I like to change the A to actionable. This is where you figure out the specific actions that need to be taken. and Then R (realistic) is where you figure out what problems may show up. If you can’t solve the problem now is the time to re-evaluate if you can realistically complete the goal and change up some strategies.

It's not really a problem, rather, it's a problem statement. This defines in simple terms the challenge that you are trying to solve and why solving it is quite important. So, it's fine to start with the problem statement.

Deliverables would be the product/service end, tangibly. The benefits is how those Deliverables are of use & what good do they do.
