🎉🎉🎉 This video reminds me of a lot of things that I love about owning a couple restaurants. I did tons of catering jobs and it was the best to bring full bellies and great memories to my wonderful clients. Unfortunately here in California we /they have some strange attitudes of what to expect from us employers. I’ve had several law suits in the last 30 years or so that were just ridiculous. Most of them were handled by my insurance company. But just the pain and agony of going through them leaves a sting that will last forever. Coming up with new menus and new items was always fun 🤩.
