I don’t think it’s just an imitation. I think the black haired girl is straight up pretending to be the blonde girl and replaced her after she was killed. At the end scene, the blonde girl’s corpse is under a bed and her face is gone. Black haired girl just somehow stole her face.

I think she IS replacing the blonde because that's the point of taking the face off the body, and the hairband and stuff. Also, when she is showing the orange-hair the video of "Suki Suki Daisuki" at 1:17 , notice her hair now looks similar to the girl in the MV. She most likely told the orange-hair that she really liked this celebrity/character and that's why she changed her hair style to look like her. This way she can explain her sudden change without sounding suspicious.

So the storyline I got so far?: Black haired girl has been crushing on Senpai (Orange Hair) for a while, and judging by the photos also stalking. There seems to be a group of people who also crush on senpai, but don’t seem to take it to the extreme like BH. BH grows envy for BH2 (Blonde Hair), As she’s (BH2) is more close to Senpai. Blinded by jealousy, BH kills BH2 in cold blood and hides her (BH2) body under her (BH) bed. BH presumably ate BH2’s meat, but I’m not entirely sure since at the end you see that her body is still there. But keeping the face in tact for later- After a good meal(?) and disposing the body, BH wears BH2’s face and starts her career as a singer to avoid suspicion. Although, she could have also impersonated BH2. Either way, that gains Senpai’s attention and shortly after Senpai & BH start dating. Extra Details (Some I’ve already mentioned but decided to list down) - Senpai is a sucker for pretty faces - Senpai has a fangroup - BH killed BH2 at night - BH2 is a disney princess /j - BH2 is easily distracted by animals - The cat was killed too (There’s a rat next to BH2’s body, representing the cat dying 1:11 , although this could also mean the body aged. Then again, that would be represented by maggots/flies or bugs- not rats.) - BH may or may not be a cannibal - As pointed out by @Happi Lonnie, BH is wearing BH2’s red headband. This possibly lines up with the “Stolen Identity” theory, but I’m still not sure due to BH’s clear dark hair. - Just to clarify: The sexual fantasy scene appears when the scene at 0:41. It only appears for half a second (when the screen goes glitch) so I recommend mobile users use 0.25x to see it- PC users can use the frame-by-frame keyboard shortcuts as well.

So the storyline I got so far?:
Black haired girl has been crushing on Senpai (Orange Hair) for a while, and judging by the photos also stalking. Black Hair (Which I’ll be calling BH for now) also imagined having sexual intercourse with Senpai judging by the frame when she turns half naked, roses everywhere. There seems to be a group of people who also crush on senpai, but don’t seem to take it to the extreme like BH. BH grows envy for BH2 (Blonde Hair), As she’s (BH2) is more close to Senpai. Blinded by jealousy, BH kills BH2 in cold blood and hides her (BH2) body under her (BH) bed. BH presumably ate BH2’s meat, but I’m not entirely sure since at the end you see that her body is still there. But keeping the face in tact for later- After a good meal(?) and disposing the body, BH wears BH2’s face and starts her career as a singer to avoid suspicion. Although, she could have also impersonated BH2. Either way, that gains Senpai’s attention and shortly after Senpai & BH start dating.
Extra Details (Some I’ve already mentioned but decided to list down)
- Senpai is a sucker for pretty faces
- Senpai has a fangroup
- BH killed BH2 at night
- BH2 is a disney princess /j
- BH2 is easily distracted by animals
- The cat was killed too (There’s a rat next to BH2’s body, representing the cat dying 1:11 , although this could also mean the body aged. Then again, that would be represented by maggots/flies or bugs- not rats.)
- BH may or may not be a cannibal
- As pointed out by @Happi Lonnie, BH is wearing BH2’s red headband. This possibly lines up with the “Stolen Identity” theory, but I’m still not sure due to BH’s clear dark hair.
