If the section or question does not apply to you , would you leave that section blank , input NA or remove the question ?
I think it depends on the question. Sometime I remove them and others times I put N/A. Putting N/A doesn't hurt.

One more question :
Would I answer the questions on the given template such as the one you provided which looks similar to the University I am currently employed looks like . Or would I just put the number the question applies to and answer ?
