    Danny, these videos have been so inspiring, enlightening, and even exciting for me. I have not been to Israel, and walking these sites along with you is the next best thing! You make a person feel like they are right there walking with you. Whatever improvements you make, please don't change the basic approach -- simple, personal, and not too slick. I have watched other videos of Israel and Jerusalem and have never known or seen the displays of bedrock in the buildings. I haven't known where the Garden Tomb is relative to the Old City. No other outfit has shown those things as you have. I always knew that wherever there was a hint of Jesus' presence anywhere in Jerusalem, there was a church placed there. It's almost laughable. Your insights about all that from the perspective of archaeology is most welcome and helpful! May God bless your efforts -- not to become too big or too "successful" ( just enough!), but to continue to instruct and inspire those of us who cannot be there in person.

    Mrs Bez here. Shalom Danny! I saw the Skull rock in 2003 before the nose part fell off, as well as the garden tomb, and the Catholics Church of the Holy Sepulchre. I am thankful we have physical sites to see, otherwise my mind had different ideas. I listen to all your archaeological teaching vlogs. Every day I can't wait for the next one!!! I so miss Israel!!! I enjoyed hearing your comparisons today & yesterday about which site might be the exact place of Jesus' death and burial place. I, myself don't worship these places, because that would go against Torah, one of the 10 Commandments: "Have no other LORD-Adonai-G-d before me". I worship Adonai, alone. He is One! You know it, the Shema! Since I have broken even a yod of the law in my years of life I needed someone to pay my debt. I found Yeshua in the Bible, that was written by Jewish authors. Yeshua gives me a relationship with the One true LORD. Yeshua was the sacrifice who died for my sins. Adonai even provided the perfect sacrifice. Have you ever considered why the veil in the Temple was torn when Yeshua died? (Mattityahu 27:51).

    • @danny.the.digger
      @danny.the.digger  2 года назад

      What is your explanation?

    • @drelbez
      @drelbez 2 года назад

      @@danny.the.digger
      Mrs Bez here.
      I don't know if you really want to know my thoughts about why the veil was torn in the Temple. You are such an intelligent man!!! I respect you! I wish you could take me to the Temple, like you are taking us to these sites and are explaining about archaeology. What could the Temple have looked like? I saw the Tabernacle replica in Timna Park, a place like where Adonai would dwell with the Israelities, His chosen people. I know Adonai loves His people and He required sacrifices for sins, many burnt offerings over the years. You know this, the High Priest offered a sacrifice one time a year on Yom Kippur to atone for the sins of the people. The High Priest would pass from the Holy Place to the Holy of Holies via the veil when he offered the sacrifice. Eventually, Yeshua was sent by Adonai and he became that perfect sacrifice because one was needed. Adonai required the Israelites give their favorite, their best, when offering a sacrifice. Why wouldn't Adonai provide His favorite, His best, His unique sinless son as a sacrifice? As for the veil's tearing, this could only have been done by Adonai. There had to be a purpose don't you think? Josephus said the veil was increased to 40 cubits from Solomon's original 30 cubits in Herod's Temple. This was no little curtain! Mattityahu said:
      51 At that moment the
      parokhet in the Temple was ripped in two from top to bottom; and there was an earthquake, with rocks
      splitting apart. (Mattityahu 27:51).
      Was the veil torn in order that Adonai honored Yeshua's sacrifice, the shedding of blood for the sins of mankind to show it was sufficient and he would be the priest that would bring a relationship between mankind and Adonai?
      The below was written for Jewish people by Jewish writers:
      17 " '(Yirmeyahu 31:32-33)This is the covenant which I will make with them after those days, says ADONAI: "I will put my Torah on their hearts, and write it on their minds. "'And their sins and their wickednesses I will remember no more.' 18 Now where there is forgiveness for these, an offering for sins is no longer needed. 19 So, brothers, we have
      confidence to use the way into the Holiest Place opened by the blood of Yeshua. 20 He inaugurated it for us as a new and living way through the parokhet, by means of his
      flesh. 21 We also have a great cohen over God's household. 22 Therefore, let us approach the Holiest Place with a sincere heart, in the full assurance that comes from trusting - with our hearts sprinkled clear from a bad conscience
      and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us continue holding fast to the hope we acknowledge, without
      wavering; for the One who made the promise is Trustworthy". (Hebrews 10:19-23).
      I believe Adonai tore the veil in the Temple so that I and man kind could find a relationship with Adonai because of Yeshua's death. Yeshua paid my debt of sin. Danny Adonai bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you, be gracious to you and give you his shalom!

    Outstanding presentation thank u Danny- the walk to view the location gave excellent perspective of landmarks on the way to seeing the ling that i have long had interest in as having a high possibility of being Golgotha. Is it true a major road went past this at the time of Jesus which may add even more credence ? Hoping in next few years to journey from Australia which is almost the literal “end of the earth” from Jerusalem, to visit here plus Beersheba where the Australian Light Horsemen played such a critical role in 1917, leading to the liberation of Jerusalem from Ottoman rule.

    Hello Danny I have a question. It does not have to do with this video but it was on the reading of the death of Moses. Midrash or something like that it’s easy to find on the RUclips . It was a reading on the death of Moses the fight with Moses and the devil, the conversations between all. And the fight over his body. It was an amazing story. But I wanted to know if it was true?? How Satan was asking the Red Sea if it saw the body and so on. It stated that God came and had Moses close his eyes cross his feet put his hands across his chest and God kissed his soul and it left Moses. It was on Pilgrim X video. I think though it was from the Torah. Is this story true? I prayed please Lord tell me if it’s true somehow. And you came to my mind. I hope you can clear this interesting mystery up. Thank you and Blessings judy
