doesnt matter how many is,..fe has asymmetric bezel where the bottom chin is larger than the rest while the flagship has symmetrical bezel on any angle,..even some mid range phone like Nothing Phone 2a do have symmetrical bezel all angle

Since it’s business, it’s better for Samsung to put Exynos in most of their phones like FE, S24/S24+.
But for a Fan Edition, it’s pretty weird😅.
The average consumer, who doesn’t look at every smartphone video like us, could buy it. I won’t.
I would not buy Exynos as it is worse than Snapdragon. Most average users won't know the difference, so Samsung can dump these chips on them. But having used Exynos (UK) for years, I can say it has not been very good. Back on Snapdragon, at least for the ULtras (s23U and S24U), I have been much happier. The Exynos 2400 is now Gen3-4nm, so most of the issues are less apparent, but it still runs hotter than Snapdragon (fact), and the cameras are not as good. Also, I have no confidence that in two years, it will not be a degrading experience.
Not really. Exynos 2400 runs cooler than Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and more efficient than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Exynos 2400 is a very good chipset for what it is. With the slightly down clocked version in the S24 FE, it could potentially run cooler than S24 Plus and also has better sustained performance.
@@sarper94 I understand Samsung fans defending Exynos but the fact no other company is interested in using it suggests that they tested and decided that it is a dumpster fire. They do not want to spend time optimising it. Remember it took Samsung a year off to get it to work on their devices.
@@andyH_England And you know other companies tested it because? Other companies also don't use Apple chipsets. I am talking from user experiences and comments. S24 Exynos runs cooler than S23 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and has better battery life.
@@sarper94 I'm all talking about Samsung fabs that in the past made Apple chips and Snapdragon chips and now nobody wants to know them. Their business has collapsed and they only dump exynos into their own phones now because no one else cares. They need to hopefully resolve their issues with 3 nanometer but the latest news suggests big problems there as well and they may move straight to 2nm try and save their business.
@andyH_England samsung never used exynos outside their own device. Its like apple with their A series chips.
Actually there is a 512gb variant but limited markerts only. Malaysia mainly.

S24 is way cheaper now than s24 fe with like 150 euro(250gb models)
Spending extra 150 euros for a 0.5 inch bigger display and less perfomance is not a good deal.
It have a bigger battery but no adaptive refresh rate.....
Probably 24 fe will a fail just like s23 fe.

Can this device support 120fps on PUBGMOBILE ?
technically this processor is a very capable , as this processor is new , the game isn't optimized yet but in the future it should be able to support 90 fps , but i don't think so that it will support 120 fps

I have exynos 1380 in tab s9 fe plus, u used a app that unlocked 90 fps , and it does give 90 fps with almost ZERO stuttering, the 2400e is 2X the more performance, it will easily do 120fps😊
@@neelkadam376see, the s23 FE did NOT even release HDR 60FPS, this one did release HDR 60FPS (or HDR and extreme fps), in a few days it will have 90/120 FPS if the game company collaborates
I'm Not Gonna invest money on Exynos There is no Stability and Consistency in Performance
Galaxy S23 FE only came out in the UK last December (some places it was only released this year). I don't know who this phone is for. Maybe people that own the S21 FE only. Any of the S23 flagships is probably better in most areas.
I'm watching this video on my Samsung Galaxy A55 5G and I can honestly say that my phone is a better buy than the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. Most of the features on the FE I already have on my A55 5G and I paid only $330 for it.

If you have a galaxy s21 or older trade in makes the S24FE only 330$ at that price its a steal. Check trade in values.
Base s25 will be more of a future proof device than this considering that it'll be 800 which not that much extra than s24fe

@@tahast1384 had no lag issues whatsoever it was smooth as fuck.
But, the battery is the downside, I switched to s24 ultra because I like bigger phones, battery and fingerprint reader.
A good overall phone really, probably would not recommend it only to power users.
Did U play the game with wifi or data? Pubg 60 smooth tempt reach 41° with wifi is awful.
This is underclocked 2400 geared towaords being frugal

And you'll have to buy a new phone every two years? There's a reason Samsung, Google and Apple give software updates for 5+ years and Chinese OEMs don't. You know the reason - slower fast charging? Needing to charge your phones so quickly is a skill issue.
@@franklingoodwinI still use my Poco X3 Pro. In fact, the majority of Android users tend to hold onto their phones for longer periods, often around 3-5 years. You don't know what you're talking about. Only people who can afford flagship phones are the ones that really buy a new phone every year

Is the front facing camera at f/2.4 a major downgrade? (S22 base model is f/2.2)
it's not that bad i have s23fe it unlocks phone in less than 1 sec. and ultrasonic unlocks faster than that.
f/2.4 is not a downgrade at all , My s23fe clicks better pictures than Iphone 14 after one ui 6.1 update And S24 fe should be better than s23fe because it already comes with android 14 and OneUi 6.1 out of the box. In future updates it's camera will be as equal as Iphone 15.

To me, Samsung Fan Edition phones will always feel like a budget phone.

Exactly why if I had the money, I'd just but a base flagship from the newest lineup. Maybe something like the S24 or S24+
