  • 2005 silverado 1500 2wd. 22 in wheels and tires were rubbing on a bounce. need a leveling kit to raise the front a little. these 1 inch bushing only added about a 1/4 inch lift so i put 2 in to get maybe 1/2 total. sad lift but no more rubbing. order the cheap ones off Ebay.

If one side does and the other doesn't. Probably time for new front shocks

You aren't measuring it right. You should probably buy new springs, your existing ones probably have a lot of sag being almost 20 years old.

Drill a hole through the rubber spacer and safety wire it to the spring

Do they make spacers for the rear? I'd like to go 1-2" more on the rear and then level the front from there?

Rough Country makes spacer blocks for rear suspension, and then you can level from there

I added a 3" spindles on my 04 Silverado 1500 and drives really rough and couldn't get it to align after I did it I don't know why but tires look like this /\ when I do reverse and the opposite when I go forward.
I also switched to 285/55/20 wheels not sure what's causing that rough driving and bad squeaking.
