I haven't been watching livestreams much recently, so it was nice to watch this!!! I hope Mike you'll find solutions for your weightloss stall. I've lost 30-40 kgs since July. I have been buying y-bone steak. It's a cheaper cut of meat. Not sure if that bloody keep or not. Keep praying to Father about the weightloss. I've not fasted at all during this time, and I've eaten cheese, and cream. I have had illness so I don't know how that impacts my weight loss. Take care Mike. ❤💗💜🙏🏻
