We visited Parnu & Tallin in Winter !!!

- As we travel further north we spend 5 days in Parnu which is traditionally the summer capitol of Estonia, how does it go when its -4 degrees?
We then travel north to Tallin for 2 days prior to our ferry to Finland. We have 1 week in Tallin coming up soon in December so looking forward to being back for the Christmas Markets 2023.
