In the 6 months that I worked for EA (on the launch of EA Sportsworld), I found 297 bugs. They fixed one. ONE. Their corporate philosophy was that if a found bug wasn't something that would prevent them from selling the game, it was likely irrelevant. Whether or not it had a negative impact on the player's experience was not even a consideration.
I got so pissed when I didn't get every DLC installed for the Mass Effect trilogy on Steam and had to buy the games again on Origin. They need to be sued for this scam.
EA destroying Maxis and The Sims is what cemented my hatred for them. It used to be one of the most satisfying games to play, now the latest game was stripped of features that were in Sims 3, the last game, and put behind a paywall. If it was a feature complete game, I wouldn't mind buying them, but it isn't. Sims 4 is bare bones next to SIms 3 and selling DLC packs for the DLC expansions is where I draw the line. I wonder what the founder has to say about the state of the company and it's business ethics today.
I've actually tried to find out if Will Wright has said anything about Sims publically but I don't think he has since at least the beginning/middle of Sims 3. I think he knows they're fucked.
uh. SimCity used to be one of my favorite franchises, then they released a broken SimCity game and made it online-only and then when it flopped, Drowned Maxis in a bathtub
with that logic any dlc for any game ever can be used to furnish your house. expansion packs in the sims are more than just a couple of built items. its worlds, clothing, hair, furniture, gameplay, etc.
@@peterberning ...No? The punchline is that their DLCs are ridiculously overpriced and they make pretty much everything a purchasable DLC even from day one release. Thus, this joke is made.

@@TheRibbonRed Disney is basically the multimedia equivalent of EA. Though their slogan is more of "check-out our portfolio" (which, as a Star Wars fan, is like them waving your friend's head around on a stick after killing him brutally).
Just a fun fact: EA was also about to buy Valve Software, the makers of Half Life, for $1 Billion Dollars. But Valve declined and the founder, Gabe Newell, says "Valve would prefer to "disintegrate" than ever sell out."
Well, Valve doesn't make many games, anyway, they live off of Steam. They had the VR game, Alex, and maybe in ten years HL3. They can afford to not make games, EA can't, so Gabe's comment about "selling out" is kind of dishonest in its own way, since Valve has kind of sold out to its own success with its electronic storefront (that has its own problems, and the worst refund policy in the industry).
Some good friends of mine worked for EA. One of them was a lead on a big title, just bought a house down the street from HQ, and had twins on the way. When the game did not sell to expectation, EA fired most everyone on the project (like somehow it was the employee's fault), and my friend with a new mortgage and family was now unemployed. Fortunately, he got lucky and was hired by 343 and went on to make Halo games up in Washington state. Some of his other peers weren't as lucky. Now I never buy an EA game new.
EA also killed Maxis, SimCity’s creator. And then, they killed SimCity with its online-only mode, tiny maps, crazy AI and very limited mod options. Hurray for Cities : Skylines !
Came to the comments looking for this. Maxis was the studio that fed my love for video games growing up. Sure, games on Nintendo and PlayStation were fun. I played plenty of platformers, shoot em ups, racing games... But after a while I lost interest. But with Maxis' games, they just sucked me in. I spent endless hours trying to figure out optimal city designs in SimCity then driving around them in Streets of SimCity. I built tower after tower in SimTower chasing five stars and keeping the tenants happy by maintaining an efficient and convenient floor plan. I made it my mission to make those insufferable homeowners miserable in SimAnt. Of course, I spent hours and hours in The Sims meticulously designing a house and building a family, only to torture them in the most cruel ways I could imagine. You did it too, don't lie to yourself. Seeing how much Maxis titles have been diluted while chasing the almighty dollar saddens me deeply. I'm sure a ton of people watching this video feel the same way when they think about how the games that inspired so much creativity, have been turned into shadows of their former selves.
i loved playing sim city 2000 growing up and i hated the online only version of the newest sim city that i played. having an online play being available is fine but sim city should be available to play offline
@@a2d And Sim Earth! I spent hours and hours of my childhood playing these games and they killed them all. I'm sure it's bound to happen over the course of many years that a company will mess up a game or 2, but EA should stand for Electronic Assassins at this point! And these developers that are taking EA's money knowing what is likely to happen need to think about that before they accept the check.
Technically, Maxis still exists, but EA gutted them so bad they might as well be considered dead. Maxis Emeryville, the division of Maxis that developed the SimCity series, was shut down in 2015, most likely due to the failure of SimCity 2013. The main company still exists, but they seem to only exist to keep making DLC for The Sims 4, making the game even more expensive than it should be.
They're hated because they don't just want the money, they want *_ALL_* the money. Also, what they did to PopCap, PvZ, and George Fan (among countless others) still stings to this day.
When EA bought Origin, that's when i started to hate them. Origin was running an MMO at the time called Ultima Online. Origin's staff members were very active in the game, you could call a GM and have someone speak face-to-face with you inside of 5-10 minutes. UO had 3 different levels of in game support, there were Counselors, GM's, and Dev's. Counselors were veteran players who would volunteer, i think they were rewarded with free game time. But they would be the first responders to player questions. If the players problem went beyond simple questions or exceeded the permissions granted to them, they would then call up a GM who was a paid employee of Origin. If the problem was a technical issue that couldn't be solved with with the GM's power (usually programing errors) then a Dev would be called to respond to the issue. the Dev's were typically able to fix the problem on the spot. Today's gaming staff doesn't opperate like this and it can take months to get a problem sorted out. EA killed that... afterwards if you had a problem you had to call customer service, and they'd connect you with some call center in India where the person you spoke with had a pre-written set of responses. Honestly i could have had a better conversation with a Bot. They took a a customer friendly game and turned it into a nightmare. I stopped playing about 6 months after their take over of Origin....a game i had played for years.
There was about 5 years where UO was, I'd argue, the best MMO that ever existed. Everything that rolled out while Origin had full control was just ... you could tell it all had passion from the devs in it. EA completely destroyed that.
Bull Frog was a huge loss to the industry. Words cannot express how hyped I was for Dungeon Keeper 3 back in the day. Luckily those devs got back together to develop a spiritual successor called "War for the Overworld"
It may interest you to learn that EA dumped a few titles from Bullfrog's old retro PC gaming library onto Steam a few weeks ago. All of the Dungeon Keeper & Populous games, and by the way the old Command & Conquer games are available right now. Granted, there are no achievements added, so it really just feels like a lazy rom dump or whatever, and the games are nothing we haven't seen before, and EA still totally sucks for numerous other reasons, etc. etc. BUT they're there if anyone cares. And it is my understanding that they support mods, which were important to Dungeon Keeper in particular, so maybe consider checking them out or something.
It all started with MUT. They realized how popular MUT became because people liked the idea of making an OP team and playing with the goats. Well, they took that and tried to apply it with literally every other game they released
If EA owned real life sports leagues, you would have to pay extra to watch the playoffs and the Super Bowl would cost as much as a Pay Per View boxing or UFC fight
If EA sold gasoline, they would extra for being able to using a savings card and for being able to wash your car windows. Double charge for oil-spill-free service. Hint: When the EA 'won' Worst Company of 2012 award, the EA executives complained that BP should have won for their recent oil spill.
Fun fact: EA actually secretly stands for Evil Assholes. But their CEO thought Electronic Arts would sound better so he came up with the whole story about how game developers are artists.
When I worked at the EA Burnaby studio it was awful. Every year they'd hire hordes of QA Testers, but we were classified as contractors, not employees. They actually seemed to treat employees rather well, but there were really only two categories of people in that building: Employees and Scum. I've never worked anywhere else where I felt so disrespected.
@@Kavallero Yes. But I do believe nothing I just said in that statement could in any way be defined as a 'trade secret' or 'intellectual property'. It's also no secret that EA is now garbage.
He wasn't a 'good company man'. There's no place for integrity or principle at EA. It's anathema to their business model. Also, their CEO is a refurbished Thunderbirds puppet possessed by demons.

EA didn't make the Sims, it was Maxis, EA just sold the game. This is why people hate EA. They buy studios that do good struff, inject corporate BS until the game dies as a cheap McDonald's inspired franchise and force the creative people to leave. Also, EA didn't "love" their studios to death and killed them because they where stupid. They strangled them under water after they had taken everything they wanted (IPs, programmers, brands, tech etc). It was just basic, corporate looting. They took what they wanted and killed a competitor.
That's why i'm concerned about a new alternative to the Sims. SIms 4 is missing alot of stuff from just the base game and the packs have less content, not to mention the last pack (Journey to Batuu) was the last thing Simmers wanted and that was half a$$ed. Yesterday, Paralives a game in development that several simmers have been following released a game play trailer doing things simmers never thought possible.
@@greenliongirl07 I'm still playing Sims 3. I just don't see how Sims 4 is any better. By comparison Sims 4 is The Sims (original) but with better graphics. In Sims 3 I have a whole living town with my sims in it, they live, they have fun, they laugh, they cry... (they murder (in one save file) ) etc... Why would a play something that is a lesser game with prettier graphics?
@@greenliongirl07 To be realistic, Paralives will probably die out a year it will be released. It just doesn't look spectacular to me. it looks more of a mobile game. I just want a likeable big company to make a life sim game, like Ubisoft. I just don't want people to be disappointed when Paralives released its not the expectations we wanted.
Now it’s Electronic Ass. Sad, because they own so many dope franchises just waiting for another chance. Look at what happened with C&C remastered and tell me that isn’t great.
Thanks for number 3. I didn't know about it, but I'd be genuinely surprised if every company with more than 100 employees didn't have this same issue. As a labor activist, I see it all the time. It's absolutely wild to me that we are STILL fighting the exact same struggle that the Haymarket Riots were about. The literal reason we have Labor Day as a holiday (and most of the rest of the world too, though they celebrate it on May 1), and we still have the same issues as back then regarding a good work-life balance.
Also EA: Let's continue to claim lootboxes are not gambling in European courts while being fined $500,000 per week for refusing to alter our games to comply with local laws.
I was an art director on the Nox game that we put out with EA back in 2000. The main difference, I would say, that happened to Westwood Studios after the EA take over is that the laughter kinda stopped…. it’s like, it wasn’t okay to laugh anymore. Everything kinda became gray.
No mention of EA's addiction to releasing the SAME game year after year with only modest improvements, if not making it worse? You missed some HUGE beats here.
@@autopreneur And Pokemon, quite literally doing that "same game thing" almost every year as well. Only as of the 2021 Pokemon Direct they seemed to have moved to a new path.
There was a time about 10 years ago when I loved them. They released so many great games. Dead Space 2, Alice Madness Returns, SSX, Mass Effect 2, Shadows of the Damned. They were just on a roll.
I think a big one that I'm surprised wasn't mentioned is that they sell people pretty much the same game every year Madden 18=Madden 19=Madden 20=Madden 21...
Been that way since what 12? Ita the same game literally with updated rosters. The best madden's was on the second gen consoles ps2 xbox. Literally on those games you could import people from ncaa, build a franchise whatever way you wanted. The game was so much more immersive. Ea got cheap on football. Football would be in way better with 2k.
You forgot to mention re releasing the same game every year. We all knew it but the hard proof came when a "Madden 19" banner was found in Madden '20. Also how hard they dropped the ball for Battlefield V when it comes to not listening to the community.
Came in here to say this, in the 16 bit generation near the end is when they realized they could just change little in their sports games and change the year. Madden 98 for the sega genesis has madden 97 logo's in the background when selecting plays and such.
@@brandonsaquariumsandterrar8985 they mean things like in the madden games there being like actual Sponsorships being commentated on in game for replays and other things like that. The argument was that it ads to the realistic portrayal of the football game as it appears on real world tv.
They ruined a number of amazing smaller developers and game franchises - notably, as you mentioned, Origin and Bullfrog. Funnily enough, there's a great dig at EA when you reach the end of Ultima IX - you have to destroy three items to stop The Guardian (the antagonist since Ultima VII) which consists of a cube, a sphere, and a pyramid. That is how much Origin hated being part of EA. We would be on Ultima XV (or more) my now if they had not screwed it up.
Star Wars Battlefront 2 is a piece of art. Audio, graphics, photogrammetry, immersion, sound design ans everything is art as much as someone's painting.

In all honesty the gaming industry has reached a point where it needs a union. Too many developers lose their jobs because publishers rush unfinished games out the door. Once the game fails then they want to "downsize" the studio. Game developers especially the really good ones always get the short end of the stick. They really need job security.
what do you mean "REACHED A POINT" ? A union should be MANDATORY in ALL companies above a certain size just like in Germany. Did you know the union leaders are mandated to be in the board in Germany? Literally the company holding board...of VW and BMW and Bayer and and and there's union people on the same position as the CEO... Doesnt seem to work all that bad does it?

its alot more then that lol. take a look at sims 4, base game costs 60$ and if you want everything the game has to offer its going to cost you another 750$ and it still doesnt have all the features of the previous game, and that number is of course still going up.
Speaking as a dedicated RR3 player it is a real shame that a company with a lot of very skilled "artists" and experienced gamers playing their games disrespect these two components that makes them the success that they are today. ☹️😭
1: killing development teams. Yep, that's pretty much it. They buy a perfectly good studio, change everything that made the studio successful, watch it fail, then fire the studio for "not meeting expectations." I'm fully convinced that every time a game launches, EA simply looks at sales numbers and says "Sorry, but we expected to sell a few million more. You're all fired." It's a formula they've perfected and there are now DOZENS of long gone studios and franchises we may never see again because EA bleeds them dry and keeps their work to themselves. Why any sane developer would even consider allowing EA to buy their company is beyond me. 2: MTX/boxes: This is where things really went to hell. If you weren't convinced that EA was actively trying to exploit customers before, you damn sure are now. Their eternal mission: to extract unlimited amounts of cash from the same players for the absolute minimum product. MTX stores and loot boxes are essentially zero work for them; they've probably got a template at this point that they just copy and paste to every game they want and they keep reeling in the same chumps with too much money and not enough brains. 3: Exploiting employees: There's just no excuse for this one. I don't care how much money you need to keep the lights on; if you have to work your employees to death you deserve to fail. If you have to lie, avoid paying people, abuse them, harass them, censor them, allow them to be sexually assaulted and shrug when they COMMIT SUICIDE due to your work environment, you deserve to FAIL, HARD. EA is hated because they epitomize the corporate process: work everyone to death, fire them when they don't kiss your ass enough, keep all the profits, take all the credit for everyone else's success and take none of the blame for your own failure. When things go great, the rich execs step up, smile, shake hands and bask in the glow. When shit goes south, the blame gets shifted to "the company," which is somehow a separate legal entity from all the people making the decisions for it, leaving no actual names to take responsibility for downright CRIMINAL management. I honestly feel like the corporate business structure should never have been legitimized. How anyone thought that allowing a small group of people to have all the power over their company, keep more than the lion's share of profits, accept all the accolades and leave their names clean of all blame was EVER a good idea is completely beyond me.
@@ARandomSpace Make no mistake; they did the franchise dirty. I'm just saying they've objectively done far, FAR worse to far bigger titles and far more people.

If the IP is that valuable, why don't you let the games ACTUAL CREATOR to continue his franchise. I can't with these big game corporations anymore, I just can't.
God I loved Dead Space. How do you kill so a promising franchise? It had comics, anime, games etc. The lore was awesome and there was so much more to explode.
Don't forget, they smashed the franchise's kneecaps with a sledgehammer and forced it to drink its own urine before they put it out of its misery. The third game was pretty abysmal.
Step 1: Create shitty microtransaction system that makes your game pay to win Step 2: Be forced by Disney themselves to change the system Step 3: Make an owned, smaller company fix the game and make it a million times better Step 4: End live support for the game during its peak and try to pretend it never existed Thank you EA, very cool

Back 20 years ago (jeeezuz i'm old) I interviewed with them at their sunnyvale campus for an IT position. I didn't know much about them in 2000, or their reputation. But the Interview went well, the pay range was good, etc., and they seemed nice enough. One of their perks was that up on the top floor of one of the buildings was a library and could check out a game that they (or their acquisitions) made and play it for as long as you wanted. I was curious so I wanted to see it, partially to show interest in the company, partially because I was genuinely curious. I saw row after row of games like Ultima, Syndicate, etc all these games that had great promise and whos sequels were highly anticipated, but they never came out. And I immediately saw the pattern. It was like being in some rich doofuses library with the heads of endangered species mounted to the walls. Anyways, I took a job at another company that was in the city and they acted like the refusal was akin to me spitting in their face. I felt like I had made the right decision after that.

@@GorFrag Now now, Jim's great for news and gaming current events, but I think there's room for someone doing a series of deep-dive videos exploring how bad EA is.
I know right? Plants vs Zombies on PC, console and Nintendo DS were great, but EA decided to put microtransactions and ads in the mobile version and a million microtransactions in the sequel.
Yes let's just take this game series that was previously on consoles and make the sequel mobile only and put a crappy shooter version of the series on console, thank you EA very cool
As a gamer from the early 1980s it's not hard to know. I remember when I looked for games with the EA on the label. I avoided them right after they added DRM locks. They constantly stopped working and you had to re-register your game.
The devs at the indie studios that got shut down were just unemployed. The devs that actually worked for EA had it way worse. I'm surprised labor relations wasn't in the video as a major issue. (Though, I guess labor relations is often ognored by consumers.) The spouses of devs were called "EA Widows" because the devs were given insane overtime expectations and treated terribly. Tons of kids with art degrees fresh out of college excited to work in games with no expectations about what professional dev was supposed to look like. (And I take massive issue with referring to EA work environment as 'professional' - it was abusive.) There was rampant wage theft, and a huge lawsuit about unpaid overtime. Also, craptacular DRM that messed with computers and the EA Origin store that was created after they saw Steam being popular, just to grift... But seriously, the people the people had had their lives most directly harmed by EA were the gamedevs that were taken advantage of. They should be the main reason to hate EA, far above and beyond what they did to the gamers who could always just go play other games.
I want to share a quick story of my experience with EA. So, remember the 20th Sims anniversary? Sims 4 got discounted pretty heavily. I was saving up my money for something else, but then jumped at the chance to get my favorite game at the time for cheap. So I bought it. A few days ago I decide I want to play it again for fun, and EA removed it from my library. I checked my purchase history and that was seemingly gone, and this happened to my sister too. Our copies turned into trial editions, and since I don't have any purchase history I can't do anything. I hate EA now.
That happened to me with SimCity a few years ago. I bought it one Christmas when it first dropped, never played it much bc I'm always busy. So I went to play it one day and they deleted it from my library bc I didn't play it within their time limits. If you don't play in like a year or 2 then they will force you to buy it again as if you never owned it in the first place. shady.
I am honestly not surprised, but so sad this is the reality. I cannot express my hate for EA enough. Sad thing is that there are not enough competing games in the genre to leave EA. I have high high hopes for Paralives (whenever it gets released) and then we can watch EA sweat. They will lose millions and deserve nothing less. SCREW EA
EA ruined Sims too, instead of making a complete base game where you don’t NEED expansions to enjoy it, you now HAVE to get at least a few packs that have stuff that should’ve been in the base game (or were in the base game in previous Sims games)!! The DLC for Sims 4 would cost you close to $900 (less if you buy stuff on sale) but that is a RIDICULOUS price to get a COMPLETE game!!!
I took one look at the video length and said to myself "Oh man, this isn't even going to scratch the surface of why people hate EA's guts!" And to answer the end-of-video question, I'm pretty firmly in the "EA is an Evil Empire" camp for all the reasons you mentioned and quite a few more related ones. Someone I knew who formerly worked at EA once said the following quote that I'll never forget: "EA are the pimps of the industry. They'll work you like a whore and put you back on the street as fast as they can." That right there says a lot about how they think of their employees.
Here's why people hate EA. EA makes nothing, All they do is snap up good Studios and games and then shove their own bullshit money making schemes into them. People don't hate EA games like battlefield, or the sims, or need for speed, battlefront, the list goes on and on, because those games were made by development companies that actually cared. they just ended up swallowed up by EA and their games suffered as a result. I still to this day hate with a passion that EA has the rights to star wars games, I am convinced we have been deprived of tons of great star wars games because EA has their money grubbing fists wrapped around the rights
All they care is ultimate team and packs which are pay to win or to get "better" players the game is unfinished people say its "scripted" there is a channel i watch called Lemrr watch it and there isnt just one or 2 there are thousands of "scripted plays" the pro players rage the casuals rage nobody is happy with the game they raised about 600 milion dollars and dont do anything they barely invest in the games and they are sooo broken there servers are bad they laggy some pro players have to play rock paper scissors just to advanced to the next stage and even a pro player called them out and they banned him from competitons/esport and they dont fix bugs and glitches when they have the funds
@Albert Menendez Yes they are, then they're either shut down because they can't make the game fast enough or they're rushed out and the game is trash. Don't defend EA. They're everything that is wrong with the gaming industry
Mine is them undermining their own lifeblood essentially. Need For Speed still hasn't recovered with the damage they've done to it (Even though they continue to release new additions to the series every year), and I feel like Battlefield is a dead series due to the incompetence that went into designing Battlefield 5. If they can't even take care of their own cash cows properly, it's time to close up shop.

I would have loved for The Company Man to mention all this. I clicked on the video hoping he would, but alas.
I've actually tried to find out if Will Wright has said anything about Sims publically but I don't think he has since at least the beginning/middle of Sims 3. I think he knows they're fucked.

they're the makers of steam, aren't they?
@@mary.lunamoon yes
Well, Valve doesn't make many games, anyway, they live off of Steam. They had the VR game, Alex, and maybe in ten years HL3. They can afford to not make games, EA can't, so Gabe's comment about "selling out" is kind of dishonest in its own way, since Valve has kind of sold out to its own success with its electronic storefront (that has its own problems, and the worst refund policy in the industry).
D Roe I call Bullshit steam’s refund policy is one of the best, especially compared to other Pc storefronts and consoles.
They would’ve brought back the L4D franchise & fkd it up. That’s why that shit is still a classic till the day. Fuck EA!!
I'm not defending EA, but that unfortunate situation can happen to literally anyone in any industry.

@Will Fryer 2 People enjoy cocaine too.

I was there and was hooked. We used to trade at recess at school everyday. All week was about waiting for 9.50am on Sunday morning, when the show aired in Norway.
They are collecting IPs and are more than willing to kill off companies to acquire them.

As a gamer from the early 1980s it's not hard to know. I remember when I looked for games with the EA on the label. I avoided them right after they added DRM locks. They constantly stopped working and you had to re-register your game.
EA: *Cocks money gun*
Indie Studios: “Run for your lives”
@@guaposneeze I can't say anything other than, I agree. I'd rather be unemployed then working for EA.
I agree paralives and cities skylines need to run from EA

SCREW EA
Yet another reason why I buy physical copies of games
You should have gotten a confirmation email when you bought the game, maybe use that as proof of purchase?
It's EA, don't expect that to work, assuming EA even sends those.
We're just looking at EA from the wrong perspective. We're not their customers, their shareholders are. The players are the product.
I took one look at the video length and said to myself "Oh man, this isn't even going to scratch the surface of why people hate EA's guts!"
And to answer the end-of-video question, I'm pretty firmly in the "EA is an Evil Empire" camp for all the reasons you mentioned and quite a few more related ones.
Someone I knew who formerly worked at EA once said the following quote that I'll never forget: "EA are the pimps of the industry. They'll work you like a whore and put you back on the street as fast as they can." That right there says a lot about how they think of their employees.
Maybe if this was part 1 or 20 episodes it would just start to be long enough. On second thought, no it would still be too short!
For me i dislike them in fifa there is a game mode called carrer mode they didnt update the gamemode for like at least 7 years
All they care is ultimate team and packs which are pay to win or to get "better" players the game is unfinished people say its "scripted" there is a channel i watch called Lemrr watch it and there isnt just one or 2 there are thousands of "scripted plays" the pro players rage the casuals rage nobody is happy with the game they raised about 600 milion dollars and dont do anything they barely invest in the games and they are sooo broken there servers are bad they laggy some pro players have to play rock paper scissors just to advanced to the next stage and even a pro player called them out and they banned him from competitons/esport and they dont fix bugs and glitches when they have the funds
@Albert Menendez Yes they are, then they're either shut down because they can't make the game fast enough or they're rushed out and the game is trash.
Don't defend EA. They're everything that is wrong with the gaming industry
Apex: 👀💧
I used to love Battlefield 1942
There are soooo many reasons for people to hate EA, mine is them leaving the Dead Space IP to rot.
Burnout, NFS, Dead Space, all of Popcap's Catalogue, Command and Conquer, Madden, Fifa, Star Wars... I can go on but Dead Space and C&C is my personal vendetta against EA.
They ruined need for speed after most wanted 2005 carbon in my opinion was meh also EA abandoning the NASCAR ip made me have a vendetta against them I'm starting to have a problem with 343 industries I was playing Halo MCC the season 3 update gave my game audio glitches I absolutely dislike Activision the last good call of duty is black ops 1 and NASCAR the game 2011 was a glitch fest they cancelled guitar hero that was the best Activision game it was ruined by greed
