Another top quality service.! Finding those flints was definitely the price of the service alone.... 😎🇫🇮
We always love to find something that defiantly makes it worth the service! Thanks Dean 🧡
A nice bike overall and a great transformation but I think I'm going to have severe saddle trauma when I go to sleep later. What was that thing!!
Haha thanks for watching 🧡
Hope that we have you in Iran, because there are many peaple into bike riding but unfortunately there is not a professional bike services center...for me riding a Giant Talon 2, it's vital to have a pro bike mechanic...by the way, really nice job. Congratulations...
Good luck in your quest! Incredible that we could reach you all the way over there!🧡
My weekly meditation. Thoroughly enjoyed it, as always.
Thank you! Meditate away!🧡
Thanks gentlemen, great service and video as usual. I’m a big fan of the Shimano 105, and remember the Condor cycle you serviced about one year ago. That’s one of my favorite videos. Well done.
We were surprised at the popularity of the Condor, seems they have a large cult following which we didn’t expect! Thanks for watching this one of course 🧡
Another great job cheers for the video
Thanks for watching!🧡
Great job, as always 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for the love!🧡💪🏼⚙️
I want a Merida, not available in my country though. Thanks for the great video guys.
That’s a shame, thanks for watching!🧡
@@Bikespeeds every Wednesday
Top drawer job as always. Again you made a good used bike new again. Let me know when you are opening a satellite shop here in Toronto LOL. Till next week cheers 🍻
Give us 10 years lol! See you again soon Kevin🧡
Only 1:45 in and i already love they new ahop setup!
This is only half! We’re waiting on a huge new cabinet to arrive which will go wall to wall in the background, currently we have a new floor, new lights and are waiting for the whole workshop!🧡
Great job as always guys! That saddle though… 🫣
💀💀
Comfort is key!🧡
Another awesome restoration.👍
Thank you ronin!🧡💪🏼⚙️
Forget the sleeved ferrule coming out of the barrel on the rear derailleur? Very important on those long pull shifters/ derailleurs. The cable exits at a very sharp angle.
Huge difference, another great video, thanks
Thank you very much David!🧡⚙️
Never used to rate Meridian but they have hud some some way since then
You forgit the fork grease? Nice vid ...
There is one thing I never see you doing when you service a bike. I always take out the seat post to relubricate it. A seized seat post can be really a big pain in the...
an artisan at work...
Very kind thank you!🧡
Use a spot of super glue on the damage to the tires where you pull out any debris.
New bench ??
Workshop looks different.
Same bench, we’ve completely moved it into a space where we are waiting for delivery of a new dream workshop, so we’re in the workshop just waiting for the actual bench to arrive 🧡
Hi, what do you think about this frame? Im thinking on buying one to build my new bike.
Cheers from Portugal
Solid! Good pick 🧡
@@Bikespeeds Im 178cm, do you think a size S (53cm top tube) will be a good size for me? Or too small? Even with an 110mm steam?
I've seen so many bikes in the last few weeks where people fall over still attached to their pedals when stopping at crossings or traffic lights.
I thought these clip-on pedals were not allowed on the roads due to no reflectors? A tad dangerous also for the amateurs too judging by the bloodied hands, elbows and foreheads.
It is a very common accident in cycling!
Why you never service hubs? Or you just don't film it?
We find almost all our customers bring their wheels in without the bike for wheel services so we do them all the time but it’s not enough of a job to make a good video out of 🧡
Hardly a rebuild when not all the bearings were repacked. This is just a higher service package.
Why do people let their bike get like this.
this saddle is... horrible, and seatpost....
So good to see a well rideen bike getting serviced and tuned! Thank you!
Thank you! We appreciate all the support 🧡
That saddle and seatpost!😄
as my friend said merida is not a bike)
Odd tyres are making my eyes twitch but a great job again.
😳🧡⚙️
Nice road bike and good work
Brilliant job! I have the same bike model, but in matte Black colour (special edition). I love it 👍
Awesome!🧡
Any chance you could include a lesson on chain sizing, i would find it useful.
Size it on the largest ring on the back and the largest ring on the front🧡
Always good to see bicycles get mechanically adjusted, even if they don't look overly dirty and worn. It got to your hands in time to lengthen its life. The owner will again find joy from riding this bike, that is sure. Thanks for the videos!
Too kind! Yes this one surprised us as a rather big difference to a seemingly okay bike!🧡
A little blob of superglue works well once you’ve removed the flint from the tyres
My bike asked me if he can come to your shop for a service as it’s Christmas pressie..
We say yes!🧡
Wow nice bike there
Always like watching your videos cool 👌 🚴🏼♂️🚵🏼
👍
I wouldn't use any kind of brush on the paint personally, if there's any dirt on there it's just gonna make the clear coat look washed and scratched.
Is this a scultura 400?
As always, I thoroughly enjoyed watching you service another bike, I spend enough time in my own workshop doing this as a home mechanic and cycling enthusiast but never tire of it 👍
We’re glad to hear it, enjoy working on all your own bikes 🧡⚙️
Nice work 😊👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you again!🧡⚙️
Nice every bike gets respect.
This is the way! Thanks Murphy!🧡
Just awesome work!
Thank you Tom!🧡
Thanks Lee. Both Daughter and Wife rode the bikes post service and cannot believe the difference. Highly recommended Folks.
Great to hear! Our pleasure 🧡
Superb! As usual. I wonder if at some point you could cover B screw adjustment with a little more detail? I have a weird issue where if I cross chain from the small chainring, to the smaller cassette cog, the chain is slack... wonder if that's B screw? I have exactly the same gearing on another bike and it's fine.
Frame chain stays are often different lengths. It’s more likely your chain is the wrong length than B screw adjustment. Drop it into your local bike shop they’ll be able to shorten it to the right length. 👍🏻⚙️🧡
@@Bikespeeds Brilliant! Thanks for the pointer :)
A great looking bike, and your usual excellent and entertaining job of cleaning it up and servicing.
Very kind thank you! Glad you’re enjoying all the videos 🧡
Great vids, week after week. Thanks again for the quality content.
Thanks for the support week after week!🧡
looks like a brand new bike
i need to stop being lazy and do a tear down and rebuild of mine
Once you start it you’ll be glad!🧡
Lovely job as always how did the workshop refit go ?
This is the new space without the new workshop, we have new lights and a new floor but we’re awaiting delivery on a wall to wall cabinet. So really the big part is yet to come!🧡
Do you ever change the jockey wheels to match the new chain?
It’s rare we have to but yes a few times we have!🧡⚙️
