Beautiful video and beautiful guitar congratulations.
Instead I got the modified Daphne blue 50 telecaster, with V neck and custom shop pick up, S1 fret for the out of phase position, I changed the pickguard, I put it in 3-ply white and I like it a lot, I got a case vintage and many optional Fender accessories.
Playing it is something fantastic, as you are doing in the video with this super tele 60

BEAUTIFUL guitar. Sometimes I’m really into Fiesta Red. Sometimes not. But right now… BEAUTIFUL.
I’ve played a bunch of MIM Teles. I own three of them. One thing I occasionally find is Tele pickups that are a little darker than I like. A possible solution without replacing pickups, is to change the pots to 500K. Pots are cheaper than pickups! It brightens the sound a bit, but at least I’m my case, didn’t make the pickups in this one particular Tele, too bright or brittle.
Also, while under the control plate, reverse the controls to make volume swells easier. I do that mod to ALL my Teles.

I've been eyeballing a Squier 60's Custom Classic Vibes Tele. I'll be using your link when I decide to buy. Zzounds has been good to me so far, and you guys are on point with your reviews. 👍

Ah man Me to. I want one cuz Izzy Stradlin played one. Fender also made a reeisue of these in Japan, but of course they are 5 times as much. Also you would have to buy used, and that just freaks me out.

I like the thinline a lot and it’s really nice to play, the pickups are quite low output and sound very nice. Very well made and flawless in its construction. I chose it because I already own an Am Pro ii tele and it feels and sounds sufficiently different to that.

5.8K bridge DC Ohm resistance and 6.9K neck DC Ohm resistance. Interesting. I find in Teles, sometimes the neck pickup has higher DCR than the bridge, despite that bridge having the metal base plate that Strats do not have. This is not true of Strats or any Gibson double humbucker guitar, stock, in my experience. In these cases, the bridge pickups almost always have higher DCR than neck pickup, even if only marginally so.

Refreshing to see a Fender and not some POC Squier you to often see being peddled on RUclips.

It’s nice, but price wise I’m seriously considering going for a Sire T7 instead and have £400 left over towards another guitar
