At first I felt a lack of air. However, as I began to relax, more and more my body adjusted. It began to feel normal even though I was breathing slower. . I'm going to start using this technique to calm down my breathing when it gets out of and hand. I'll probably do it at least once per day. . . I wonder now if the sympathetic nervous system actually knows how to properly do its job to the maximum efficiency. Because most of the time I don't think about my breathing but it's likely faster than it needs to be.
Thank you so much. while there are millions of videos on breath , your interpretation is very simple yet effective. This simple change is capable to thousands of lives. Great video.
I think yoga might share some of these ideas in a practical sense. I'm planning to view all of these lectures. Very interesting and informative, thank you.
Hi Patrick, I am enjoying the information that you have shared on correct breathing very much. This is only day two for me but I wondered what you would recommend doing on a daily basis to improve my breathing. I am trying to only breath through my nose but should I also be doing the exercises that involve holding your breath? And if so how often? I have asthma and sinusitis. Thank you

Maximize is not spelled with an s .
It is outside of America. 😀

Ad hoc.
