It’s actually not. Detoxing your body from time to time is good for you. My detox plans are healthy and not some juice cleanse. I’d suggest checking it out.
I cut both ends off asparagus and ground turkey is good I made a turkey meatloaf last year probably 7 months ago sweet potatoes are my favorite but not great at cooking them the microwave not really a big fan of it only to warm up certain things
I know it can be hard! Even when it got hard I didn't give up and I saw results! If you start to give up, remember why you are doing it❤️ You got this!

Hey!! I love watching your videos!!! They are so inspiring, i watch them on repeat!! The only problem is your protein is one of the most expensive proteins on the market 😢. I love the look and the fact that it is clean protein, but you could maybe consider reducing the price if at all possible 😊
Thanks so much, glad you are loving the vids! On the protein, I would say to make sure you are looking at the number of servings in the other proteins you are checking out. Most companies are giving you 14 or 20 servings total, so the price looks lower, but per serving, it's actually much higher! We do 28 servings and the cost is very competitive, but inline for the high quality of product it is as well :)
So you don't really talk about fruit much as far as portions. Are they unlimited like veggies? Or are the more considered as carbs because they're high in natural sugar?
Fruit is important of course and I talk about it in my meal plan more specifically, but the portions are definitely ones you want to stick to since they can add a lot of extra sugar.
