Bro.. do less gym. gym affects nerves in the long run, specially for those who are in technical jobs. stretching and light exercises are good enough for your body type.
And a tip for social anxiety and sheepishness. Practice mindfulness for calmness, strength and relaxation. Google it up, its pretty easy. Try to avoid doing technical work right before shooting your vlogs. It seems a lot of your focus is somewhere else, and your mind is occupied with lot of things. Dont consider any event too big, and dont get over excited. Do some home work in advance before shooting your vlogs, like deciding the content or questions you will ask people. I was in coding job as well in US, and I have a pretty similar nature to you. I moved to business and most of my social anxiety went away. I dont know how its related, but going deep in technical stuff makes us stay a bit lost all the time. Rest, it all happens as we get serious about our life, and manage it better. But getting serious might affect your viewer base : ) I just felt like sharing what I felt. Please ignore if it seems too personal. Take care. All the best.
