Wow motivated...l am currently in hospital broke my ankle and hospital food has made me lose weight that l have been struggling to lose and am happy and hopefully l will continue with this diet when l am out to maintain my new body ❤...thank you for motivating us and showing us that determination and hardwork pays off😊
