New to your channel. I can't wait to see your garden in the Spring. I watched the video where you went to visit your families farm. Then I watched your music videos you did at the farm. They were so awesome! Glad I found your channel.
I cut back some of my old hellabore leaves yesterday and they have blooms and new greenery showing too. I hope they survive I'm in Indiana and our weather is a lot like Michigan. So Happy to have found your channel again. I typed your channel in on my TV and Nothing came up so I went back through my history and found your videos buried way down the list, I hadn't gotten notices for months. But Happy to have found you again in time for spring. I always enjoy your content. I have several videos I've missed to catch up.
I’ve enjoyed your winter tour through your garden. I like to use boxwoods and dwarf conifers in my garden. I agree that they add a lot of winter interest. I lost several boxwoods a couple of years ago, we had a very cold winter that year. It was heartbreaking!
This was great Jes, thank you for the winter garden tour I loved it. And was so great seeing you out in your garden sure have missed you out there. But then I have loved loved your music 🎶 videos. You have been blessed with soooo much talent. ❤ so happy you are feeling so much better also. And hope Nate stays well 😊❤ yes, I have missed Coco so much ❤it will be so sweet to see her soon. Thank you Jes, for sharing your gardens with us, and your wonderful sweet music videos. Love you, stay well and warm ❤️ God's blessings ❤😊❤
LOVE your music this past week Jes!! Thank you for taking a walk out in the garden with us. It’s been so cold I haven’t been able to get out in mine but I’m hoping to very soon! 😊♥️
Hi Jes 🌺. It's good that the weather is better and it's not snowing and you were able to have this beautiful tour. I also missed your sister Coco. Say hello to her. Have a wonderful weekend 🌺🌷🌻🌷🌺
Love this movie Jes! Deer are so majestic, we haven’t seen many in years. I would love to see you with your sister again, I think we all love to see you two together 😊 I’m looking forward to all your music and future movies. Beautiful job with everything ❤
Glad you and Nate are feeling better! It was fun watching you walk around your gardens and talk about your future plans. Looking forward to seeing what you do in the spring!
Have you ever tried the cardinal flower? I bet it would be a great option for your red/white /blue theme in your garden. Yours is a Beautiful garden, no matter what time of year! Thanks for sharing ❤
Another Japanese maple or some other landscape tree or Evergreen would look great in your “scary” flower bed. Maybe you could transplant some of the lower growing plants in that bed to other areas so that you see more ground. That might give the critters less places to hide out and also help ease your fears a bit. An unrelated question… It’s my goal this year to make it to Mackinac Island. Is there a best time you would recommend to visit the island?
I haven’t even been in my garden since the end of November. I really mean I haven’t stepped out the back door! That’s so unusual for me.good to see you Jesse. Happy new year.
Hi Jes, I have a fishing boy also. Got it after I saw yours. It's too heavy for me to move so I sprayed with flex spray to seal hoping go prevent water, snow to get in anyplace and crack. Also covered with plastic bag. I left a bunny statue and I saw that it has cracked.
I’m “up north” and a snowy yard shows evidence of the deer population. In addition to Milorganite, I use Deer Scram professional, with success. It lasts about 30 days, even in winter, for those interested it might be worth a try before more winter deer damage.
Love your channel, Jess! Thank you for the lovely videos you create. You are a gardener after my own heart. I am very frugal as well. You are such a fantastic person and very talented as well. You have a super personality! Keep up the good work! Really enjoy following you through your garden and listening to your music. Hope you continue to feel better. Take care.
We've been pretty cold in western iowa, but no rain or snow to speak of for months! Im *almost* jealous of your snow for a month 😅 Your boxwoods look so good against the snowy background! Anyway, thanks for sharing! Cant wait till spring ❤
I'm so happy you and Nate are feeling better. Being sick in the winter is exhausting. Your winter garden is full of life. Animals and plants. Take care of yourself and Nate will see you in your next video/ movie. Thank you for sharing your music also. Can't wait to hear more. 🤗💓💕💞
Thank you for the tour! It's amazing to see new growth in some of the plants when they have been covered with so much snow. So glad that you and Nate are feeling better! I am enjoying your music channel.
I have a lot of bunnies and even worse big black squirrels here in Ontario, Canada. This past summer they kept chewing all the flowers off my new Double Coded Raspberry Coneflower and my Banana Cream II Amazing Daisies. I didn't get to see a single bloom. Hopefully this summer they will come back stronger in their second season 🙏. I don't know why they like to nibble on the stems and leave the unopened buds on the ground 🤷🏼♀️.
So nice to get out of the house and play outside, I went for a walk and it was fabulous (zone 4). I do wanna give some advice, my husband used to feed the deer and there wld be up to 20 in my yard all winter. Guess what, they don’t leave once they create a patten. Now I can’t plant anything in my yard for they literally eat everything. Now I have to spend LOTS of money on deer repellents! I now loath deer. They are no longer cute. They can ruin a hosta bed in one night, boo!
@@kellymichalec9126 ya I’m hoping that doesn’t ever happen. He’s been doing it ever since we built our house and it hasn’t been an issue yet. But you never know. Good thing is in the gardening months the deer usually are off in the corn fields. Let’s hope it stays that way! 🤣
@@jesthesinginggardener oooh I hope you are right for your yard is just beautiful!!! Can’t wait for Spring and what you have in store. And yes I miss Jocelyn’s videos too! I was hoping she wld start back up and do her spring plantings again…so helpful! ❤️
Hi Jes, we do miss seeing Coco, just a thought, why don't you video CoCo's projects in the winter time, because it would give you a way to make more video's when it is too cold, and the plants is asleep, and it will help your sister show case her talent, You guys should do a separate video together since you speak really great, and is very good with the camera. I think together the 2 of you will make great video. for the record, your video's is already awesome!
@@myvideos6195 awe thank you. Yes I could do more of that! That’s a good idea. I’ve just been pretty busy this winter, I’m helping out a lot at my church and my job gets busy this time of year but when I have time I should do that!!
Miss seeing Coco. Love it when the two of you sing together ❤️
Much needed video update of your beautiful space. Thank you for all of the spring excitement and anticipation. ❤🌱
I'm excited Jess for the next planting season ❤❤❤

Great video Jes 😊 what is that purple plant at 17:32, in your least favorite garden 😊 I love how it’s still showing off color
