This is such a treat! As a stylist for 28 years I can attest to nutrition playing a big role ,as well as stress levels. Also many of my clients had post corona virus hair fall 2-3 months after testing positive.Collagen rich foods like bone broth are a good start. If it’s badly damaged Olaplex #3 is a great mask to use after a healthy trim!🙌🏻💕
Thank you for sharing this. I used to always have really long thick hair. After I started struggling with anorexia, it thinned so much I had to cut it all off. I'm actually very sad about it. My hair hasn't been the same since. Is it possible that my hair will go back to the way it was (thick and long) if I continue nourishing myself well? I'm not fully recovered, but I want to get there more than anything. I really hope I didn't permanently damage my hair and would love to know if it might strengthen as my body heals.
Skin care is even more natural and simple then my hair care hehe! I am a firm believer that your inner health has the most impact on your skins health so as always start there! I use the forever healthy hair skin products thouh and LOVE those!
The video I've been waiting for! Thanks for your time and attention

Once your hormones are in check, the shedding will stop ,another reason nutrition is vital.

THE BODY HEALS!! It can take some time to get the hair back to completely normal but over a period of time of nourishment hair quality will return!
Your hair is really beautiful 💕 Mine would never grow half that long but thanks for the tips and so getting a Dae brush....and a bottle of olive oil 😊
The brush is a big game changer!
Do you wash your hair everyday? Someone told me I shouldn’t wash my hair everyday that it’s hard on it.. just curious what you would recommend. Thanks
I wash every 3-4 days. Too much washing is indeed not good. Might take you a while to develop the ability to go 4 days but slowly work up to it!
How about skin care & any tips you have learned from your mother, from a gal in her 60s 😉
