I can say this that to get a good seat preparing for 6hrs with proper technique and concentration daily excluding lecture classes is very much sufficient ). As a aiims student ,i purely deny his statement . It is a crime to say these stupid things , which will only deteriorate mental health. I can say this that to get a good seat preparing for 6hrs with proper technique and concentration daily excluding lecture classes is very much sufficient ). I remember these kind of teachers are the ones who made me feel depressed back in 11th, 12th class. I am not saying this from my view , all my friends who were in top colleges (aims Delhi, bhubaneswar, jipmer) , we all had studied for like 7 to 8 hrs excluding lecture, and they used have nice sleep .
Pls don't take these peoples words so deep , just study at your High will , score your best and please come out of this stupid matrix out asap . Trust me there's more to the life than just this , and that phase of your life is waiting for you ...,

The best rule of life is to live a life with happiness and discipline, rest will be taken care of by itself. Do your work honestly and put your effort.
