@dannyboi2021 this is for hams and glutes. don't be lifting with the arms and back. the weight is there only to create resistance, but the focus is the hams!
@neurotoksin kettle bells are super expensive but i would figure a dumbell or even just hold on to a wieght it wont be as hard on your forearms but itll work everything else out the same
Can you start showing sets with weights for your strength after you have done the explanation set to show the intesity of it, i would probably try it out then
Is it me or he never actually use barbel on most of his leg and chest exercise? I've never seen him actually bench press before or squat or dead lift with barbells.
@gregorio73 Mate, look at your comment about 'trolling' - and then look at the one I made - and think 'army humour'. You'll get it ! (I was hoping the wink in the brackets would've given it away!).
you always have great advice and i am glad u do when ur bare foot too :)

Better then close leg stance?
Can you show some exercises that will increase vertical jump?
@neurotoksin put weights on a bar :) and hold in the middle of the bar and deadlift using scotts technqiue :P
@silverhalo22 actually very good for your back. Keep your back straight throughout and it will strengthen tremendously. Don't let it arc forward
@neurotoksin regular dumbells or just do a sumo stance deadlift with the normal bar and plates
What could be an alternative to kettle-bells?
We dont have them in my gym!!!!
@musclectavio17 Yeah, that's what lot of people do. And will come back to Scott again ;)
@dannyboi2021 have you ever tried doing deadlift? lower back and harmstrings? this is a variation!
@dannyboi2021 Agreed, he should.
If you want to make it a glute exercise feel the weight through your heel.
i just subbd do u rekon ill get abs now?
@dannyboi2021 it's a deadliest, what can it target?
@dannyboi2021 he says its a total body strength exercise in the first minute
@dannyboi2021 Is a deadlift what else you need to know??? geez......
I'm pretty sure any variation of heavy barbell deadlifts is more effective than this.
@BIGBREWnick omg im talking about all his vids he never says what muscle the exercise is targeting and lots of people are agreeing with me.
@Mns2007cp thanks
@dannyboi2021 all i know is this one targets the back
@dannyboi2021 That one is for the back, focusing mostly on the lover part :)
Yeah, what the hell??? What is this working out???
He said total body workout
YEaaahHHhh

@xAznnique You forgot one of the main ones! Glutes! Haha ;-P
Unless you are weak you need a big-ass kettlebell for this to be building muscle! But nice for beginners.
@lynchy8888 no im saying he does it with every exercise. u need to chill out lol
@gregorio73 Mate, look at your comment about 'trolling' - and then look at the one I made - and think 'army humour'. You'll get it ! (I was hoping the wink in the brackets would've given it away!).
@dannyboi2021
just get to work and you will know......
it looks like kettlebell deadlifting
@dannyboi2021 You haven't watched enough videos...
no abs
Ummm.. Glutes? Also traps.
Am I the only perv here? Sure, this is good training, but it has it's uses elsewhere too... Quite the motivation, eh?
That looks heavy! Not... :/
you never say what muscle the exercise targets!!
Damn hes hot
