Hi there. Thank you for reaching out to us. We see that you wanted to know what is the difference between PowerPoint PPT and PPTX. Allow us to assist you wth this.
PPT (PowerPoint Presentation) files are the older version of PowerPoint presenatation, you can still open file when using moder PowerPoint, however, it lacks some of the advance features that PowerPoint will intruduce in future updates.
PPTX (PowerPoint Open XML Presentation) file are the newer and more advance format. It also has the advantage of having smaller file size, improve graphics and widely compatible wirh carious software and platforms.
If you're using the recent version of PowerPoint, we recommend to save your presentationin PPTX format for better features and copatibility.

How do I resolve the issue, Item could not be deleted because it is still open for editing?
