I grew up in a Sunni community. To this day, I still consider my Shia brothers and sisters the same way I do my Sunni brothers and sisters. Personally, though I heard this and that, I never fully grasp any reason so many of Sunnis hate you guys. May Allah protect us from the feelings of fear and hatred towards our own - inshaa Allah.

There is only 3 reasons why Muslims around the world regards Shias as a non-muslim group and they are: 1. 99% of all shias curse the wife of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which is Mother Aisha RA, the one who our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) passed away in her arms in her house and was buried in her house. Ali (رضّى الله عنه) gave his daughter, Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها), in marriage to Umar (رضّى الله عنه). This is a fact which most Shia lay persons have no idea about. It is also a fact that topples the entire paradigm of Shi’ism. Because of this, many Shia nowadays will say that this marriage between Umar (رضّى الله عنه) and Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها) is a fairy-tale. However, the record of this marriage is in the Shia’s most reliable book of Hadith, Al-Kafi. There are at at least four separate Hadiths attributed to the Imams which affirm the marriage of Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها) to Umar (رضّى الله عنه). In fact, the 23rd chapter in the Book of Marriage (Kitab an-Nikah) in Furoo Al-Kafi is dedicated to the marriage of Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها) and it is called “Bab Tazwig Umm Kulthoom.” Two of the four Hadith are in this chapter, while the other two are found in a related chapter on ’iddah after marriage. The shia books are more implementing the Imams opinions on certain matters and never use athentic saying of Ali RA. Which should gives everyone a clear sign that it should not be reliable. Shiaism is on a downfall as many converts to Christianity and its mainly Christianty just because they have been listening to these false imams, only a small percentage have now identified themselves as Sunnis in Iran and Mashallah their recitation of the Quran is beautiful, I don't know why they are not used as main reciters of the Quran. I’ve heard from Shia muslims who slander the sahaba and say they believe Ali (ra) can heal them and give them strength. Which we know as Muslims only Allah can do. We should be civil with each other, but we can never stand in support of these false shia beliefs.

They also have taqiyyah, originally lying to save ones life, as one of the foundations of their religion, that means whoever doesnt do that is not a muslim, they have made lying obligatory, this alone should be proof they are astray. you think its shirk because you think everything must be taken literally. There are many ayat like those hadeeths in the quran. One example: '“And to Allah belongs the east and the west. So, wherever you turn, there is the Face of Allah (you are face to face with the manifestation of Allah’s Names). Indeed, Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.” (2:115). Another example, 'And (remember) her who guarded her chastity: We breathed into her of Our nafs (soul/spirit), and We made her and her son a sign for all peoples.' (21:91) Allah (swt) doesnt breathe or have a soul. Are these ayat shirk? Also, anyone who Allah (swt) wishes can have knowledge of the unseen. We know this because in the Quran multiple people, including prophets and non-prophets and angels and jinn, were given knowledge of the unseen. How else do you think the prophet told us about the future. Of course, no one imam or prophet has absolute knowledge of the unseen, they only know what Allah wills them to know. There are even ayat that state how knowledge of the unseen can be given to others, and many hadeeth too. Heres just one example from a sunni source that the prophet knew how he would die and of the timing of Fatima (as)'s death and timing of every other death in his family. 'The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was aware during his final illness that he would die of it. At-Tirmidhi (3872) narrated that ‘Aa’ishah, the Mother of the Believers, said: When the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was sick, Fatimah bent down and embraced him and kissed him, then she lifted her head and wept. Then she embraced him again, then she lifted her head and smiled. When the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) died, I said to her: Do you remember when you bent down and embraced the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), then you raise your head and wept, then you bent down and embraced him, then you raised your head and smiled? What made you do that? She said: He told me that he was going to die of that sickness, so I wept. Then he told me that I would be the first of his family to join him, and that was when I smiled. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.'
I'm Sunni, and I love how we can find a way to approach not to divide each other... I mean before anything we're humans. If Allah said about the people of the book : O People of the Scripture, come to a word agreed upon that is common between us and you: that we worship none but Allah ( 3:64) And they technically don't believe in prophet Muhammad...and yet Allah said find a *word agreed upon* so why muslims find a word to divide each other? to all muslims out there, know that we are indeed one community, but do not forget the time when the prophet (ﷺ) drew a straight line on the floor and drew from this straight line other lines going side ways. he said Islam will be divided into 73 branches, of which only one will go to jennah. when his sahabas asked who will? he replied 'al jama3a' (ahlu l'sunna wal jama3a). only those who follow the prophet (ﷺ) and his sunna will be accepted in jennah. there is no such a thing as "sects of Islam", as the only one accepted by Allah will be those who have submitted to him in his unicity, in the way the prophet (ﷺ) has shown us, reported by his sahabas. the prophet (ﷺ) loved his sahabas more than anything, he taught us to love them because when others persecuted our beloved prophet (ﷺ), they are the ones who stood up for him. they are the ones that believed In him and loved him. they fought for him, gave their lives for him and Allah swt, and they conveyed the religion after his passing. some of them have been promised in jennah, which shows their ranks and how great they were, and despite all this, they feared Allah and his punishment more than any of us now. they are true examples of humility, strength and honor. now why am I emphasizing on the sahabas. it is because shias do not love the sahabas of the prophet (ﷺ), on the contrary they insult them. Them and the wives of the prophet (ﷺ) especially ayesha (alayha اsalam). In the end of time.. we are all Muslim (Shia and Sunni) and Allah is the only One who can judge us. Indeed, Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon Him is the last prophet on earth and we know Ali bin Abu Thalib was one of His trusted Sahabah whom we loved and respected as much as the other Sahabah. Sunnis say that Shiites are not Muslims, but when you read Sunni books, you find that Sunnis are not Muslims, or they are not following the Sunnah of the Messenger of God. The Shiites believe in the unity of God and do not anthropomorphize Him, and they say that there is nothing like Him. As a revert, I was told to stay away from Shia Muslims because their beliefs differed from mainstream Islam. shias curse the companions of prophet and his wives specially aisha and hafsa. they consider ali and ahlul bayt as divine and above prophets and infalliable. most shias do say that quran is word of God but it is not preserved and there were verses and surahs for ahlulbayt. they do taqiyyah(lying about their faith infront of sunnis even under normal circumstances). there are many big differences between islam and shia. regarding hatred is because after khomienie regime iran is responsible for sectarian cleansing and sectarianism of sunnis and supporting proxies in middle east destabilising it.

The reason people don’t like Shias is because of issues such as wasilah and controversial hadith narrations. If it’s true they are praying and asking help to those in the grave then it would be considered shirk to many Muslims or at least haram.

There is practically infinite divisions of Shias. I won’t say Shias aren’t Muslim. But anyone who curses the sahaba, curses Aisha, worships Ali, hates the prophet, or worships the prophet, celebrates eid on a different day, prays differently, praying to the dead and claiming they will serve as a connection to you and God….etc. is NOT A MUSLIM. One of the first books my husband gave me to read was Peshawar Nights and that book more then anything confirmed I was in the rightly guided place. It also taught me a lot of miscommunications sunni's harbor for us. At the end of the day I know Allah SWT guided me to the correct path. Basically everything that mainstream Muslims believe Shias believe the opposite. 3 holy masjids makkah madinah al-Aqsa they say masjid kufa is holy and not Al-Aqsa. Mutah is halal, tattoos are halal, earrings on men are halal. Beating themselves as a mourning is halal, Umar Ra killed Fatima ra, hafsa and khadija ra killed the prophet. I grew up in a sunni household with majority sunnis around me. My parents never taught me about shias. It wasn’t until I moved and went to high school with a majority shias that I saw their persian pagan beliefs and how far away from Islam they were. My family also started realizing how much shirk and bid'ah they did and we gradually isolated ourselves from them in religious matters. Many people have commented that it is only a minority of shias that engage in cursing sahaba, bid'ah and shirk practices. In reality, the ones who state this are the minority and they are not following their shia scholars and shia books. The core of shiasm is built upon this, you can't deny this. Just because some irreligious shias say otherwise means nothing. Also, these nonsensical narratives like we are afraid are false. We are not the same and never will be. Every religious sunnis knows that aspects of shiasm is out of the folds of Islam. You are not a practicing sunni if you say otherwise. The people in this video may be laymen, but we cannot throw away our theological and religious differences aside. (Just a note I am not trying to be hateful I don’t have problems with shias for the most part but this is the truth we have huge differences and we will never reconcile that)

Tbh, mee too, I thought that shias have the same kalma, azan and way of praying as we do, but knowing them I got to know that their beliefs are very different from the beliefs of Quran and sunnah. Glory be to You (O Allah)! This is a great lie.” Allah forbids you from it and warns you not to repeat the like of it forever, IF YOU ARE BELIEVERS. " And the matter of praying, every prophet prayed the same way like putting his forehead on the ground while praying, even in the Bible ( which we call injeel) even Jesus/eesa peace be upon him put his forehead on the ground while praying. every prophet prayed the same way, and we should not change the way our prophets prayed. And also Allah told us in the Quran that the wives of the prophets are the mothers of the belivers, so if you won't consider them your mothers then you are not a believer ( Chapter 33 verse 6 ) "The prophet is closer to the believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers" so would you deny Allah's verses?

It depends on your parents views. Some Shia scholars say its okay, but your parents might not be happy with it because of culture or the 'image' having tattoos might represent. As the video stated, there are ruling which come with tattoos.

i don think that’s a good enough reason. makkah is under the saudi rule, and it’s no question that saudi government has been discriminatory against their shia minority. second thing is, even if they don’t include it, why does that matter. if we both interpret the same history differently, that doesn’t make us incorrect. no one can know who is correct and who is wrong. 💕

There are so many hadith that say this, even sometimes some sahaba tell him he has dirt on his forehead after prayer. so by praying on the stone, we are actually trying to follow exactly what the prophet was doing back in the day. Here is a simple explanation to what shia is, the true followers of islam, shia means follower, we followed imam Ali alehosalam, when the Muawya clan took regent and went further away from islam. The prophet Mohammed SAW said that if we followed Allah us muslims would get paradise on earth. That paradise disappeared when people went against the prophet words and did not select the most eligible leader after Mohammed SAW. To this day Imam Ali Alehosalam is described as the door to islam. And to this days it is sinful to ridicule him or any of his family, which sunnis constantly do. Islam is about respect and following the words of Allah. Unfortunately many fail to do so.

I didn't even know that there were different kinds of Muslims until I was like 9 or smth in primary school & my friend asked me about it. I was very confused & I didn't have an answer but I also didn't care because well...we're both muslims at the end of the day. We also had Shia family friends who I started to go to a Shia mosque with. I have alot of good memories of that mosque, the community was nice, we'd all break fast & pray together (although I noticed that they prayed different). There was a time where everybody in the mosque started hitting their chests which left me confused but I was an impressionable kid so I did it too. I just remember praying & also mimicking how they prayed & my parents shouting at me. I was really confused & I never went to that mosque again. Honestly idk much about Shias or their beliefs but I'm not the judge of what's right/wrong, only Allah gets to decide that. I think we should all try to practice more kindness, understanding & tolerance. We're all sinners & muslims at the end of the day.

To be fair only a small minority sect of Shia believes that (about the first part). Majority of Shias do not hold that belief. Other than that majority of them do curse the companions and the wives of the Prophet ﷺ, may Allah be pleased with them all.

@@superwoman8785 nobody "changed" any name. Muhammad's name is in shia adhan as well as Ali's. And Muhammad's name comes first indicating that he's higher in degree(it goes like Allah, Muhammad, Ali in shia adhan so it's pretty clear which way the hierarchy goes). So basically shias just added Ali's name at the end as a means of respect or something. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying shia belief is right or anything, I don't believe in islam as a religion at all. But just telling you to get your facts straight. Shias believe in Muhammad as the prophet of allah and in Ali as a caliph/guardian chosen by allah to take care of the people. Also that Ali and the other imams were pure and never sinned. Not that they had supernatural powers or were prophets or could talk to Gabriel and other angels or whatever

Why do we say you're not muslims, Well it's not because of fear, or anything these guys on the video stated. I believe they are Shias. Well the main reason is TAWHEED. We believe in two different things when it comes to tawheed. I know some people will tell me "oh we believe in one God and shi. There is only 3 reasons why Muslims around the world regards Shias as a non-muslim group and they are:

Just to make the shias aware of something, none of us would have been Muslims if Umar Ibn Khattab RA didn't spread the religion to the far corners of the world. Plus Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Abu Bakr RA and Umar Ibn Khattab RA are buried next to each other in Medina which just shows how close they were and everyone knows this so what right does it give to the shias to curse them?
Ali (رضّى الله عنه) gave his daughter, Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها), in marriage to Umar (رضّى الله عنه). This is a fact which most Shia lay persons have no idea about. It is also a fact that topples the entire paradigm of Shi’ism. Because of this, many Shia nowadays will say that this marriage between Umar (رضّى الله عنه) and Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها) is a fairy-tale.
However, the record of this marriage is in the Shia’s most reliable book of Hadith, Al-Kafi. There are at at least four separate Hadiths attributed to the Imams which affirm the marriage of Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها) to Umar (رضّى الله عنه). In fact, the 23rd chapter in the Book of Marriage (Kitab an-Nikah) in Furoo Al-Kafi is dedicated to the marriage of Umm Kulthoom (رضّى الله عنها) and it is called “Bab Tazwig Umm Kulthoom.” Two of the four Hadith are in this chapter, while the other two are found in a related chapter on ’iddah after marriage. Now lastly who killed our beloved Hassan and Hussain RA? The followers of Ali who were called Shiatul Ali at that time so once again the basis of Shiaism is all false and corrupted.
3. Practices which the Shias follows are against islamic teaching such as punishing themselves for the death of Hassan and Hussain RA, are you a Christian who thinks that you bear the sins of others? Did you kill our beloved Hassan and Hussain RA? NO so why are you slashing yourselves with knives and beating your chest like animals. Its not love your showing but a complete arrogance of what islam teaches, no one did this when our most beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) passed away but all of a sudden we "show more remorse and love" towards our beloved Ali RA, Hassan RA and Hussain RA. We follow the direct narrations of the Prophet from strong and athentic links such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim which only has 2-3 chains meaning its narrated first by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) then passes down to 2-3 people than to Imam Al-Bukhari showing us a strong link.
The shia books are more implementing the Imams opinions on certain matters and never use athentic saying of Ali RA. Which should gives everyone a clear sign that it should not be reliable.
Shiaism is on a downfall as many converts to Christianity and its mainly Christianty just because they have been listening to these false imams, only a small percentage have now identified themselves as Sunnis in Iran and Mashallah their recitation of the Quran is beautiful, I don't know why they are not used as main reciters of the Quran. you think its shirk because you think everything must be taken literally. There are many ayat like those hadeeths in the quran. One example: '“And to Allah belongs the east and the west. So, wherever you turn, there is the Face of Allah (you are face to face with the manifestation of Allah’s Names). Indeed, Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.” (2:115).
Another example, 'And (remember) her who guarded her chastity: We breathed into her of Our nafs (soul/spirit), and We made her and her son a sign for all peoples.' (21:91)
Allah (swt) doesnt breathe or have a soul.

Also, anyone who Allah (swt) wishes can have knowledge of the unseen. We know this because in the Quran multiple people, including prophets and non-prophets and angels and jinn, were given knowledge of the unseen. How else do you think the prophet told us about the future. Of course, no one imam or prophet has absolute knowledge of the unseen, they only know what Allah wills them to know. There are even ayat that state how knowledge of the unseen can be given to others, and many hadeeth too. Heres just one example from a sunni source that the prophet knew how he would die and of the timing of Fatima (as)'s death and timing of every other death in his family.
'The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was aware during his final illness that he would die of it.
At-Tirmidhi (3872) narrated that ‘Aa’ishah, the Mother of the Believers, said: When the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was sick, Fatimah bent down and embraced him and kissed him, then she lifted her head and wept. Then she embraced him again, then she lifted her head and smiled.
When the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) died, I said to her: Do you remember when you bent down and embraced the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), then you raise your head and wept, then you bent down and embraced him, then you raised your head and smiled? What made you do that? She said: He told me that he was going to die of that sickness, so I wept. Then he told me that I would be the first of his family to join him, and that was when I smiled.
Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.'

to all muslims out there, know that we are indeed one community, but do not forget the time when the prophet (ﷺ) drew a straight line on the floor and drew from this straight line other lines going side ways. he said Islam will be divided into 73 branches, of which only one will go to jennah. when his sahabas asked who will? he replied 'al jama3a' (ahlu l'sunna wal jama3a). only those who follow the prophet (ﷺ) and his sunna will be accepted in jennah. there is no such a thing as "sects of Islam", as the only one accepted by Allah will be those who have submitted to him in his unicity, in the way the prophet (ﷺ) has shown us, reported by his sahabas. the prophet (ﷺ) loved his sahabas more than anything, he taught us to love them because when others persecuted our beloved prophet (ﷺ), they are the ones who stood up for him. they are the ones that believed In him and loved him. they fought for him, gave their lives for him and Allah swt, and they conveyed the religion after his passing. some of them have been promised in jennah, which shows their ranks and how great they were, and despite all this, they feared Allah and his punishment more than any of us now. they are true examples of humility, strength and honor.
now why am I emphasizing on the sahabas. it is because shias do not love the sahabas of the prophet (ﷺ), on the contrary they insult them. Them and the wives of the prophet (ﷺ) especially ayesha (alayha اsalam).
I am not here to spread hate, no, but those saying 'shias' are our brothers and sisters, those who are okay with their ways of doing, go back to the scriptures and learn your deen. knowledge is what makes us strong, what strengthens our believes and shiism is the antipod of our values and believes. because it teaches hate, hate towards those the prophet (ﷺ) ordered us to love, those that Allah has honored to be with the prophet (ﷺ).

I really needed to speak up, because this matter concerns our religion, the Islamic community, and because nowadays, everything is all about "acceptance" etc, I see more and more young Muslims falling for that and by ignorance claiming that it is okay to be shia. we should not forget where we come from, our history and what breaks the Islamic community today.
Ali 3alayhi salamه has always denied anyone who worshipped him, or loved him more than the prophet (ﷺ). he never accepted that.
I'm no scholar, but ik some shias have deviated from the right path. but if I am not mistaken, it all depends from the sect in shiism they belong to. I do not want to generalise but some perform shirk, and that is what makes them go astray from islam.

The reason people don’t like Shias is because of issues such as wasilah and controversial hadith narrations. If it’s true they are praying and asking help to those in the grave then it would be considered shirk to many Muslims or at least haram.

One of the first books my husband gave me to read was Peshawar Nights and that book more then anything confirmed I was in the rightly guided place. The "shia drip" is the same as worshipping idols. This is not a teaching of Islam and is considered shirk.
I grew up in a sunni household with majority sunnis around me. My parents never taught me about shias. It wasn’t until I moved and went to high school with a majority shias that I saw their persian pagan beliefs and how far away from Islam they were. My family also started realizing how much shirk and bid'ah they did and we gradually isolated ourselves from them in religious matters.
Many people have commented that it is only a minority of shias that engage in cursing sahaba, bid'ah and shirk practices. In reality, the ones who state this are the minority and they are not following their shia scholars and shia books. The core of shiasm is built upon this, you can't deny this. Just because some irreligious shias say otherwise means nothing.
Also, these nonsensical narratives like we are afraid are false. We are not the same and never will be. Every religious sunnis knows that aspects of shiasm is out of the folds of Islam. You are not a practicing sunni if you say otherwise. The people in this video may be laymen, but we cannot throw away our theological and religious differences aside.
(Just a note I am not trying to be hateful I don’t have problems with shias for the most part but this is the truth we have huge differences and we will never reconcile that)
But did you ever consider why Shiites are cursing Ayesha, Abu Bakr, Uthman and etc? Or were you told by your parents and your scholars to avoid Shiites? Why does your scholars consider cursing them wrong? Why they don't let you know anything about Shiites as most of Sunnis are highly uneducated about us? Why? Did you even question your scholars or were you blindly following their path without a single research? These people in the video are right. Tbh, mee too, I thought that shias have the same kalma, azan and way of praying as we do, but knowing them I got to know that their beliefs are very different from the beliefs of Quran and sunnah. As far it's concerned with the books of hadiths we follow, there are many prophecies in the sahih bukhari and sahih muslim( which are the most authentic books ) which were later came true, also in one of the hadith of( sahih muslim 1007) our prophet Muhammad peace be upon him told us that there are 360 bones in human body 1400 years ago, which was later approved by scientists in 19th century ,which is a proof itself that these are the words of prophet and that this book is authentic.
And about Aisha r.a, you people are just spreading lies about her character, if she would've been of a bad character then why Allah revealed verses on her innocence and her purity in surah noor and also commanded us to not to say these types of things again?

And also Allah told us in the Quran that the wives of the prophets are the mothers of the belivers,
so if you won't consider them your mothers then you are not a believer

There are so many hadith that say this, even sometimes some sahaba tell him he has dirt on his forehead after prayer. so by praying on the stone, we are actually trying to follow exactly what the prophet was doing back in the day. Here is a simple explanation to what shia is, the true followers of islam, shia means follower, we followed imam Ali alehosalam, when the Muawya clan took regent and went further away from islam. The prophet Mohammed SAW said that if we followed Allah us muslims would get paradise on earth. That paradise disappeared when people went against the prophet words and did not select the most eligible leader after Mohammed SAW. To this day Imam Ali Alehosalam is described as the door to islam. And to this days it is sinful to ridicule him or any of his family, which sunnis constantly do.
Islam is about respect and following the words of Allah. Unfortunately many fail to do so.

" Sahabas used to hate , slander and fight Imam Ali " .
On the other hands , In the Sunni book of hadith sahih Muslim volume 1 page 86 , Imam Ali says that the prophet literally says :
"No one loves Imam Ali except a believer , and no one hates him except a hypocrite (Munafiq) ".
Thus , either Ibn Teymiyah is a Munafiq lying about the Sahaba , or some of the Sahaba truly used to hate Imam Ali and thus are munafiqs in deepest pits of hell

I didn't even know that there were different kinds of Muslims until I was like 9 or smth in primary school & my friend asked me about it. I was very confused & I didn't have an answer but I also didn't care because well...we're both muslims at the end of the day. We also had Shia family friends who I started to go to a Shia mosque with. I have alot of good memories of that mosque, the community was nice, we'd all break fast & pray together (although I noticed that they prayed different). There was a time where everybody in the mosque started hitting their chests which left me confused but I was an impressionable kid so I did it too. I just remember praying & also mimicking how they prayed & my parents shouting at me. I was really confused & I never went to that mosque again. Honestly idk much about Shias or their beliefs but I'm not the judge of what's right/wrong, only Allah gets to decide that. I think we should all try to practice more kindness, understanding & tolerance. We're all sinners & muslims at the end of the day.
Shias aren't Muslims because they believe in taqiyyah
Well the main reason they call them non muslims or mushrikin is because they engage in shirk Ibadaa and the follow their desires they do pilgramage in Iraq they do duaa and ask Ahel al Bayt they do grave worshiping and some sect of them like ismaili or nusayriya they make Ali their god some person....

Beacuse Shia prefer Imam Ali pbuh over The messenger of God Mohammad PBUH, and they believe that Gabriel went to Mohammad PBUH by mistake, however they actually consider themselves loving Mohammad PBUH, but they curse his companions and his wife Aisha PBUH! Islam means Tawheed, which means worshipping the only one God and not asking anyone else, but they do ask Imam Ali, Hassan, Hussein Fatima, and Zahraa PBUT, which is obviously not Tawheed but the exact opposite of Tawheed! Hope i have clarified the first question asked in this video!

To be fair only a small minority sect of Shia believes that (about the first part). Majority of Shias do not hold that belief. Other than that majority of them do curse the companions and the wives of the Prophet ﷺ, may Allah be pleased with them all.

The prophet Peace be upon Him did not mention sunni or shia, but he did mention that the ummah will divide into 72 sects.

Let me just show you an example of Shi’a Shirk:
“We [the Imams] are the eyes of Allah in his creatures and the final authority in all human beings.” (Usool-e Kaafi, Vol. No. 1, Page No. 145)
The Imams are the face of Allah.” (Usool Al-Kafi, p83.)
The Imams have knowledge of whatever occurred in the past and whatever will happen in the future, and nothing is concealed from them" (Ibid, p. 260.)
However, Allah says:
“Say: “None in the heavens and the earth knows the Ghaib (Unseen) except Allaah, nor can they perceive when they shall be resurrected”
[al-Naml 27:65]
Al-Kulainee mentions in his book, Usool al-Kaafee (1/258-260):
“If the Imaams desire to know something, they come to know it. They know when they will die - and none of them dies unless they choose to do so themselves.”
However, Allah says:
And He knows what is in the wombs. No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow and no soul knows in what land it will die. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-aware.

The brother said the Prophet (SAW) gathered everyone after his last pilgrimage and announced Ali (RA) - how do they know this? Where is the story? Most Shias disregard the Hadith (Nauzubillah) and call in incorrect or misleading, so how can they possibly know this story???

@@mhaque4902 actually the hadith where the prophet (pbuh) says that Imam Ali should have been his successor at Ghadeer Khums is Sahih Muslim 2408 u should look it up and see the evidence as to why shias are not wrong when we say we follow Ali because the prophet said so it just goes to show how we follow more of the sunnah of the prophet than the sunnis do
The second you believe in the twelve imams and that you can combine prayers even when not travelling that alone is an act of disbelief. Show me where it says anything about 12 imams and them being divinely chosen.

@@superwoman8785 nobody "changed" any name. Muhammad's name is in shia adhan as well as Ali's. And Muhammad's name comes first indicating that he's higher in degree(it goes like Allah, Muhammad, Ali in shia adhan so it's pretty clear which way the hierarchy goes). So basically shias just added Ali's name at the end as a means of respect or something.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying shia belief is right or anything, I don't believe in islam as a religion at all. But just telling you to get your facts straight. Shias believe in Muhammad as the prophet of allah and in Ali as a caliph/guardian chosen by allah to take care of the people. Also that Ali and the other imams were pure and never sinned. Not that they had supernatural powers or were prophets or could talk to Gabriel and other angels or whatever

i don't have a problem with shia people, i only have a problem with a few of their understanding of Islam, I've read some of the Shia books when i was in Islamic school and I've found many mistakes in shia teaching

Indeed, you are not responsible whatsoever for those who have divided their faith and split into sects. Their judgment rests only with Allah. And He will inform them of what they used to do.

You are also forbidden to draw lots for decisions. This is all evil. [[ Today the disbelievers have given up all hope of ˹undermining˺ your faith. So do not fear them; fear Me!

This is a promise of Allah That the religion is Perfected, by this meaning that if there was to be a atom more or less in the religion it would be in it so if anyone adds anything in the religion is saying Allah is wrong That the messenger Muhammad is wrong and that they missed something out that YOU know better. It is totally wrong and what we have of revelation and teachings of the prophets is enough for us. Shia claims disproved in a few minutes. May Allah guide us and forgive us , Amen
Why do we say you're not muslims,
Well it's not because of fear, or anything these guys on the video stated. I believe they are Shias. Well the main reason is TAWHEED. We believe in two different things when it comes to tawheed. I know some people will tell me "oh we believe in one God and shi. But you gotta remember just like christians and Muslims, Shia and Muslims have got serious differences, they is no way you can avoid that. Even though we may have lot's of similarities.

@A Zee bro , if there's no ships then there's no sunni. There's only Muslims okay, I grew up sunni but I don't call myself that. I'm not sunni nor Shia or any other sect , I'm MUSLIM only. I follow the quran and any hadith that is beneficial for me. I don't care about the imams and I don't care about the ashaba. It is only me and Allah , and how I will worship him with my full heart.
