Interesting review. I've thought about getting one of these, but their benefits seem to be highly debated in Facebook groups. I'm leaning way more towards getting one now.
I’ll have to do a follow up review. After using it, I’m not so sure it’s worthwhile. It makes the pedal super choppy and the vehicle lurches a lot in on/off throttle scenarios and bumpy roads. I could tune it down, but the acceleration rate turned up to sport, it’s the only mode worthwhile imo. If you’re tuned and have a Cobb ACCESSPORT, you can have your tuner make a revamped throttle map for you. Took me forever to get off using this as my tuner suggested not using it because it can throw off torque tables in the tune. I was addicted to the rapid acceleration. Now that I’m tuned, I have more power, but my throttle map isn’t as strong as the pedal commander. I guess soon pushing more power I’ve tried to eliminate items that can cause possible engine damage. This being one of them. I’m sorry to disappoint you on this. I’ll make a new follow up video soon.
Share it with your friends. I’ve got lots of plans for this channel and lots of giveaways planned. Next mile stone giveaway will be a big brake kit. The more subs I can get, the more expensive the giveaways will become. This giveaways here is about $300 shipped. I’m trying to give back to other enthusiast like myself. I’m not funded by anyone, this giveaway will come out of my pocket.
I haven’t and I’m going to do a follow up video on this. I actually don’t use it since I’m tuned. My tuner made me a throttle map, and said it’s dangerous to run a pedal controller with a tune. I believe he said it changes the torque tables set in the tune. The pedal controller will spin the tires, and the rpm’s really shoot up very quickly. You feel like it’s and extra 20hp just by adding this controller. With how fast the rpm’s shoot up and how fast it accelerates, you have to be super quick at shifting or your bouncing off the rev limiter. If I had to guess a 0-60, I’d say it’s probably slower than stock since you can spin the tires now. Now that Cobb has released launch control, it might be easier to launch without roasting the tires. I’m actually going to be selling my controller. So if you’re interested, just message me on Fb. @scooby.subi
Not everyone wants an ACCESSPORT. This mod will NOT void your warranty like an ACCESSPORT will. Also the Cobb, doesn’t allow multiple throttle configurations for different driving scenarios, like this at the pedal controller.
Just a safety feature so you don’t break it off. If they stopped it at the end of the travel there would be about 3” to the floor left and guarantee someone would have broken it off
Yeah this is a piece of crap, when this malfunctions and it does u lose all throttle. If anything go for one that plugs into OBD connection port. Goodluck using this.

All I personally care about is reducing any artificial delay. I prefer a linear pedal.
Eco mode if you want a smooth linear pedal. Eliminates the slow response of the factory pedal
Informational. Looking forward to more of your work!
Thank you. I really appreciate that. More to come for sure.
Hey great job. You dont need to buy me anything. But i am interested seems cool. No tune. Sounds cool.
Have you done any tests on impoved 0-60?

They can adjust all this when tuning with accessport

There isn't really any good reason to put this on the car, unless just for the heck of it.
The app is only useful if your phone dies and you want to change it. Other than that, there’s no point.
I noticed that about gas pedals on newer cars too... That last 1/8 of the way to the floor isn't really needed..

When it malfunction, it reverts back to stock. I’ve already asked Power Commander. It’s a fail safe.
