Ingredients for Oats & Moong Dal Idli
दही - Curd - 1 cup
ओट्स - Oats - 1 cup (80 grams)
मूंग दाल - Moong dal - 1 cup (200 grams)
गाजर - Carrot - 1/4 cup, chopped
शिमला मिर्च - Capsicum - 1/2 cup, chopped
हरे मटर - Green peas - 1/4 cup
पालक - Spinach - 1/2 cup, chopped
अदरक - Ginger - 1/2 tsp, grated
हरी मिर्च - Green chilli - 1 tsp, chopped
नमक - Salt - 1.25 tsp
हरा धनिया - Coriander
तेल - Oil - 1 tbsp
सरसों के दाने - Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
उरद दाल - Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
करी पत्ता - Curry leaves - 25-30 no
ईनो - Eno - 1 tsp
For Chutney
मूंगफली - Peanuts - 1/2 cup
सूखा नारियल - Dessicated coconut - 1/2 cup
हरा धनिया - Coriander
हरी मिर्च - Green chilli - 2 no
नमक - Salt - 3/4 tsp
अदरक - Ginger - 1/2 inch
नींबू का रस - Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
तेल - Oil - 2 tsp
सरसों के दाने - Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
करी पत्ता - Curry leaves - 15-20 no
लाल मिर्च - Red chilli - 2 no

How can we use it without eno or soda please suggest
You can add some curd but after that keep it for a while and then cook it but adding Eno or Soda will make it soft and also puffy.

आप की रेसिपी खाने, दिखने में तो अच्छी बनी है। परन्तु मैं तो गांव में रहता हूं ओटस नहीं होते क्या यह रेसिपी मूंग की दाल से बनाई जा सकती है। पहले में शहर में रहता था अब गर्मी की वजह से गांव शिफ्ट हो गया हूं क्योंकि वहां खुला वातावरण है। क्या ईनो,या सोडा डालना जरूरी है।
कृपया मेरा मार्गदर्शन करें आपकी सलाह व सहयोग के लिए आपका धन्यवाद
आप सूजी भी ले सकते है ओटस की जगह .जी सोडा या ईनो डालने से ये फूली फली बनाएगी इसलिए डाले आप
