Here I am Day 7 trying to use an auger to push down a bunch of toys. absolutely did not think to lift the toilet and it would be right there 🤯 lol thank you for your video . I didn’t have an adult around to show me this kinda stuff so really appreciated it 🙂

Sir, you helped me out tremendously. Two months ago my wife’s makeup compact fell into toilet while it was flushing. Plunged, snaked, and dranoed to no avail. I hoped it would ‘work itself out’ for two months. It didn’t. Came off the road today, and told myself I was going to fix it. Went to RUclips University, and found your class. Thnx professor. I just accidentally dropped the spring-loaded toilet paper roll holder as I flushed. Perfect timing, and away she went. 😂

You're my hero. A metal lid to a baby food jar fell into the toilet at my house this morning and I was going to be late for work if I stayed and fished it out - now I feel like I can fix it without making things worse.
I did this, did u have to remove toilet? Dumped water down, goes down but slowly
I dropped my tooth brush in my toilet. I tried to reach it but I flushed then it fell in. So to late!

Best video ever! My daughter flushed a large necklace down the toilet and she didn't tell me what she had done. I tried the plunger, dish soap and baking soda with vinegar. I finally got a plumber which pushed it down further. The toilet has been working fine now but she just flushed a night light down and it's clogged up again! I'm off to buy an auger and new wax ring. This video is amazing! I’ve never done anything like this before. But my nephew flushed some toys down the toilet. I bought a snake and it wasn’t working. Watched this video and got to work. After I took the toilet seat off,and didn’t see anything at the bottom, I got a bit discouraged. I took the snake and worked it from the bottom of the toilet and the Lego popped right out. I can’t believe I did that all by myself. Thank you so much for the knowledge 🙏🏽

I have 5 kids (4 boys) and I've dealt with those darn cars/toys being flushed with each of them multiple times 😭 Currently watching your video right now because I'm guessing my almost 15 month old or 3 yo son snuck in the bathroom this morning and flushed something... My 16 yo daughter said the toilet was gurgling earlier but her dad thought nothing of it. This is the downstairs bathroom (mainly hers everyone else uses upstairs) so hours later she came n said there's water all up in the hallway, kitchen, and overflowing from the 🚽 🌋💦😱😓😕

Awesome video! My child flushed Apple slices and a spoon down the toilet and I had this issue. I used a similar toilet auger that I purchased from Home Depot after watching this video and it pulled it all out, including the spoon! Thank you kindly for sharing, as this likely saved me 100s from utilizing a professional pumbling service.

I accidentally dropped a small aerosol air freshener can in the toilet as it flushed.... it went bye bye. We tried all of the things you suggested and finally found it exactly where the cars ended up. However, the aerosol can was just too big to fit around the last curve in the toilet. Not really sure how it managed to make it through the other twists. We could see it, touch it, move it, but the hole wasn't quite big enough to pull it out. (sniff sniff) We had to purchase a new toilet. Thank you for the guidance!!

Thank you. I managed to drop the top of this re-usable water bottle as it flushed, almost grabbed it but too late (yes even adults can drop things down there). You have made me feel better that it is not the end of the world. The frustrating thing for me is I do put the toilet lid down, not because my wife demands it but to keep things from falling in, then I come up with this. Luckily we do have two toilets so that is nice and I am older so may have to call a plumber, pay for my sins 😊

Thank you so much. My son flushed a toy down the toilet. I was able to get it fixed using a toilet auger I purchased at Home Depot for less than $20. Much cheaper than calling a plumber and not too difficult.

Thank you for the vid. My two year old has just confessed to putting "the orange car in tha toilet" so rather than snake it or plunge it FURTHER into the system, potentially causing bigger headaches down the line...I'm going straight to the toilet removal. It's only the cost of a new Jonny ring (and maybe 45 minutes of my time) rather than having to have a plumber come out to snake the line between the house and the street.

no way to access one of these tools, and the toilet has been concreted to the floor :/ my daughter's friend was flushing pads down there and it's effed... I'm trying to find out how I can make a wire coat hanger bend through the s-bend, and hopefully somehow hook them. Kinda screwed.. no money. no way to prove it was the friend (It was her) ..feeling hopeless and over everything right now.

Very good video, but I would’ve demonstrated the last part: removal of the old ring and installation of the new ring. In addition, there are various ring types in the big stores. One ring is not even wax. I wonder how effective THAT is?
