That's just what happens in real life to trans people who try to date! Someone could be really interested in you, but then you mention you're trans, and suddenly they're saying they aren't attracted to you!
no matter what era, no matter what show, no matter the age rating... There will be always at least one person in the productive team that wants to see Bugs Crossdressing.
ok but can we talk abt how good daffy is at hairdressing (and also pay respects for you who had to marathon both seasons AND compile every clip AND THEN get copystriked AND THEN edit the thing again AND THEN upload it again edit: and then get the vid flagged for kids and then manage to convince youtube that it is indeed not for kids)
daffy is so good at it he was actually awarded a cosmetology license once, and this achievement gets brought up in the show constantly. (also thx. youtube really gets on my nerves with these copyright claims sometimes but hey! at least it wasn't flagged as content for kids...! yet)
Reading all the comments like "haha yeah I wonder why daffy can't pass as a woman but bugs can" and realizing: while ducks are (typically) sexually dimorphic, rabbits aren't!! So you can usually tell a male duck from a female duck pretty easily, but with rabbits you can't tell unless you're REALLY... close.
That’s a cool fact but I don’t think that’s exactly accurate! Daffy does pass as Tina in one episode where he dresses up as her to take her cosmetology class, but the other time he doesn’t pass as a woman is when he dresses up as a schoolgirl, and yk he is clearly not a highschooler 😭
They're anthropomorphic dude. Comparing them to real animals is mental 1llness. They become female, because they have human derived gender sterotypes, nothing to do with an animal. Lmao
I love how Lola referred to Kathy as Buggs mistress signifying that she’s the main piece and even feels bad for buggs when his mistress cheats on him lol
Funniest thing overall is that Lola often finds Bugs' female disguises ugly, even saying in the Viola scene that "he got the looks in the family", while obviously failing to notice that it's him in disguise all along. Her usual reaction to crossdressing Bugs is basically the polar opposite to anyone else's XD

I’m the descriptions Shko explains that the moments when daffy dresses as Tina got cut out because it was most of the episode. So they got copyrighted from it and had to cut it out
The joke is in the idea of being wanted, typically this behavior can be found in most men, especially the most masculine men. Becuase it's more about being competitive then being a woman.
@@DRAGON_NUTZ why? "Gay" is never really...implied anywhere. Bugs does kiss his enemies sometimes but it's either to humiliate them (because they aren't attracted to Bugs and get insanely uncomfortable) or to seduce them in his disguise. Purely business on his end.

The show just feels like a reflection of how these characters feel when they're not so "acted out". Almost like the original shorts were them just acting and this is their lives outside of doing those shorts. It's crazy and I love it. Bugs enjoying cross-dressing was a character trait I surprisingly didn't know I expected. Like it fits him? Lol
I don’t think he necessarily likes dressing up as a woman just doesn’t really mind it (when it doesn’t get out of hand.) And the reason why it feels so true to the character is probably because he’s pretty flamboyant in the looney tunes shorts and original cartoons. I’m pretty sure in one of the cartoons he dressed up as a woman to try and get Elmer off his trail and screw with him. It’s very much a part of his original character as it is for daffy to be stupid, arrogant, pretentious, insecure and hypocritical.
@@kellymurtagh-quinn8058 considering that not only does he express openly that he thinks he looks good when crossdressing, how often his plans involve dresses and makeup and the fact that he'll always go above and beyond just putting on a dress, i'd say he enjoys it
Love that Bugs didn’t get mad at dudes hitting on him. Didn’t even say “I’m a guy.” As a reason. He said “I’m not interested.”. Gotta hand it to this show for having positive values.
That's true, but I also remember when Daffy was asking out Porky to a date, Bugs said, "No, you idiot, ask a woman." Which is a little insensitive but I didn't think much of it. I think its in the double date episode.
If I had a nickel for every time I saw someone crossdress in The Looney Tunes Show, I would have 12 nickels which isn't a lot, but it's weird this has happened 12 times, right?
Boy if I had a nickel for every time saw someone cross dress in Phineas and Ferb, I'd have at least 15 nickels which I know isn't much but It's weird that it happened at least 15 times, right?
I love how at 3:00 it’s two guys having a “girl talk” but it’s really just friends just communicating. I love how the show seems to break down the walls of masculinity and femininity. It’s one of the reasons why I loved watching the new version of the looney tunes show. 😊
I Knoooow. That’s like most of the reason why I loved watching that show. It’s just so natural when they switch from “man” to “woman” mannerisms that like nobody questions it. And I love that.
I like how no one knows that Bugs is crossdressing unless he reveals it or he doesn't act confident while almost everyone knows that Daffy is a male when he crossdresses
@@deadaccount8054 it doesn’t imply that they should prepare out of imminency, it just implies that there is a possibility that it _might_ happen because unfortunately, it’s something that actually happens in real life.
You know I realized something. I'm probably looking too much into it but I wanted to point it out because it adds a new perspective on why Bugs' disguises work: So when watching the old cartoons as a kid I didn't understand how Elmer and the others could fall for Bugs' disguises because clearly you could still see that it was a rabbit in a costume, people don't have whiskers, rabbit nose, buck teeth, and tail obviously. But in the world this show takes place in, these anthropomorphic animal creatures are participating in human society. They work in jobs and interact with regular people, they own property and businesses, they can become rich and famous(Foghorn Leghorn) etc. This makes it more understandable when seeing characters fall for Bugs' disguises because in this universe it would be totally normal to see a rabbit or duck or whatever having hair, makeup, clothes, and doing human things.
I don't know what's stranger: that the Looney Tunes Show had at least sixteen minutes of crossdressing, or that over a million people decided they wanted to watch the crossdressing and ONLY the crossdressing. I'm definitely not complaining though.
Hey! I at least watched guns being used and Bugs almost getting vehicularly murdered by Lola. I don't spend all of my time only watching this video, no no! I'm not down bad for Bugs or anything!
Things I feel need pointed out more. 1: Bugs never says "I'm a guy" as one of the reasons Speedy's crush is a problem, only "I'm not interested." 2: Daffy, my god, become a hairdresser, you could be as rich as Bugs. 3: Bugs getting into crossdressing to the point of actively buying dresses for "Cathy", taking offense to being called an "ugly woman", and is only put off by Speedy's borderline harassment.
Also, Daffy's parade float looks amazing He should be an artist, I mean hairdressing already requires you to be artistic He probably has a naturally artistic mind (whether the writers intended that or not 😂)
1:50 yknow, i didnt expect to see Speedy Gonzales trying to rizz up Bugs Bunny in official Looney Tunes Media today, but I cannot deny it has made my entire pride month

You know I realized something. I'm probably looking too much into it but I wanted to point it out because it adds a new perspective on why Bugs' disguises work:
So when watching the old cartoons as a kid I didn't understand how Elmer and the others could fall for Bugs' disguises because clearly you could still see that it was a rabbit in a costume, people don't have whiskers, rabbit nose, buck teeth, and tail obviously.
