    These meal prep videos are SO helpful thank you! I'm so "by the book" that's it's really hard for me to learn how to think outside the box and just swap things, but it's so necessary so that it becomes more natural and a way of life for me. I'm practicing this week using the hand method and making some things on the fly (with already prepped food) : )

    YES PLEASE! DO the 2nd video showing us how you swap food or meals! That would be extremely helpful! And thank you for this video because I absolutely cannot with chicken breast lol. It's always dry and bland when I make it. Knowing I can buy some pre-made at the store or using the avocado mayo to moisten the chicken is something I'm going to try!

    Wonderful hack for the chicken Katie! For years I have coated chicken with mayo for grilling! Makes the chicken so tasty and doesn't stick!

    Amazing! Literally exactly what I needed!! I just wanted to ask whether we can buy your nutrition products on amazon that can deliver them to the UK & if not, please could you recommend any other good & cheap proteins that can be delivered to the UK because the delivery of your products are more than the products itself & I just haven't got the money to but in the future I do intend to buy your products.       My products are on Amazon and we do ship internationally but unfortunately we have zero control over the international shipping costs. Those vary based on your country, taxes etc. I so appreciate you wanting to support and I wish we could have control over those costs for sure!

    Katie, what do you have with your celery sticks? Trying to eat more of it! I drink the Suja celery juice every morning since you recommended and have noticed such a difference with my skin and how I feel! Thanks for posting this!

    Just have a few questions. Did you put the oil on top of the vegetables prior to baking ? What temp oven go on for vege and how long do you cook broccoli and asparagus? What seasoning did you use to put on your chicken ?

      It depends on the vegetable but some last longer in the fridge and others last longer left out!

    I purchased the regular meal plan because I’m not strictly gluten or dairy free but I do like to limit it. Can you make some suggestions for swapping out dairy and gluten when you want to?? :D

    Hi I recently found your channel and enjoy it, thanks! Not on topic but have you done a video on what thyroid medicine you use and if you have used natural thyroid meds (ex. From a pig) vs Synthroid? If you’ve tried both what worked best for you? Going through this journey myself so I’d love to hear from you!

      I've talked about it a bit in several videos but I have tried both. I was on naturthyroid but it was really hard to source and inconsistent. I now am on levothyroxine and cytomel

      It’s actually not. Detoxing your body from time to time is good for you. My detox plans are healthy and not some juice cleanse. I’d suggest checking it out.

    I cut both ends off asparagus and ground turkey is good I made a turkey meatloaf last year probably 7 months ago sweet potatoes are my favorite but not great at cooking them the microwave not really a big fan of it only to warm up certain things

    Dont just cut the ends of asparagus, you bend them and they will naturally snap at the right part.

    Hey!! I love watching your videos!!! They are so inspiring, i watch them on repeat!!
    The only problem is your protein is one of the most expensive proteins on the market 😢. I love the look and the fact that it is clean protein, but you could maybe consider reducing the price if at all possible 😊

      Thanks so much, glad you are loving the vids! On the protein, I would say to make sure you are looking at the number of servings in the other proteins you are checking out. Most companies are giving you 14 or 20 servings total, so the price looks lower, but per serving, it's actually much higher!
      We do 28 servings and the cost is very competitive, but inline for the high quality of product it is as well :)

    Ughh I can't eat broccoli with my hypo. I tried making it and cooking it so it was overcooked (like yours here) and I was so sick for three days.

      Depending on what it is it should last two days! You could always meal prep each day so it is only in the fridge for a day! ❤️

    So you don't really talk about fruit much as far as portions. Are they unlimited like veggies? Or are the more considered as carbs because they're high in natural sugar?

      Fruit is important of course and I talk about it in my meal plan more specifically, but the portions are definitely ones you want to stick to since they can add a lot of extra sugar.
