there's also the fact that most anime protagonists are really bland compared to the rest of the cast... because they're made to be a stand in for the reader. but if there's no reader, it's just an average person constantly comparing themselves to all their friends and finding themselves lacking
I do not understand why animes so much want to have characters stand in for the reader. I do not view this character as me in any way so it is just a boring person that takes up most the screen time being boring.

Theory:
Minako’s friends aren’t real expect for Gyaruko, and the Pink Bitch Club is just her way of coping with the fact that she killed Gyaruko out of jealousy. Since Minako is the only one that wears pink, she’s actually the only member of the Pink Bitch Club, and that’s probably what she views herself as. This video is edited like a cliche anime intro, in which Minako is the main character/protagonist. In most animes, the protagonist is the plainest person in the show. Since Minako is the protagonist of this story, she doesn’t dress as unique as her friends or is special in her world. She becomes aware of this fact leading her to kill Gyaruko. She eventually becomes overwhelmed with guilt and creates Pink Bitch Club, and pretends Gyaruko, Charlotte, and the robot girl exist and are her friends. Though, the robot girl is suspicious because the screen glitches whenever she’s on screen, maybe she’s the part of her mind that corrupted her? She eventually gets jealous of her friends that she made up in her head because they are more unique than her, even though she literally created them. Eventually, jealousy corrupts her and she ends up going insane. She dresses up as what her imaginary friends wear, and she pretends that she has become her “friends”. She wears a pink variation of the outfit of her imaginary friends, which shows that even though she tries so hard to become her imaginary friends she will always just be her, the plain protagonist. Her insanity leads to her killing herself, therefore killing her imaginary friends in the process.

I don't think it's as popular as it used to be but around the late 90's and early 2000's a lot of girls dressed usually kinda colorful with blonde (or light brown) hair, sometimes even tanned skin with lots of makeup. Or something like that.
I feel like Minako's friends + Pochi aren't real, and she pretends they're real to cope with her loneliness. In that shot where shes alone and then abover her head you can see Gyaruko, Charlotte and 24, it looks like she remembers she has them and gets happy. Her wearing their styles means she wants others to know they exist too. Her friend's "Dead Bodies" Are actually her forgetting them one by one, and the glitch part is her forgetting them all.
That is quite more wholesome than what i was imagining that happend

I feel like Minako was grieving her friends and living in denial by wearing their outfits . They were a group of friends brought together by fashion. And she got envious of their style.
In the first scene Minako has her finger over her mouth like she is trying to keep a secret but her friends disrupt her. Their reactions telling of their emotions. Leopard print girl is very affectionate. While bunny girl is lovingly annoyed with it. The robot girl dodges and Minako throws a punch. Pochi taking up her entire conscience now that they were gone.

If you slow down the video, you can see that Minako is the one that throws the fist to break through her friends - not the robot girl. The robot girl just seems like the quiet type that keeps to herself. Definitely not the violent type

I think Minako just doesn’t feel special, because at 0:44 when she is alone we can see she is thinking about the outfits of her friends, followed by things that make them distinct, aka: Gyaruko’s animal print shirt, the Lolita’s bunny doll and the robot girl’s heart. At the end of the video when their corpses are shown, we can see that Minako destroyed or stole these very same things, the bunny got torn apart, the girl’s heart got ripped away from her and well we know Minako stole Gyaru’s shirt.
Also, the lyrics say “I’m attracted to you because you resemble me, Jewel”. What I get from this is, that she thought her friends were unique but until she took away what made them special they are just as unworthy as Minako feels about herself.

I made a theory that combines some others that were mentioned: Gyaruko was a real person (probably with another name) who was best friends with Minako, but got killed or killed herself (hence what we see at 1:12), making Minako suffer from depression and become jealous of people who still had their friends because she could barely socialize, so she created Gyaruko, who is an idealised version of her best friend, and Charlotte and the robot as fill-ins to make it feel like a club. There are some examples of Gyaruko being a real person, such as is the karaoke shot Minako and Gyaruko are in the front and the other two watching them in the background, separating what is real and made up. Also, in one shot, before her friends dissapear in a white background, Gyaruko is out of the shot, flashback foreshadowing her death. It’s not the best theory, but it’s a theory.
This theory actually makes sense (for me), considering that both Minako and Gyaruko are the closest with one another (as seen in the video).

Yup, Gyaruko is definitely real, based on the prequel to this video called “Minako’s Room” on Vivinos channel. In that video, Minako was jealous of Gyaruko so she killed her and stole everything from her. She fed Gyaruko’s body to her dog, which killed it. Now Minako is all alone, which is probably why she made the Pink B Club, a delusion to help her cope with her actions.

With more evidence Gyaruko is a real person but the one we see in this video isn't the real Gyaruko. Gyaruko in this one seems different than her other appearances. Best way I can describe it is this Gyaruko is more a energetic girl while Gyaruko has this Highschool mean girl trope vibe. I think that Minako was friends with her but Minako created an idealized version of her before they became friends officially. The real Gyaruko didn't fit into the fantasy so Minako killed her out of jealousy and for not being the right type of girl she wanted for her club.
Its also good to note the colors used to shadow and highlight are pink, while minako is fully pink. It may just be an artist choice but when shes alone mentally its cold and dark

The magical girl didn't kill her friends, it's a metaphor for Minako going through the same mental state.
Minako is full of stress and her methods of coping w/ her self-esteem issues and murders are reenvisioning reality as this cutesy fantasy land where everything is fine (as Ruru did).
Both hit a breaking point and killed those around them, but Ruru woke up at the end of the carnage. Minako lapses (as seen in the glitches) but is still holding out. The previous video may be chronologically after this, w/ Minako finally breaking at the height of the curse.

みなこ以外の子達のソロ曲も見てみたら、基本みなこは一人ぼっちの子に付け入るように現れる。
みなこはこの子たちが自分だけを頼って好いてくる事を望んでいると思うし、みなこ以外のメンバー同士が仲良くしたり、他の誰かに少しでも気持ちが向くととても嫌で大きな疎外感を感じていると思う。
そういうのは多くの普通の女子も体験するような気持ちだけど、みなこの場合は程度が桁違いに描かれているよね。
他の作品にも女子同士の関係で強い嫉妬を感じさせる表現をたくさん使っているけど、少し共感しつつもゾッとする絶妙なラインが面白いと思う！

이분 영상볼때마다 느끼는게 미심쩍은 부분을 꼭꼭 숨겨놓지 않고 그래도 한번보고 어떤내용이구나를 알 수 있을만큼, 하지만 2번 3번 보면서 이야기의 더 자세한 내용을 유추할 거리는 남겨두는게 참 좋음.

(short) THEORY: Okay, this is really far fetched, but it’s possible I think. SO, at like 0:46 we see Pochi in the costume from Magical Ruru. After that Minako has an almost dead look until Pochi flies past her. So, maybe, and this is most likely not true, Minako’s friends were victims of the girl in Magical Ruru? She did massacre most of her town. Maybe this is showing the after effects on a friend of some victims of it? Minako either had a negative reaction, and was guilty and used her friends outfits to cope with them being gone and stuff, or a positive (Well, not really positive.) one where she stole their clothes and stuff and used them for her own advantage and fashion fantasies or something (Which might’ve been symbolized by her looking so happy after Magical Ruru Pochi flew behind her) .
That actually makes sense.
It would make sense that Pochi’s dead too, since Magical Ruru started her spree by killing animals before she turned to the people in town.
Well this would make a lot of sense if this video wasn’t directly connected to the last one. The outfit’s just an Easter egg. If you remember what happens in the last video she killed her friend fed her to the friend’s dog, then the dog died. So if anything, she killed her other friends too.

I would watch a full anime of this.
I imagine it as a cliche girly anime from the 90's, all pink, love, friendship, dumb school drama, but suddenly the plot goes very dark, and gore, but not in first sight. No. The creepy parts are hidden, or is like the girls don't see them.
No one acknowledge that is getting weird in the anime, as if the anime itself tries to ignore a puddle of blood in the background, or the fact that Minako is running out of friends...
"Hey... Gyaruko-chan is still on those... vacations, right?" ask the green haired girl.
"Yes. She is. Long vacations" Minako's face looks actually creepy, as if she is afraid the green haired girl is suspecting something. But the anime glitches, and immediately Minako changes her face to a dramatic cute face to say "Owwwweee, I mish her soooo muuuush!!! Why she can go on vacations to see cute boys while we are stuck on science class!!? >3

맨 마지막 일본 애니같은 마무리까지 진짜 완벽했다... 너무 고증 100% 짱이에요...
Remember in Minako’s room where she showed an image of her wearing Gyaruko’s shirt and drops of blood on the wall? Well we see the gun again in the beginning and end. But at the end, where everything gets all glitchy, it looks like it was fired. So maybe Minako shot Gyaruko and killed her. And maybe killed Pochi at some point. But I see theories that Pochi isn’t real and his death was a coverup. And I also believe her other two friends are just made up in her head.
It kind of does make sense having her other 2 friends being possibly imaginary, but at the same time she was also shown to be wearing their outfits.. so unless she already owned those outfits and pretended her friends wore them then I'm not quite sure..
Extra detail: eyeballs are shown and chiaki’s face is censored, so minako took her eyes too
if her two other friends are fake that means gyabuko is the only real friend of minako and she killed her

So here’s my own little theory:
Based off of Minako’s room, we know that Minako is most likely killing these people. Her first post is with Gyaruko and then a few posts later, she’s seen wearing her clothes with a bloody body barely poking up in the background. Afterwards, Pochi dies, and she seems to spiral. Towards the end as images flash, Pochi is seen holding a dismembered hand in his mouth and Gyaruko’s presumed corpse is rising looking very thin and blackened with her hair loose and hanging down. With those important facts in mind we can look at pink bitch club.
Minako really values secrets it seems, and I think it can be concluded that her major secret is she wants what everyone else has. She kills her friends for what they have as represented by Gyaruko’s top, Charolette’s stuffed animal, and 24 (the android maid)‘s heart. The lyric’s also reinforce this idea as they say she doesn’t want to tell them how she really feels most likely out of fear that they will leave or hate her. So she decides to do the extreme thing and kill them in order to take their things as they cannot tell the others her desire to have their things and make it so they cannot leave her on their terms. This is represented later on as the cutely decorated gun in the beginning can be seen firing over top the deceased body of Gyaruko later in the video. She can be seen having regret, living in her dark room as she processes what she’s done with her friends both figuratively and literally looming over her. We can potentially see this as their spirits haunting her based on Gyaruko’s corpse rising back up as thin and ghostly figure in Minako’s room, but regardless, Minako copes by living as them. She wears their clothes and pretends to be them with very different personalities in order to fill the void she has.
And Pochi… Pochi in all this is kind of hard to include but here’s what I think. Pochi is seen snapping her out of it while wearing the Magical Girl Ruru outfit. I think instead of it representing Magical Girl Ruru killing her friends, it represents mental illness or mental instability. Magical girl Ruru is mentally unwell as she gets to a point she cannot tell monsters and humans apart. She will kill indiscriminately and those who she’s friends or close with she views as them turning into her angels. So Pochi is kind of her mental break as I believe this is when Pochi is killed by Minako herself. In Minako’s room I stated that Pochi is carrying a severed hand. I believe it’s either Charolette’s or 24’s hand as it’s too light to be Gyaruko’s but regardless of whose hand it is, he’s still got a severed hand. Minako probably is driven mad at seeing it as her new secret is going to be revealed by Pochi since he’s finding or digging up her friend’s and bringing them back to her. And so far murder is her only answer, so she murder’s Pochi and then uses it as a way to gain sympathy online by saying he’s passed so it’s not suspicious and people will support her and believe her secret. And thus it ends with how secrets are important and should be kept secret for a reason.
As a bonus too, it can also be believed Minako dies around the middle of this video as a body is found hanging in the Minako’s Room video, and since we only see Gyaruko and Minako in that video, it can be assumed it’s Minako hanging. It seems like majority of people are thinking that she killed her friends, but my 1st impression was that she never had any friends to begin with. To me, she is actually a lonely shut-in, and has created this "pink bitch club" with friends in her mind as an escape from the reality that she has no one. Her "friends" are actually just the toys and dolls in her room. And the glitches in the video are just her true unhappiness coming through, as she even destroys the toys in the end because they are not subsitutes for real friends.

So the events are pretty simple: Minako's friends ditched her (0:36) so she got upset and killed them. BUT my theory is that VYT-24 is the one who drove the girls away from Minako. In my opinion, this is foreshadowed by the glitch when both VYT-24 (0:32) and her heart (0:45) are shown, as a way to tell us that there's something "off" about her. Also in 0:35 you can see that VYT-24 is already walking away from Minako while Charlotte talks to her, and that scene ends up with Minako all alone. Her eyes are also pretty lifeless and she just seems overall distant, as shown in the karaoke scene (0:27) Gyaruko and Minako are singing, but VYT-24 and Charlotte are distant, not engaging with them. I think the fact that Minako took her heart symbolizes that she wanted to have VYT-24 personality or "essence" since people liked her better.
EDIT: Forgot to add, in 0:08 you can see VYT-24 waking Minako up to go to school, which might hinting that they lived together and maybe VYT-24 was Minako's personal robot. Maybe this is where VYT-24’s jealousy started; she wanted Minako's real human life and friends for herself.

So a bit of an outlandish theory I have:
Maybe there is something more meta going on. This, as well as Magical RuRu, are supposedly openings to a tv series. They start off pretty normal with the typical tropes, cutesy style, adorable and happy protagonists and everything, then everything goes inexplicably dark. These dark things first start out as glitches, until the very end where the true colors come out and disturbing imagery is plastered into our face. It’s almost as if something disturbing is lying under the surface while trying to maintain a cutesy facade, until it can’t anymore and the monster breaks out. This could be from one or two things. This could be a situation where the company, like the fictional team making this, tries to lure in children or viewers with the promise of a cutesy fun time before striking. This disturbing content could be some kind of supernatural thing, where spirits attempt to get into the viewer’s home via a haunted tv show? I’m not quite sure how to expand on that. There is also a possibility that Magical RuRu and Pink Bitch Club are “real” animes, yet the videos we see are from a corrupted/haunted disc, hence why most disturbing imagery is a glitch. Either those, or this is a Doki Doki Literature Club situation, where the anime is supposed to be cute and happy, but the characters go crazy and wind up killing each other.
This supposed company might also be behind other videos on this channel such as Suki Suki Daisuki. I’m not 100% sure though.
Tbh I hope this theory is right, and there’s an overall plot in which all these were animes created by some sort of corrupt company or were on a haunted disc or something. I think that’d make for a super fun overarching story.

I noticed something, neither Charlotte and the robot girl, interact with Gyaruko, instead only interacting with Minako, or are seen staying in the background, my theory is that both Charlotte and the robot girl are metaphorical representations of Minakos inner feelings.
For example I think the robot girl is a representation of Minako's emptiness, artificiality ,the pressure to put on a cute facade and to do what is expected , along with her repressed jealousy. Probably towards Gyaruko's authenticity.
Charlotte represents Minako's dark thoughts and despair, notice how the video turns dark as soon as Charlotte is close to Minako with the robot girl not far off.
During the dressup scene, when she dresses up as a robot girl first , this is her embracing that artificiality and that perfomative facade, the scene is out of place because it comes first ,compared with all the other scenes that feature the robot girl and her representations last ,also that is not a coincidence, this happens after Ruru Pochi, she is basically embracing the lie she created for herself after killing Gyaruko through her perfomative cute facade.
Her dressing up in Gyaruko's style is her finally feeling she is as interesting as her or atleast was able to best her, being able to have some of the natural personality and boldness that Gyaruko possessed in her mind atleast.
The Charlotte scene has her dressed as a monster similar to a vampire , its implied she ate Gyaruko up in the Minako's Room video. Is basically how her inner darkness and despair turned her into a "cute" monster by killing Gyaruko and then creating this cute world for herself as a way to cope.
In the scenes with the dead bodies only Gyaruko's body is displayed in a really graphical manner. Charlotte only visible part is her hand and a destroyed rabbit implying she was also "murdered" in a brutal way and robot girl is literally heartless. In a way it symbolizes her denial towards the wrong she did by surrounding the gore with hearts and pastel colors, she doesnt feel despair and darkness anymore thats why Charlotte is dead however she still feels empty inside thats why the robot girls heart is gone. Also robot girl's heart its not destroyed or displayed like the other representative items because Minako took it for herself. She is now artificial, cold and living in a fantasy world in denial.
Also I wanted to add other observations, Pochi and Minako are interchangeble here, if we go by the Minako's Room video, essencially Minako is the Pink Bitch. I also notice that Minako doesnt have a border in her intro with everything just being pink fading her into the background despite her acting like a protagonist throughtout, with the other characters taking up her space during the beginning of the intro. Also Charlotte and Robot Girl being representations of her feelings do have borders, meaning that her cutesy pink persona wasnt an accurate refleccion of who she really was inside.

미나코의 룸과 연결되는 내용이라고 가정한다면 미나코는 친구들 사이에서도 큰 존재감 없는 자신에 심적으로 괴로워한 것 같습니다.(시기심, 열등감) 오프닝 초반에 친구들에게 밀려 장난스럽게 슬퍼하는 부분, 친구들과 걸어가다가 혼자 뒤떨어져 걷는 부분, 그렇게 슬퍼하는데 미나코 앞에 새로운 친구 포치가 나타납니다. 매지컬 루루 옷으로 갈아입는 걸로 보아선 친구들을 죽이면 된다는 걸 깨달으면서 친구들을 죽인 거 같아요. 그 이후 미나코는 친구들의 트레이드 마크 패션을 합니다. 그리고 친구들이 죽은 걸 보여줍니다. 그 이후 시체를 숨기기 위해 포치도 죽이고 같이 묻어버렸을 겁니다. (미나코의룸 다이어리 부분) 그리고 언제 시체가 썩을지 두려워하는데, 미나코의 룸 마지막에 미나코가 속삭이는 소리가 있어요. 포치 잇츠 오케이…나머진 너무 작아서 안 들리는데 뭔가 말하는 걸 보면 죄책감에 시달리지만 괜찮다고 자기 세뇌하는 것 같아요.

그것보다는.. 거기에 나오는 문구 중 poch will pig out 이라는 문구가 있는데 pig out은 과식하다 라는 뜻이래요. 미나코 일기를 보면 갑자기 친구옷을 입고 자랑하는 사진을 올리는데, 뒤에는 시체가 보여요. 이후에 올라온 일기들은 기르던 애완동물 포치가 죽었다는 얘기와 시체를 땅에 묻으면 언제 썩냐는 질문이구요. 이걸 바탕으로 유추해보자면, 미나코는 어떤 이유로 인해(아마도 옷 스타일에 대한 질투, 친구 사이에서 소외감 등) 친구들을 하나씩 살해했고, 그 시체를 자기 애완견에게 먹이는 방식으로 처리했던 것 같아요. 그리고 살인을 저지르고는 이 영상에 나온 것처럼 친구들 옷을 입어보며 혼자 패션쇼를 벌였구요. 하지만 과도한 인육 섭취로 결국 포치는 죽었고, 시체 처리를 하지 못하는 미나코가 시체들 사이에서 애완견이 죽었다는 슬픔과 살인에 대한 죄책감으로 미쳐가는 스토리라고 해석하는게 더 좋지 않을까.. 생각합니다

I actually noticed something else. It kinda follows the character death order, with the exception of Minako. Gyaruko dies first in Minako's room and is drawn in the 90s style. VYT-24 probably dies in Otomeroid and is drawn in the 2000s style. And then there's Charlotte, drawn in the modern style and still not dead yet outside of this video.

여기서부터는 상상을 조금 더해봤는데 어두운 방 안에서 인터넷 속에서 노는것이 유일한 낙이였던 미나코는 자신과 달리 클럽 친구들은 현실의 상황에서도 게임속과 같은 즐거운 삶을 살고 있으며 ex)영상에 나온것처럼 친구들과 노래방을 간다던가 하는) 오로지 인터넷 세상에만 매달리는 자신과는 반대로 친구들은 자신들의 진짜 삶을 잘살아가고 있다는 사실을 깨닫게 되고 가장 친하고 영혼까지 공유한다고 느꼈던 친구들이 실은 자신과 너무나도 다른 삶을 산다는것에,또한 자신은 그런 삶을 손에 쥘 수 없다는 것에 엄청난 절망감을 느끼는 동시에 분노하게 됩니다.이때의 가사도 “걷히지 않는 안개 속에서”인데 절망과 분노의 늪에 빠져 무엇도 보이지 않고 무엇도 할 수 없는 상태를 나타낸다고 생각해요.
결국 정상적인 사고를 할 수 없게 된 미나코는 점점 미쳐갑니다.자신 혼자 이렇게 추례한 삶을 사는것이 너무나도 싫었고 클럽 친구들에 대한 배신감이 하늘을 찌를때쯤 그녀는 퍼뜩 머릿속을 지나는 생각에 곧 그것을 실행하기로 마음먹게 됩니다.(0:44)클럽 친구들을 자신의 손으로 죽이는 것이죠.그때의 가사는 “너와 만난 순간 나 변할 수 있어”인데,이것을 앞뒤 상황을 연결해보고 앞의 가사와 붙여서 봤을때 클럽 친구들을 만나 그들을 죽임으로서 예전의 자신에게서 벗어나고 새로운 인생을 살겠다는 의미로도 볼 수 있고 친했던 그들을 자신의 손으로 죽이면서 그들과 자신의 관계가 변했다고도 볼 수 있습니다.
1:13~1:19까지 클럽 친구들의 모습은 각각 그들이 어떻게 죽었는지를 설명하고 있는데,이건 영상만 보면 알 수 있으니 생략하겠습니다.그런데 다른 친구들은 몸에 직접적인 상처가 있지만 초록머리 소녀(로봇 캐릭터)는 가슴쪽에 구멍이 뚫려있고 전선으로 보이는 것들이 끊어져 있는데 이것은 소녀가 물질적인 것으로 죽은게 아닌 마음의 상처로 인해 죽었다는 뜻으로도 해석될수 있다고 생각합니다.미나코가 머리를 쓴 것일까요?(솔직히 제가 봐도 이건 너무 과대해석이니 그냥 넘어가도…)
그렇게 처음에 나왔던 대사인 “소녀의 비밀은 영원한 비밀이야”가 나오며 영상은 끝납니다.처음 이 대사를 보았을때는 그저 소녀들의 하이틴 감성과 어우러지게 나온 대사라고 생각하는게 전부였지만 이제는 아니죠.마지막 대사의 ‘비밀’은 미나코가 클럽 친구들을 살해한 것을 의미하는데 영원한 비밀이야 라는 대사를 봤을때 미나코의 살인이 들키지 않았거나 혹은 들키지 않게끔 했다는 것을 의미한다고 봅니다.
여기까지 제 망상을 더한 해석인데…막상 적고 나니까 부족한 부분이 많네요😭😭 영상부터가 남다른데 베댓분들 해석이 너무 기깔나서 입 떡 벌리고 봤습니다

+두 가지의 새로운 가설이 떠올랐습니다.이건 위의 해석과 무관합니다.
첫 번째
우선 제가 생각한 첫 번째 가설은 핑크 빗치 클럽의 네 소녀들은 서로 친한 친구였다는 사실입니다.이 영상에서 그녀들은 서로 어울려 놉니다.(초반이긴 하지만)
영원한 우정을 약속했었지만 고스 로리 소녀와 로봇 소녀가 미나코를 배신하고 갸루코에게 그녀가 미나코를 미워하게 할 만한 사실을 전달합니다.갸루코는 그때부터 나머지 두 소녀와 함께 미나코를 따돌리게 되고 미나코는 큰 우울감과 세 사람에게 대한 분노를 느끼게 됩니다.아마 중간에 나온 어두운 미나코가 세 소녀에게 따돌림을 당하면서 변해버린 모습같아요.영상 초반의 미나코가 원래의 미나코의 모습이였구요.
고스 로리 소녀와 로봇 소녀의 모습이 현실적이지 않은것은 자신을 배신한 두 소녀에게 큰 충격을 받고 그들을 직접적으로 마주하지 못하는 미나코가 상상한 모습입니다.또 로봇 소녀가 핑크 빗치 클럽 영상과 이 영상을 보았을때 항상 어딘가 가려진 면이 있거나 얼굴을 보여주지 않는 까닭은 그녀가 미나코가 따돌림을 당하는 것에 그나마 죄책감을 느끼는 사람이기 때문이죠.때문에 다른 두 소녀가 활발하게 놀고 어울리는 동안 그녀는 거의 무표정이고 무언가 숨기는 면이 많습니다.
그 다음은 알다시피 미쳐버린 미나코가 셋을 살해합니다.미나코도 로봇 소녀가 그나마 죄책감을 느꼈던 사람이라는것을 알고 있었는지 다른 둘의 시체는 너덜너덜하지만 로봇 소녀의 시체는 비교적 깔끔하고 평온한 모습인 사실을 알 수 있습니다.
이 클럽의 이름이 핑크 빗치 클럽인데,개인적인 상상을 조금 더해서 보자면 원래의 이름은 핑크 클럽이였을것 같아요.뭐 개인의 취향이긴 하지만 친구들끼리 모여서 만든 클럽에 별로 좋지 않은 의미의 말을 넣진 않을 것 같아서…미나코가 갸루코와 나머지 둘에게 따돌림을 당하면서 그들에 대한 분노로 만든 두 번째 이름이 핑크 빗치 클럽이 아닐까 생각되네요.빗치라는 욕을 끼어 넣으면서 그들이 죽이고 싶을만큼 밉다는 사실을 드러내는 동시에 아직 그들과 다시 친구가 되고 싶다는 마음이 남아 핑크 클럽이라는 명목은 그대로 유지시킨거구요.
두 번째
모든것이 그저 미나코의 망상이였다는 것입니다.미나코에게는 자신의 옆에 있어줄 가족도 친구도 없었고,외로움에 하루하루 말라가던 그녀는 결국 상상속의 친구들을 만들게 됩니다.이때 그 친구들은 각자 미나코가 되고 싶어하는 모습들을 상징합니다.갸루코는 그녀의 당당하고 특색있게 아름다워지고 싶어하는 마음이 드러난 모습,고스 로리는 그녀가 외롭게 살면서 느낀 공포와 사랑받고 싶다는 감정이 뒤섞여 만들어진 모습,로봇 소녀는 그녀가 타인에게 특별해 보이고 싶다는 생각을 하는것을 이유로 만들어진 모습인 것입니다.
그리고 보다시피 친구들과 잘 놀며 그 생활을 즐기게 되죠.비록 모든게 그녀의 망상이였지만.
그리고 클럽 친구들이 죽은것은,음…미나코가 상상의 친구들을 제 손으로 죽임으로서 더이상 망상과 우울 속에 갇혀 살던 자신이 되지 않겠다는 의미같기도 하고 완전한 망상의 세계로 빠져들게 되면서 현실과 망상 사이의 애매한 경계에 존재하던 클럽 친구들을 죽인것일수도 있겠네요.클럽 친구들이 자신의 세계를 방해하니까요.

It might be a weirdly specific detail,but there's something that's been bothering me. There are 3 things that Minako uses in her little dress-up game that's borrowed from the 3 other girls; Gyaruko's leopard print, Charlotte's plushie, and... not VYT's apron or antennae,but her *heart*. Isn't that weird ? Why does she need VYT's heart,wich would be completely invisible and unnecessary in her goal to resemble her friends ? It can't be because Minako wants the three girl's personalities since we see her broadly laughing while hugging Charlotte's plushie,wich would probably be out of character for Charlotte's seemingly refined demeanor. So why does she need it ? So,does she just want to be VYT specifically ? Why her ? That,combined with how much of a backgrounder she is makes VYT incredibly suspicious, in my opinion

That would make sense since we know that the world we see is created by Minako to cope and isn't related to the actual reality, then the robot waking her up is some sort of metaphor on how her numbness remembers her that all these things she dreams of aren't the actual reality and she doesn't feel that happiness
I think even the Minako we see isnt real since in her room she looked completely numb until she imagined herself being surprised
so yeah the robot is probably a made up character that represent her mental state of numbness and she is trying to make it look better by making it part of her "club" but as we see that isn't really working since every time she is on the screen the screen glitches, as she shouldnt be there

포치가 사라진 후 시체를 유기하기 쉽지 않자 이후에 '고기를 땅에 묻으면 썩는 데 얼마나 걸리냐'라는 질문을 올림. 다른 친구들을 죽였으나 시체 유기가 쉽지 않자 고충을 겪은듯.
이후에 불면을 호소하는 포스팅을 올린 후, 자살을 연상하는 장면이 나옴.
아마 친구들을 모두 죽인 뒤 본인의 더러운 속내가 가지는 죄악감과 친구들을 죽인 죄책감을 이기지 못하고 자살한듯.

This is my own theory for this one.
Minako is a girl who's personality is solely based on her online presence. I think Gyaruko represents her actual idealized version of herself. Cool clothes, tan skin (kinda popular in JP before), strong personality. In reality, she is having some mental issues and such. As for Charlotte, I think its the personality that represents her real life - dark, idle, "uninteresting". Charlotte looks uninterested in all of the scenes and the one who's there before Minako "cuts back to reality". As for the robot girl, I think she represents the bad effects of putting a facade in the online community. She wakes Minako up maybe to do the daily online grind and she's the heart of all this problem. I dont know if and why Pochi is the reason that Minako's online presence shattered since after Pochi's death, everything went haywire.
Here's hoping that a good story will come out of this! I'm really looking forward!

@@florencemtopa7573 The only thing I find confusing with that idea, is she didn't seem to have pochi long in terms of the diary log in a previous video; with the date of pochi's arrival being around 2003/4/17 and his death 2003/5/7 off the top of my head. These entries pertaining to Pochi were after posts about gyaruko, and non with Gyaruko after the Pochi logs apart from Monaco wearing Gyaruko's clothes and blood splatter in the background. One theory I read from a commenter was that from a community post that Vivanos made, showed Gyaruko wearing a shirt with Pochi on it, which could mean Pochi and Gyaruko are one in the same, or he was her dog; And that Minako ultimately kidnapped and killed, Pochi after essentially killing his original owner with snippets in the previous video referring to Pochi biting Minako. I personally like the idea that @Jikan NoMajo and others put out there, stating these people are all a figment of Minako's imagination.

Theory :
Minako is actually a sick child in a hospital, who can't do fashion or even go to school. Or "enjoy" her life. So she basically made her friends up, all of them are actually inspired by her feelings..
Gyaruko is her hope, Charlotte is her sanity the robot girl is her rationality.
And basically they all die one by one as her time on the earth is decreasing day by day. First her hope, then her sanity, and atleast her rationality.
She's actually suffering from some sort of disease. And she chooses to drown herself in her own imaginary world.

here’s my take:
minako didn’t kill her friends, but they grew apart. i see the representation of her friends dying as a dream or the anger taking over her making it something in her unstable state that she wanted to do to them. gyaruko being the one who dies first, that’s because minako was hurt the most by her not being friends anymore. all of these scenes are memories, the karaoke, the shopping trip. after feeling alone, minako attempts to cope by copying her former friend group, mirroring their fashion styles and mannerisms. as for pochi, he died of natural causes but minako used that as an excuse for her intense emotions and ignoring the thing that really bothered her.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but at 1:01 Minako is holding Charlotte's bunny. At 1:15 we see that the bunny's head lacks its upper part, including one of the eyes. When minako is holding her "bear", we see that it's mostly white and has only one red eye. The missing part was probably replaced with the cloth of different colour

Sudden drop in the music, I checked out other versions of this song and they didn't have this effect in. The glitches not being there in the full song is understandable, but for that part, I was genuinely convinced it was part of the song.

This has nothing to do with the underwater thing, but another theory is 24 could be one of the monsters who made Minako like this, and another theory I heard said it could be out cannibalism, due to Minako being obsessed with food. Also not to mention the fact her dog eats limbs, 24's heart, Gyaruko's arm, so what is 24 holding at 0:26 it looks like a plate! At 1:09 you can see two eyes falling out after the gun is fired.
This supports the theory that Minako is jealous of her friend’s eyes and after she shoots her, takes her eyes out. That’s why there’s a black bar over her eyes in the makeup routine video and also in this one. After all, we also see Minako putting in contact lenses to match her friend’s eye colour in the previous video.

I'm not sure if this theory was mentioned yet, but here's one that I just came up with!
My theory is that none of Minako's friends were ever real, and were just figments of her imagination. She created three "ideal" friends that she believed were perfect to keep her company. The world in which the "Pink Bitch Club" takes place is also fictional and is her idea of a perfect world. In real life, she is very depressed and lonely and doesn't have anyone to talk to or be friends with.
However, gradually, Minako begins to gain ownership over her life, make real friends and become a better, friendlier person. As such, she decides to fantasize about murdering her imaginary friends once she realizes that they are all part of her, and she could represent any one of them at any given time. (I got that from the sequence at 0:49 - 1:05). However, maybe in Minako's twisted imaginary world, her friends actually were real, and considered themselves to be real, which is why they were understandably shocked and betrayed when Minako violently murdered them.
Because of the Minako's Room video, I believe that she killed Gyaruko by feeding her the meat of her imaginary pet dog, Pochi, which caused her to die of poisoning in a bathtub. I'm not exactly sure what killed the other two though...
But this is just a silly theory! You're perfectly entitled to your own.

Humor my theory here
The video starts to get the signature *off* feel right on 0:34 where a seen with Minako happy with her friends suddenly turns into just Minako. Before this Minako doesn't express any anger or jealousy. In other videos viv usually shows some level of creepiness in the murder or main character preceding death (sometimes the timeline is rearranged though), so it's a bit unusual if Minako is a murderer.
Just after this Minako is depicted as sad and alone, and here is when Minako is depicted thinking about their outfits, only after her friends are gone. Here at 0:45 you can see pochi in a magical Ruru outfit.
Now after this returns a sense of happiness and the icons of her friends return as you see Minako in her various friends outfits. Right after this there's a flash, now slow your video play speed and go here 1:05. You can see Minako running and a gun, after this is a flash of the corpses of her friends.
Minako didn't kill her friends, she witnessed her friends murder during the massacre of Magical Ruru, and Minako is now living in the past and keeping her friends memory alive by wearing their outfits. I have even more evidence from the last video and the hidden instapage that Minako is living in the past.

I noticed that Pochi keeps that same absent minded look he had from the MINAKO's Room video, I like to think that it's because Minako can't get the memory of feeding her friend to her dog, which inadvertently killed him as well! I also like to think that maybe the robot maid wasn't a real friend of hers, just a representation of her internet presence and how it seemed to die out as she either began feeling the guilt of her crimes or her fear of being caught!

저 장면에서 무슨 일이 벌어졌는지에 대해서는 여러가지 상상이 가능하겠죠.
(저는 갸루코가 중요해보이는 캐릭터같은데 저 단체 샷에서 안 보이는게 의문스러워요.
자주 같이 다니던 친구가 안 보이는 모임에서 미나코가 뭘보고 놀란건지 모르는 걸로 두는게 더 재밌기도 하고요.
그리고 유독 비현실적인 컨셉과 튀는 연출의 24도 의문스럽고요. 포치는 예고에서 죽는 역활일텐데 왜 이런 연출을 쓰는 걸까요?)
하여간 이 영상은 여러가지 상상을 할 수 있어서 좋아요. 인물이 많고 몇몇 중요하지 않은 요소에 의문점을 심어둬서 그런걸까요?
So, time to throw my hat into the ring!
The pictures of Minako looking messed up aren't her actual state of mind, they're what she was like before she met the girls. She met them, became their friend... then killed them for some reason. Or rather, she befriended and killed one.
Gyaruko is the only one I'm certain is actually real, but I don't really have any concrete evidence Charlotte isn't other than the oddness of a Gothic Lolita hanging out with a couple of gals.
The robot girl, however, (whose name and face during the chibi dance the subtitles suspiciously cover up) doesn't seem to be. The glitches start when her name comes up, and a robot is too fantastical for Minako's otherwise regular world.
I do like the theories that the girls are aspects of Minako's personality, but I think Gyaruko is real and the only friend Minako has. Charlotte seems to represent Minako's morbid desire to kill Gyaruko and the robot the heartlessness she needs to do the act.
Another note is that in Japan, bitch is an English loan word that is commonly used in a way English speakers use slut and pink is a color that symbolizes eroticism. That's... a weird thing to name your club, unless it doesn't actually exist and you're using an insult to the people in it.
As to why, perhaps Minako wanted to be Gyaruko and killed her to assume her identity. Pity it doesn't work out for her...

It is pretty solid that she killed Gyaruko since in "Minakos room" the 1st picture is Minako and Gyaruko hanging out, while the 2nd picture is Minako with Gyarukos clothes on, and blood on the wall, with the caption saying " my favorite clothes!". I also think she killed Pochi since right after the 2nd picture it's Minako saying "RIP Pochi". There's some people that say Minako ate Gyaruko after but I don't really think so since she asked on her blog (her "room") how much it would take for meat to rot if you leave it on the floor, and with "meat" I think she means Gyarukos body.
I do agree that Charlotte and the robot may be just Minakos personality, but I'm not really sure since on one of the scenes in this video you can see Charlotte's arm and a bunch of blood, meaning that she's dead.. so I don't really think she's fictional since she apparently died
@@gwendys I feel like she asked about the rotting meat because she buried Gyaruko in her backyard and Pochi dug up her dismembered arm and was chewing on it. The rotting meat made Pochi sick and her dog died.

This is kind of a longwinded theory, but I'll combine the two shorts together to form one about this:
Watching Minako's Room, we can tell the animation is meant to give an "early 2000s internet" vibe. All of Minako's blog posts were made in 2003, around the time when old magical girl shows were still prevalent in Japan. That may actually be the setting here; gyaru is a rebellious fashion movement and pochi means dog in japanese. Take Minako's name as well as the song used in the second short and we can view her as a teenager who watches anime, enjoys dressing up, and posting online.
However, she is also adept at hiding things, as evidenced by the covering up of her friend's death in the first short. "Gyaruko" is not an existing name, but it could be crafted to protect her identity. Additionally, they are similar sounding, both ending in -ko. People have been theorizing that Minako killed Gyaruko and fed her remains to Pochi, pretending the dog died so that she wouldn't get arrested. The post about the parfait may hint at indulgence in cannibalism as well.
But for what reason? I believe it was out of jealousy, to steal that identity. Minako takes the place of "Gyaruko", wearing her clothes and makeup, even removing her name. By all accounts, the latter no longer exists... but to Minako, she still does. The guilt of what was done slowly drives Minako insane, leading her to become a recluse shut up in her home, which is shown later on in Pink Bitch Club. At the end of Room, a digital picture of someone's face appears, which mirrors the images of Minako sitting by herself in a disheveled state, eyes empty. It could very well be a representation of those moments, hinting at her misery.
The second short is about another past event: Minako's memories. They are bright and cheerful, pretty compared to reality- but still tainted by sin. Alone, she recalls the days where she spent time with friends. Charlotte and the green-haired girl shared Minako and Gyaruko's interests, given that they're all dressed up in what might be cosplay. They all appear to be happy together, but the group might have splintered after Minako committed murder- or she killed them as well. Regardless of what occurred, they've vanished from her life. All she can do is play pretend, distracting herself from everything by imagining the world as it once was. Wearing their outfits keeps them close to her, but it's not enough. The video glitching out towards the end presents the bad memories she's trying to keep from herself: a secret that never lasts.
I might have missed one of the names here, but I think the green-haired girl was called something like "YVT-24". It was obscured by the lyrics. Charlotte might be a gothic lolita. Her rabbit appears before a mechanical heart, meaning that green hair either is a robot or is just dressed as a robot maid.

She liked the leopard wearing girl’s boldness and brilliance, the goth girl’s mysterious air and allure (vampiric), and the heart/core of the robo-maid.
Sounds like the protag’s conundrum. “I am surrounded by amazing people and yet I am ordinary. Even these people don’t see how amazing they are or how plain I am. When I am with them I am considered amazing. But I could be even more amazing if I had what makes each of them special. Her brilliance and style. I’ll take it. Her allure and elegance. I’ll take it. Her abilities; her relationships; her life. I’ll take it. And secrets will always stay secrets.”
생각해보니까, 미나코가 죽인게 아닐수도 있겠다 싶은데.. 아니 최근 영상들 보면 너무 사이가 좋잖아요ㅠㅠ 그리고 핑크빗치클럽에서 어두운 배경에 쭈그려 앉아있는 모습이였다가 "너와 만난 순간 바뀌었다"라는 가사가 있는데 미나코도 친구들을 엄청 아낀 것같고.. 자신을 어둠에서 끌어준 소중한 친구들인데 그 과거 좀 알았다고 죽여버릴까? 잠깐 연락끊고 망연자실 하다가 결국 친구들이 설득해서 다시 친하게 지내는게 더 자연스러운데...ㅠㅠ 근데 이미 미나코가 죽였단 단서가 산더미라 너무 슬프네요..
ㅠㅠㅠㅠ미나코가 조금 더 자비로웠으면 괜찮았을려나요
