This is such a treat! As a stylist for 28 years I can attest to nutrition playing a big role ,as well as stress levels. Also many of my clients had post corona virus hair fall 2-3 months after testing positive.Collagen rich foods like bone broth are a good start. If it’s badly damaged Olaplex #3 is a great mask to use after a healthy trim!🙌🏻💕

Once your hormones are in check, the shedding will stop ,another reason nutrition is vital.

Thank you for sharing this. I used to always have really long thick hair. After I started struggling with anorexia, it thinned so much I had to cut it all off. I'm actually very sad about it. My hair hasn't been the same since. Is it possible that my hair will go back to the way it was (thick and long) if I continue nourishing myself well? I'm not fully recovered, but I want to get there more than anything. I really hope I didn't permanently damage my hair and would love to know if it might strengthen as my body heals.

THE BODY HEALS!! It can take some time to get the hair back to completely normal but over a period of time of nourishment hair quality will return!

Do you wash your hair everyday? Someone told me I shouldn’t wash my hair everyday that it’s hard on it.. just curious what you would recommend. Thanks

I wash every 3-4 days. Too much washing is indeed not good. Might take you a while to develop the ability to go 4 days but slowly work up to it!
